ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ವೈಟ್ ಫೀಲ್ಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶೆರಟಾನ್ ಗ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರೊ ಕಬಡ್ಡಿ ಲೀಗ್ ಟೂರ್ನಿಯು ಬುಧವಾರ 4 ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು.

ಜಯಂಟ್ಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪಲ್ಟನ್ ಗೆ ಜಯ
ಮೊದಲನೇ ಪಂದ್ಯವು:
ಪುಣೀರಿ ಪಲ್ಟನ್(33) ಮತ್ತು ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಜಯಂಟ್ಸ್ (26) ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಗುಜಾರತ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪುಣೇರಿ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು.

ಪಂದ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆರಂಭ ಪಡೆದ ಪುಣೇರಿ‌ ಮೊದಲಾರ್ಧದ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 19-13 ರಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು.ಒಟ್ಟು 18 ರೇಡ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮೋಹಿತ್ 10 ಟಚ್ ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ಸ್ ಗಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅಸ್ಲಂ ಇನಾಂದಾರ್ 8 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ಸ್ ಕಲೆಹಾಕಿ ತಂಡದ ಗೆಲುವಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣರಾದರು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 13 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ಸ್ ರೇಡಿಂಗ್ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಬಂದವು.ಇದರಿಂದ ಪುಣೇರಿ ತಂಡವು 7 ಅಂಕಗಳ ಅಂತರದಿಂದ ಗುಜಾರತ್ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಮಣಿಸಿತು.

ಡೆಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇವಲ 1 ಅಂಕದ ಅಂತರದಿಂದ ಮಣಿದ ಟೈಟನ್ಸ್ ತಂಡ
ಎರಡನೇ ಪಂದ್ಯವು:
ದಬಾಂಗ್ ಡೆಲ್ಲಿ(36) ಮತ್ತು ತೆಲುಗು ಟೈಟನ್ಸ್(35) ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು.ಡೆಲ್ಲಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ 1 ಅಂಕದ ಅಂತರದಿಂದ ಸೋಲನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿತು.

ನವೀನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ 25 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ಸ್ ಅವರ ಬಲ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದ ರೇಡಿಂಗ್ ನಿಂದ ದಬಾಂಗ್ ಡೆಲ್ಲಿ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು.36-35 ರಿಂದ ತೆಲುಗು ಟೈಟನ್ಸ್ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸಿತು.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ನೌಕರರಿಂದ ಹಲವು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮೊದಲ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.

ಬಹುದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಗೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಜ್ವಲಂತ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಕ್ಕೆ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನೌಕರರು ಜೀವನ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟ. ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯನಂತೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಿ. ಎಸ್. ಷಡಾಕ್ಷರಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ‘ನೌಕರರ ಬಹುದಿನಗಳ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳಾದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಸಮಾನವಾದ ವೇತನ, ಎನ್ ಪಿ ಎಸ್ ರದ್ದತಿ, ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಭರ್ತಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥ ಸೇರಿ ಹಲವು ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಎಲ್ಲ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಸಮಾನ ವೇತನ ಭತ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸಗಳಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವುಗಳ ಈಡೇರಿಕೆಗೆ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಹೋರಾಟ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶವು ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈಗ ದೇಶವು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸೂಪರ್ ಪವರ್ ಆಗುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ವಿಶ್ವದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಶಕ್ತಿಗೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಚಿವ ರಾಜನಾಥ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಲಕ್ನೊ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಚಿವರು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.
26,778 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ರಸ್ತೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಚಿವರು ಈ ವಿಷಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 4,270 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ 63 ಕಿಮೀ ಉದ್ದದ ಲಕ್ನೋದಿಂದ ಕಾನ್ಪುರ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ವೇ ಸೇರಿದೆ.

ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯೊಂದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತವಾಗಿರುವ ದೇಶಗಳ ಹಿಂದಿನ ದೊಡ್ಡ ರಹಸ್ಯ ಇದು. ಈಗ ಭಾರತ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮಹಾಶಕ್ತಿಯಾಗುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ಯಾವ ಶಕ್ತಿಗೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ರಾಜನಾಥ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಮೊದಲು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಐದರಿಂದ ಎಂಟು ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವ ನಿತಿನ್ ಗಡ್ಕರಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ 30 ರಿಂದ 40 ಕಿಮೀ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸಣ್ಣ ಸಾಧನೆಯಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ರಾಜನಾಥ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಲಕ್ನೋ-ಕಾನ್ಪುರ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ವೇಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಎಂದು ಕರೆದ ಲಕ್ನೋ ಸಂಸದರು ಇದನ್ನು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ಆಗಿ ನೋಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಈ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ವೇ ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್‌ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವೇಗದ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವ ನಿತಿನ್ ಗಡ್ಕರಿ ಅವರು ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ವೇಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 7 ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಳು ಗ್ರೀನ್‌ಫೀಲ್ಡ್ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಬಂಗಾಳದ ಗೋರಖ್‌ಪುರದಿಂದ ಸಿಲಿಗುರಿಗೆ 519 ಕಿಮೀ ಉದ್ದದ ಗ್ರೀನ್‌ಫೀಲ್ಡ್ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು 32,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.ಅದರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು 6 ತಿಂಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

20,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರಣಾಸಿಯಿಂದ ಕೋಲ್ಕತ್ತಾದ 686 ಕಿಮೀ ಉದ್ದದ ಗ್ರೀನ್‌ಫೀಲ್ಡ್ ಸಿಕ್ಸ್‌ಲೇನ್ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ವೇ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ವೇ ಮತ್ತು ಪೂರ್ವಾಂಚಲ ಎಕ್ಸ್‌ಪ್ರೆಸ್‌ವೇ ನಡುವಿನ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 5,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಜಿಪುರದಿಂದ 30 ಕಿಮೀ ಎಲಿವೇಟೆಡ್ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಮುರ್ಜಾಫರ್‌ನಗರದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ಆರು ಲೇನ್ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು. 12,000 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಡೆಹ್ರಾಡೂನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹರಾನ್‌ಪುರ ಬೈಪಾಸ್‌ನಿಂದ 50 ಕಿಮೀ ಸಿಕ್ಸ್‌ಲೇನ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 2,000 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಲಕ್ನೋದಿಂದ ಕಾನ್ಪುರ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ 30 ರಿಂದ 35 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನ್ಪುರದಿಂದ ಲಕ್ನೋ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ತುಳಸಿಪುರ, ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಲಕ್ನೋಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ರಸ್ತೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅನೇಕ ಇತರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.

ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನೇಷನ್ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.40ರಷ್ಟು ವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನೇಷನ್ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ಆರು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನೇಷನ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವೃಂದದವರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸಾಗುವಳಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಬಸವಾಪುರ ಬೇಚಾರ್ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ನೀಡಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮುಂದಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

1985ರಿಂದ ಬಸವಾಪುರ ಬೇಚಾರ್ ಗ್ರಾಮದ 2000 ಎಕರೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 600 ರೈತರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಸಾಗುವಳಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ಆದರೆ 2004 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ರೈತರನ್ನು ಒಕ್ಕಲೆಬ್ಬಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಕಂದಾಯ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಭೂಮಿಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಿದೆ. ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಹಲೋ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಆದರೂ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನಾಕಾರರು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರೈತರ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಈ ಭೂಮಿ ಈ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಯಾಗಬೇಕು. ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಜಂಟಿ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು. ಸಾಗರ ಉಪವಿಭಾಗಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ನಾಗರಾಜ್ ನಾಯ್ಕ ಅವರು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ದಾಖಲೆ ಪಡೆದು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಹಕ್ಕುಪತ್ರ ನೀಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಧರಣಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಶುಭಮಂಗಳ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಮೋರ್ಚಾದಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಮೋರ್ಚಾದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿಣಿ ಸಭೆ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

ಸಣ್ಣ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಪಿಪಿಎಫ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ಹಲವಾರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಠೇವಣಿಯ ಮಿತಿ 1.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಗಳಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇದರ ಮುಖೇನ ಏರಿಸುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಭವಿಷ್ಯನಿಧಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಣ್ಣ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ವೇತನದಾರರ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೇ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 500 ರೂ.ಗಳಿಂದ 1.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇದು ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ತೆರಿಗೆ ಉಳಿತಾಯದ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವೂ ಲಭ್ಯ. ಸದ್ಯ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಶೇ.7.1ರ ಬಡ್ಡಿದರ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಹದಿನೈದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿ ಇದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದು, ನಂತರ ಐದು ವರ್ಷ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
