ತಲೈವಾಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಜಯಂಟ್ಸ್ ಗೆ ರೋಚಕ ಜಯ ತಮಿಳ್ ತಲೈವಾಸ್(35) ಮತ್ತು ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಜಯಂಟ್ಸ್ (37) ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಜಯಂಟ್ಸ್ ತಂಡವು ತಲೈವಾಸ್ ತಂಡದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಗುಜರಾತ್ ತಂಡದ ರೇಡರ್ ಮಹೇಂದ್ರ ರಜಪೂತ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಕೇಶ್ ನರ್ವಾಲ್ ಅವರು ಅಮೋಘ ಆಟವಾಡಿ ತಂಡದ ಗೆಲುವಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣರಾದರು. ಮಹೇಂದ್ರ 9 ಅಂಕ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಕೇಶ್ 6 ಅಂಕ ಗಳಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಂಡವು 2 ಅಂಕಗಳ ಅಂತರದಿಂದ ತಲೈವಾಸ್ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಮಣಿಸಿತು.

287 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ 31 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲೀಕರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಡ್ರೋನ್ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಈ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಂದಾಯ ಸಚಿವ ಆರ್ ಅಶೋಕ್ ಗುರುವಾರ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ರಾಮನಗರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಐದು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪೈಲಟ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಇಲಾಖೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಈ ಡ್ರೋನ್ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳ ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರದ ನಂತರ, ಹಲವಾರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿವೆ. ಪರಿಣಾಮವಾಗಿ, ನಾವು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್. ಅಶೋಕ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಸರ್ಕಾರವು 45-50 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೈತರ ಮನೆಬಾಗಿಲು ತಲುಪಿ ಅವರ ಭೂ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಂದು ಬಾರಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಿದೆ. ತಮ್ಮ ಜಮೀನು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅಜ್ಜನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದೆ ಎಂಬ ಸತ್ಯದ ಅರಿವಿಲ್ಲದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ರೈತರು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಅವರ ಅರಿವಿಲ್ಲದೆ, ಭೂಮಾಲೀಕರು ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿವೆ. ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಭೂದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಮನೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿ ಅವರ ಭೂ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ದಾಖಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸನವರಾಜ್ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಜನವರಿ 26 ರಂದು ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಇದು ಕೋವಿಡ್ -19 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಸಮಯದವರೆಗೆ ಮುಂದೂಡುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ. 2021 ರ ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಹಾನಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ 841 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಪತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಿಧಿಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರವು 504 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಂದಾಯ ಸಚಿವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಮತದಾನದ ಹಕ್ಕು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಹತ್ವವಾದ ಹಕ್ಕು. ದಾನ ಎಂದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಪಾತ್ರರಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವುದು. ದಾನ ಅಪಾತ್ರರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬಾರದು. ಹೀಗೆ ನೀಡಿದರೆ ಪಾಪ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಪಾತ್ರರಿಗೆ ದಾನ ನೀಡಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪುಣ್ಯ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮತವನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಂದಿರುವುದು ದುರಂತ ಎಂದು ಖೇದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ.ಆರ್.ಸೆಲ್ವಮಣಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಮತದಾನ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಎಲ್ಲ ಅರ್ಹ ಮತದಾರರು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ, ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ, ಲೋಕಸಭೆ, ಪರಿಷತ್ ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ನಾವು ದಕ್ಷ ಆಡಳಿತಗಾರರನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ.
ಸಾಕ್ಷರರೇ ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮತದಾನ ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಎಲ್ಲ ಯುವ ಮತದಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋರುತ್ತೇನೆ ಏನೆಂದರೆ, 18 ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬಿದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮತದಾರರು ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಈಗ ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ವೋಟರ್ ಹೆಲ್ಪ್ಲೈನ್ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಕೇವಲ ಜನ್ಮದಿನಾಂಕ, ವಿಳಾಸದ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಫೋಟೊ ನೀಡಿ ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯಾಗಬಹುದು. ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಯಾಗಲು ನಮೂನೆ-6, ಮರಣ, ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತ, ಪುನರಾವರ್ತನೆಯ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಹೆಸರು ತೆಗೆಯಲು ನಮೂನೆ-7, ವಿಳಾಸ, ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ, ಬದಲಿ ಎಪಿಕ್ ಇತರೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಾಗಿ ನಮೂನೆ-8 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನೀಡಿ ಆ್ಯಪ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಇದೆ. ಯುವಜನತೆ ಇದರ ಉಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಇತರರಿಗೂ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಿಷ್ಟಗೊಳಿಸೋಣ ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಟಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಜಿ.ಕೆ.ಮಿಥುನ್ಕುಮಾರ್ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮತದಾನ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞಾ ವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಲಭಿಸಿದಾಗ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ ಶೇ.15 ರಿಂದ 20 ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆ ಇತ್ತು, ಇದೀಗೆ ಶೇ.74 ರಷ್ಟು ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆ ಇದೆ. ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೂ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತದಾನ ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಶೇ.60 ರಿಂದ 70 ಮಾತ್ರ ಮತದಾನ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಾಂವಿಧಾನಿಕ ಹಕ್ಕಾದ ಮತದಾನದ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಮೂರನೇ ಅಲೆ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತು ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ 1.94 ಲಕ್ಷ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.73.71 ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯವರ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೀಸಲಿರಿಸಿದ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 51,093 ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಡಿ ಇವೆ. ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿವೆ. 1.43 ಲಕ್ಷ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಉತ್ತುಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಜ್ಞರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಾಗಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಂಭೀರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲು ಬೇಕಾಗುವ ಐಸಿಯು ಹಾಸಿಗೆ 6,123 ಮಾತ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನರ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಹೋಮ್ಸ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಾ.ಹೆಚ್.ಎಂ. ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಅವರು “ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಎರಡನೇ ಅಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಆಮ್ಲಜನಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ. ಸದ್ಯದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಹಾಸಿಗೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗದು” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
