ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ರೋಗದ ಮೂರನೇ ಅಲೆಯನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತಯಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ. ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮುಂದಿನ ಏಳು ದಿನ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಟೆಲಿ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 10 ಸಾವಿರ ಗೃಹ ವೈದ್ಯರ ನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪಾಸಿಟಿವ್ ಬಂದಾಗ, ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಆತಂಕದಿಂದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗುವುದು ಬೇಡ. ಯಾರು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಸೇರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಡಾ.ರವಿ ಅವರ ತಜ್ಞರ ಸಮಿತಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿ, ದಾಖಲು ನೀತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಚಿವರು, ಬಳಿಕ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ವಿಶ್ವ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ, ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಹೊರಡುವ ಪ್ರಭೇದ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಡೆಲ್ಟಾ ಪ್ರಭೇದದ ರೋಗ ತೀವ್ರತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು, ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ತೀವ್ರತೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ. ಎರಡು ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದರೆ ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ನಿಂದ ತೀವ್ರ ತರಹ ವ್ಯಾಧಿ ಉಲ್ಪಣವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಎರಡೂ ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ರೋಗಲಕ್ಷಣ ಇರುವವರನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಸಾಕು. ಆದರೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವವರ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಕೂಡ ನಡೆಸಲಿದೆ. 2 ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡವರಿಗೆ ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಅಥವಾ ಯುನಿವರ್ಸಲ್ ಪಾಸ್ ಕೊಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಸಂಜೆ 5 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಹೆಲ್ತ್ ಬುಲೆಟಿನ್ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ . ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಕಂಡುಬಂದರೆ ಮೈಕ್ರೋ ಕಂಟೈನ್ ಮೆಂಟ್ ವಲಯ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2021ರ ಬಜೆಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುದಾನ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಅನುದಾನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್. ಕೆ. ಜಿ, ಯುಕೆಜಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಹಲವು ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಜನವರಿ 10ರಿಂದ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ನೌಕರರು ಅನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸುವುವರು ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಳೆದ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 15ರಂದು ತುಮಕೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯಂದು ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ನಡೆಸುವಾಗ ಶಾಲಾ ಅಂಗಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾದುಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಮಾರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಧ್ವಜ ತಗುಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲೂ ಇದೇ ಬಗೆಯ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕಳವಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಇಂಧನ ಹಾಗೂ ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಸಚಿವ ವಿ.ಸುನೀಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಶೀಘ್ರವೇ ಬದಲಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾದುಹೋಗಿರುವ ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಬದಲಿಸಲು ಇಂಧನ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 19ರಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
6886 ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದ ಮೂರೇ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 1783 ಕಡೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನುಳಿದ 4997 ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 114.50 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಇಂದಿನ ಇಲಾಖೆ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.2ರಷ್ಟೂ ಸೋಂಕು ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ಮಾನದಂಡವಿದೆ. ಸೋಂಕಿತರು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗುವರು,ಐಸಿಯು ಈ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಯ ಮಾನದಂಡ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಕೇವಲ ರಾಜಕೀಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಸಿಎಂಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಯುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು 18 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಿಗೆ ಬೂಸ್ಟರ್ ಡೋಸ್ ನೀಡಲು ಆಂದೋಲನ ಮಾಡುವ ಚಿಂತನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಯಾವುದೇ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿತಾಣಗಳ ಬಂದ್ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕೇವಲ ರಾಮನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಂದ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಪತ್ರ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾವು ಇಬ್ಬರಾದರೂ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಜನ ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ನೋಡೋಣ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಜನರು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕಲೆಹಾಕಿದಾಗ ಶೇ.2ರಷ್ಟು ಸೋಂಕು ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಇದು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಅಲ್ಲ.ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಎಂದು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ದ್ವೇಷದ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಕಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಶೋಭೆ ತರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.ಸಿಎಂಗೆ ಭಗವಂತ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ನೀಡಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸೋಂಕು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳದ ಬೋಗಸ್ ಅಂಕಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಿಂದ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಎಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಸಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವಚನ ವೇಳೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ 8,449 ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕು ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮೂವತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ದಾಟಿದೆ.

ಕೊರೋನಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದಿನವೊಂದಕ್ಕೆ 2.03 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಾದರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸೋಂಕು ದೃಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವು ಶೇ.4.15ಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಏರುಗತಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ತಿಂಗಳ ಏಳು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 23,715 ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕು ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

ಕೊರೋನಾ ರೂಪಾಂತರಿ ತಳಿ ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಹೊಸ ತಳಿಯ ಸೋಂಕು 107 ಮಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

ಈ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 333ಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದುವರೆಗೆ 2,937 ಡೆಲ್ಟಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಡೆಲ್ಟಾ ಉಪತಳಿಯ 1,350 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ವರದಿಯಾಗಿವೆ.

ಮೋದೀಜಿ ಅವರ ಪಂಜಾಬ್ ಭೇಟಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಲೋಪದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಪಂಜಾಬ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರಚಿಸಿರುವ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ವಜಾ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಲಾಯರ್ಸ್ ವಾಯ್ಸ್ ಎಂಬ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಈ ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಪಂಜಾಬ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಕುರಿತು ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ರಚಿಸಿರುವ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ತನಿಖೆಯನ್ನು, ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಯವರೆಗೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮುಖ್ಯನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಎನ್. ವಿ. ರಮಣ ಅದರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಪೀಠವು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಜನವರಿ 25ರಂದು ಹೊಸದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
