ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದ ಪ್ರತಿಮನೆಗೂ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ 24×7 ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪನವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಗುಡ್ಡೇಕಲ್ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗರಪಾಲಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಹೊರವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಒತ್ತಡ ಯುಕ್ತ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ರೂ.96.50 ಕೋಟಿ ಅಂದಾಜು ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಯೋಜನೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಶಂಕುಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು.
ನಗರದ ಹೊರವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿರುಪಿನಕೊಪ್ಪ ಮಂಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ನಗರ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮತ್ತು ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ರೂ.4 ಕೋಟಿಯನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗೆ ನಗರ ಹೊರವಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳಲೇಬೇಕು. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು ಚುರುಕಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಿಂದ ನಗರದ ಹೊರವಲಯದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ 2035ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನವರೆಗೆ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ದೊರಕಲಿದೆ. ವಿರುಪಿಕೊಪ್ಪದ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯೇ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಕೆಲಸ ಆಗಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ಸರಬರಾಜಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧಾನಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಡಿ.ಎಸ್. ಅರುಣ್, ಸೂಡಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜ್ಯೋತಿಪ್ರಕಾಶ್, ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಸ್ಥಾಯಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಧೀರರಾಜ್ ಹೊನ್ನವಿಲೆ , ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಸದಸ್ಯೆ ಸುವರ್ಣ ಶಂಕರ್, ಯಮುನಾ ರಂಗೇಗೌಡ, ಎಚ್.ಸಿ. ಯೋಗೀಶ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ನಿತರರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಮುಂದಿನ ತಿಂಗಳು ಫೆ.22ರಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಬೇಕಿದ್ದ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಮಾರಿಕಾಂಬ ಜಾತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಕಾರಣ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 22ಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮಾರ್ಚ್ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಹಾವಳಿ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಿದೆ. ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಮಾರಿಜಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾಡಿಗರ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಜಾತಿಗಳ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧಿ ವಿಧಾನ, ಪೂಜೆ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೋಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಲಿವೆ. ಜಾತ್ರೆ ಮೂರು ಅಥವಾ ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನಗಳು ನಡೆಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಸಭೆ ಸೇರಿ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಕೋಟೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಾರಿಕಾಂಬ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಎಸ್.ಕೆ. ಮರಿಯಪ್ಪ ನವರು ಜಂಟಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಸುತ್ತ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳು, ವಸ್ತು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ‌. ಭಕ್ತರು ಅಂತರ ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡು ದರ್ಶನ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತದ ಸೂಚನೆ ಅನ್ವಯ ಜಾತ್ರೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಜ.28ರಂದು ಮರ ತರುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ತಂದ ಮರವನ್ನು ತವರುಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಶೂನ್ಯ ಮಾಸದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮರ ತರುವುದು ರೂಢಿ.
ಮರ ತಂದರೆ ದೇವಿ ಕೂರಿಸಲೇ ಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಜ.28 ರಂದೇ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ನಂತರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ಸಂಭ್ರಮದಿಂದಲೇ ಜಾತ್ರೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ವಿವರ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಜಾತ್ರೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಿದರೂ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಗಳು ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲಿವೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಮಾರಿಕಾಂಬ ಜಾತ್ರೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಮೇಯರ್ ಸುನಿತಾ ಅಣ್ಣಪ್ಪ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಮಾರಿಕಾಂಬೆಗೆ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟವಾದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇದೆ. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಮಾರಿಕಾಂಬೆ ಹಬ್ಬ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಂತರ ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಂಡು , ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಜಾತ್ರೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು.ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಜಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ರೂ.10 ಲಕ್ಷ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ 2.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಗಳಿಗೆ ಏರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದೆ. ಅಂದರೆ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ 2.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಗಳ ತನಕ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಹೂಡಿದರೆ, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿಯ ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಾಯಿದೆಯ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 80 ಸಿ ಅನ್ನು ತೆರಿಗೆ ಉಳಿತಾಯದ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ತೆರಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಅನುಕೂಲ.
ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೆಚ್ಚಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು. ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 1.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಗಳ ಮಿತಿ ಇದಕ್ಕಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
2023-14ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 80 ಸಿ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ಹೂಡಿಕೆಯ ಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿಯ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಇದನ್ನು 2014-15ರಲ್ಲಿ 1.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಗೆ ಏರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಳೆದ 7 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಆಗದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸಲ ಮಿತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕಿಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಿರು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯೂ ಅಧಿಕವಾಗಿದೆ. 18 ವರ್ಷ ವಯೋಮಾನದವರು ಕಳೆದ 17 ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 43,463 ಮಂದಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕಿಗೆ ತುತ್ತಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ವಾರ್ ರೂಂ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಒಳಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 2022ರ ಜನವರಿ 1ರಿಂದ 17 ರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 18 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ 7,64,198 ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡಾ 5.69 ರಷ್ಟ ಸೋಂಕು ದೃಢಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ 19 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.13.31 ರಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನ ಎರಡನೇ ಅಲೆಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
