ಪರಿಸರ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸೋದ್ಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಜೋಗ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 116 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಂಎಸ್ಐಎಲ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಸಕ ಎಚ್.ಹಾಲಪ್ಪ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಪ್ರಥಮ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ 185 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿ, 155 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೋಗ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಜೋಗ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ 116 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು , ಒಟ್ಟು 301 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ದೊರಕಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಅನುದಾನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೆ ಕಾಳಜಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವ ಕೆ. ಎಸ್. ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಸಂಸದ ಬಿ.ವೈ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಜನರು ಪರವಾಗಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪ ವಿಭಾಗ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ರಕ್ಷಾ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಚಲನಚಿತ್ರ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾ ಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ‘ಇದೊಂದು ಪಕ್ಷಾತೀತವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಪಕ್ಷ ತೀತವಾದ ಹೋರಾಟ ಇದಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಕಲಾವಿದರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪತ್ರ ಮುಖೇನ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

“ಕಲಾವಿದರು ಇಂಥ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೇ ಋಣಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಜನರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಕಲಾವಿದರು ಬದುಕಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದೀಗ ಜನರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ವೇ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕಿಳಿಯುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರೆ ಈ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಟಿ ಉಮಾಶ್ರೀ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಅಭಿಯಾನ 2023ರ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ವರೆಗೂ ಮುಂದುವರೆಯಲಿದೆ. ನದಿಮೂಲ ಗಳಿರುವ 51 ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾತ್ರೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ನೀರಿನ ಬಳಕೆಗೆ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಮನೆಗೂ ಶುದ್ಧ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಉದ್ದಗಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗೆ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಅವುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜನರ ಎದುರು ಹೋಗಿ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕೋರಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪಕ್ಷದ ಶಾಸಕರು, ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿರಿಯ ಮುಖಂಡರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ 15 ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ತಂಡಗಳು ನದಿ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಜಲ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಿವೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಜನವರಿ 26ಕ್ಕೆ ಆಂದೋಲನ ಆರಂಭಿಸುವುದು ಖಚಿತ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದರೆ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮುಂದೂಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಸೋಲು-ಗೆಲುವು ಹೊಸದೇನಲ್ಲ. ಅನೇಕ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಲು-ಗೆಲುವು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈಗ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಬಹುಮತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಿದರೆ ಜನರ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂಬ ಭರವಸೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಯಾವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಮುಚ್ಚುಮರೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಯಾತ್ರೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನುದಾನರಹಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ 1ರಿಂದ 9ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಗಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸುವಂತೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಕೊರೋನಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ 1ರಿಂದ 9ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಭೌತಿಕ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಜನವರಿ 6 ರಿಂದ 19ರವರೆಗೆ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಆರಂಭಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ತಯಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಆಯಾ ಶಾಲಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರತಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ 20ರಿಂದ 25 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ವಾರದ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಕಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ವಿದ್ಯಾಗಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ (ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಆಫ್ಲೈನ್) ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಬೋಧನೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
