ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬಿತು. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 156.76 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಡೋಸ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಲಸಿಕೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ -19 ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬಲ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದಂತಾಯಿತು. ಜನರ ಪ್ರಾಣ ಉಳಿಯಿತು. ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಸಿಗುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ವೈದ್ಯರು, ನರ್ಸ್ ಗಳು, ಹಾಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ಪಾತ್ರ ಅನನ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಲಸಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬಿರುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಕೋವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನ್ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಉತ್ಪಾದಿಸಿದ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ನೆನಪಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಮನ್ಸುಖ್ ಮಾಂಡವೀಯ ಅವರು ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿಯನ್ನು ವರ್ಚ್ಯುವಲ್ ವಿಧಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಪೈಕಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ನಿಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ. 9 ತಿಂಗಳ ಅಲ್ಪ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ 100 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಭಾರತ ಅಭೂತಪೂರ್ವ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಒಂದೇ ದಿನ 2.51 ಕೋಟಿ ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿ, ದಾಖಲೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಹೆಗ್ಗಳಿಕೆಯೂ ಭಾರತದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ವಯಸ್ಕರ ಪೈಕಿ ಶೇ 93ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು ಲಸಿಕೆಯ ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸ್ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೆ, ಎರಡೂ ಡೋಸ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದವರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ 69.8ರಷ್ಟು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟಅಪ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತವಾದ ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಯ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಿಂದ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದಷ್ಟು ಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಗೆ ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ರೂಪ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. 2013-14 ರಲ್ಲಿ 4 ಸಾವಿರ ಪೇಟೆಂಟ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರೆ, ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ 28000 ಪೇಟೆಂಟ್ ಗಳ ವಿತರಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. 2013-14 ರಲ್ಲಿ 70,000 ಟ್ರೇಡ್ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, 2020-21 ರಲ್ಲಿ 2.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಅಯ್ಯಪ್ಪಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮಾಲಾಧಾರಿಯಾದ ಮಿಥುನ್ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಸಿರಿಗೆರೆಯ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಲೇಶಂಕರ ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಿಗಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರಳಿ ತಿರುವಾಭರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬಳಿಕ ಕಾಲ್ನಡಿಗೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಗ್ರಾಮದೇವತೆಯ ಪಲ್ಲಕ್ಕಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾಡುದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಯ್ಯಪ್ಪಸ್ವಾಮಿಯ ಶರಣು ಘೋಷ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಿರಿಗೆರೆಯ ಸ್ವರ್ಣಮಂದಿರಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುವಾಭರಣ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆ ಸಂಭ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವುದು ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಆನಂದವೋ ಆನಂದ.

ಶಬರಿಮಲೆ ಅಯ್ಯಪ್ಪ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಮಾಲೆ ಧರಿಸಿರುವ ಮಿಥುನ್ ಅವರು 44 ದಿನಗಳವರೆಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ವ್ರತವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಮಾಲೆ ಧರಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲೇ ತಣ್ಣೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅಯ್ಯಪ್ಪ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯ 108 ಶರಣು ಘೋಷಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಠಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಂತರ ಸಂಜೆ ಸೂರ್ಯಾಸ್ತದ ಬಳಿಕ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ತಣ್ಣೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಯ್ಯಪ್ಪಸ್ವಾಮಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ವ್ರತ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳುವವರೆಗೂ ಬರಿಗಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಓಡಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಯ್ಯಪ್ಪ ಸ್ವಾಮಿಯ ವ್ರತವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಏಕಾಗ್ರತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದುಶ್ಚಟಗಳನ್ನು ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಿಥುನ್ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಕೆ-ಲೈವ್ ಮೀಡಿಯಾದೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿರು.
