ಜ. 23 ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲೂಕು ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಣಿಯ ಮೊದಲ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಅವರು, ಮನೆಯಂಗಳಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆಯೆಡೆಗೆ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ದತ್ತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಕೃತಿಗಳ ಪರಿಚಯ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಾಡು ನುಡಿಗೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಬಂದಾಗ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಳುಕಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಇದನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುವ ಧೈರ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ತೋರಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಹಾಗೂ ತಾಲೂಕು ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನುದಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚೆಚ್ಚು ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು.
ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲು ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲೂಕು ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಪರಿಷತ್ ನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮೊದಲ ಸಭೆಯು ತಾಲೂಕು ಕಸಾಪ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಟಿ.ಕೆ. ರಮೇಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಮುಂಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ತಾಲೂಕು ಕನ್ನಡ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಈ ನೂತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವರನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿಯೂ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾದ ಗಾಯತ್ರಿ ಶೇಷಗಿರಿ, ಸೌಳಿ ನಾಗರಾಜ್ , ಕೋಶಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಲಿಗೆ ನಾಗರಾಜ್, ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಮಹಾಬಲೇಶ್ವರ ಹೆಗಡೆ, ಕೋಣಂದೂರು ಎಸ್. ಇ.ಅಶೋಕ್, ಆರ್.ಎಂ.ಧರ್ಮಕುಮಾರ್ , ಜಿ.ಕೆ.ಸತೀಶ್, ಕೆ.ಎಸ್. ನಾಗರತ್ನ, ಸೋಮಶೇಖರ್ ಟಿ.ಜಿ. , ಕೆ.ಜಿ. ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ , ಎಚ್.ಸಿ. ಪ್ರಸನ್ನಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡು ಹಲವು ಸಲಹೆ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.

4ಕೆ ಪ್ರೊಜೆಕ್ಟರ್ ಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೊಲೊ ಗ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಪರದೆ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇತಾಜಿ ಅವರ 28 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರ ಮತ್ತು ಆರು ಅಡಿ ಅಗಲದ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯ 3ಡಿ ಚಿತ್ರ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಕಂಡಿತು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಅಮಿತ್ ಶಾ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ವಸತಿ ಸಚಿವ ಹರ್ದಿಪ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಪುರಿ ಅವರು ಸಾಥ್ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ನಂತರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ದಾನವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ, ಹೋರಾಟವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ದಕ್ಕಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೇತಾಜಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕು ಹೋರಾಟದಿಂದಲೇ ದಕ್ಕಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿಯೇ ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಹೋರಾಟದ ಮೂಲಕ ದೇಶದ ಯುವಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ತುಂಬುತ್ತಾ ಹೋದರು. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಚಳುವಳಿಗೆ ಹುಮ್ಮಸ್ಸು, ಚಲನಶಕ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೆ ಬೋಸ್ ಅವರು ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಮರೆಯುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ಸ್ಮರಣೆ ನಮಗೆ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದವರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿದೆ. ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ಮೂರನೇ ಡೋಸ್ ನೀಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಚುರುಕುಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪಾಸಿಟೀವ್ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಹೋಂ ಕ್ವಾರೆಂಟೈನ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ.೯೫ರಷ್ಟಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ೩ದಿನ ಹೋಂ ಕ್ವಾರೆಂಟೈನ್ ಖಾತ್ರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹೋಂ ಕ್ವಾರೆಂಟೈನ್ನಲ್ಲಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಔಷಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಕಿಟ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ.ಸೆಲ್ವಮಣಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ವಸತಿ ನಿಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರೋನಾ ಪಾಸಿಟಿವ್ ಬಂದರೆ ಅಂತಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮನೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸದೆ, ವಸತಿ ನಿಲಯವನ್ನು ಸೀಲ್ಡೌನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
