18 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಲಸಿಕೆಯ ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸ್ ವಿತರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಶೇಕಡಾ. 100ರಷ್ಟು ಗುರಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ.
ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ 7 ದಿನಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಲಸಿಕೆಯ ಗುರಿ ತಲುಪಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ವಿಜಯಪುರ, ರಾಮನಗರ, ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ, ಹಾಸನ, ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ, ಕೊಡಗು, ಗದಗ, ಕೋಲಾರ, ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ, ಬೀದರ್, ಧಾರವಾಡ, ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ, ಚಾಮರಾಜನಗರ, ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ, ತುಮಕೂರು, ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಯಸ್ಕರ ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸ್ ನೀಡಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕಡ 100ರಷ್ಟು ಗುರಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ.
ಈವರಿಗೂ ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸ್, ಎರಡನೇ ಡೋಸ್, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೂರನೇ ಡೋಸ್ ಸೇರಿ 9.33 ಕೋಟಿ ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 2021ರ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 25ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಶೇ.97ರಷ್ಟು ವಯಸ್ಕರ ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ಕೊನೆಯ ಶೇ.03ರಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಮಾರು ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳ ಸಮಯ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕೋಟಿ ವಯಸ್ಕರ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೊದಲ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 18 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ 4,89,16,000 ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಲಸಿಕೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಎಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಭಾನುವಾರದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 4,89,29,819 ಮಂದಿ ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಶೇ.85ರಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿ ಎರಡನೇ ಡೋಸ್ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಉಳಿದಂತೆ 15-17 ವರ್ಷದವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಲಸಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.68ರಷ್ಟು ಗುರಿ ಸಾಧನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. 4.8ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಂದಿ ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕಾ ಡೋಸ್ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರವು ಲಸಿಕೆ ಅಭಿಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ವೇಗ ನೀಡಲು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಮೇಳ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ.ಇದು ಲಸಿಕಾ ವೇಗವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ಆಶಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರು ಮನೆಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯದ ಇರುವವರನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಿದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಗುರಿ ತಲುಪುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು.

ನೇತಾಜಿ ಸುಭಾಷ್ ಚಂದ್ರ ಬೋಸ್ ಅವರ 125ನೇ ಜನ್ಮದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ, ಹೊಸ 75 ನೇತಾಜಿ ಅಮೃತ ಎನ್ ಸಿಸಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಘೋಷಣೆ, ನವೀಕೃತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವೈಮಾನಿಕ ತರಬೇತಿ ಶಾಲೆ ಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ, 75 ಪೈಲಟ್ ಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ, ಹೆಲಿಟೂರಿಸಂ ಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

ಎನ್ ಸಿಸಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೆ ಯುವಕರನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ಈ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ 12 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗೌರವಧನ ನೀಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 44,000 ಕೆಡೆಟ್ ಗಳಿವೆ. ಎನ್ ಸಿಸಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ ರಚಿಸಲು ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದು, ಅವರಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎನ್ ಸಿಸಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, 44 ಸಾವಿರ ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರ ಮಾಡಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 50 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕೆಡೆಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಅನುಮತಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅನುಮತಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈಗ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕ್ರೀಡೆ, ಸಾಹಸ, ಒಲಂಪಿಕ್ಸ್ ಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ದತ್ತು ಪಡೆಯುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಂತ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವೈಮಾನಿಕ ತರಬೇತಿ ಶಾಲೆ ಪುನರಾರಂಭ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಕಿರೀಟಪ್ರಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ನೂರು ಜನರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡುವ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಟ್ವಿನ್ ಎಂಜಿನ್ ವಿಮಾನವನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪೂರ್ಣ ಚಾಲಿತ ರನ್ ವೇ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಸ್ಥಳದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಮೀನುಗಾರರ ಹಿತರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಹರಿಕಂತ್ರ ಅವರು ‘ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ಕುಂಭಕೋಣಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀನುಗಾರರು ಸಮುದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಘನಾಶಿನಿ ನದಿ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರೆಬೆತ್ತಲೆ ನಿಂತು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಕುಮಟಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೋಣಿ ಬೋಟ್ ಗಳು ಆ ದಿನ ಅಘನಾಶಿನಿ ನದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಲಿವೆ ಇದು ಮೀನುಗಾರರ ಬದುಕಿನ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಅವರು “ನದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಿಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಡುವುದು ತಪ್ಪು. ಕೆಲವು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳನ್ನು ಅನಾಥರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ. ಅಘನಾಶಿನಿ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪರಿಸರವಾದಿ ಸುರೇಶ್ ಹಬ್ಳೀಕರ್ ಅವರು ‘ಅಘನಾಶಿನಿ ನದಿ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜನರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪಶ್ಚಿಮಘಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ನದಿ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು’ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ

ಕಳೆದ ಬಾರಿ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ವಿಕೋಪದಿಂದ ಬೆಳೆ ನಷ್ಟ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ರೈತರ ಹೊಲಗದ್ದೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಜಂಟಿ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಹಾನಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಶೀಘ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ನೆರೆಹಾವಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರಿ ಮಳೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ 31 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ 23 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಆಸ್ತಿಪಾಸ್ತಿ ಹಾನಿಗೀಡಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಎಸ್ ಡಿ ಆರ್ ಎಫ್ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 1,281 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಕಲಬುರಗಿ 163 ಕೋಟಿ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ 100 ಕೋಟಿ, ಬೀದರ್ 97, ಧಾರವಾಡ 96 ಕೋಟಿ, ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ 72 ಹಾಗೂ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 66 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಇನ್ ಪುಟ್ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಜನವರಿ 26ರಂದು ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯೋತ್ಸವದ ಸ್ಥಬ್ದ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಪರೇಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸ್ಥಬ್ದ ಚಿತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಕಮಲಾದೇವಿ ಚಟ್ಟೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯ ಅವರ ಬಿಂಬ ಶಿಲ್ಪ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಿಂಬ ಶಿಲ್ಪಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಕಲ್ ಸೀರೆಯಿಂದ ಶೃಂಗರಿಸಿರುವುದು ಒಂದು ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಂಗತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಭಾರತದ ಸಮಾಜ ಸುಧಾರಕರ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಮಲಾದೇವಿ ಚಟ್ಟೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕಮಲಾದೇವಿ ಅವರು ಮೂಲತಃ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನವರು. 1903 ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 3ರಂದು ಜನಿಸಿದರು.ಇವರು ತಮ್ಮ 14ನೇ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮದುವೆಯಾದರು. ವಿವಾಹವಾಗಿ ಎರಡೇ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಗಂಡನನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡರು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಇವರು ಧೃತಿಗೆಡದೆ ಕಮಲಾದೇವಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದರು.

ವಿಧವಾ ವಿವಾಹಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶವೇ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು, ಕವಿ ಹರಿಂದ್ರನಾಥ ಚಟ್ಟೋಪಾಧ್ಯಯ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮರು ವಿವಾಹವಾದರು. 1923ರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮುಗಿಸಿ, ವಿದೇಶದಿಂದ ಪತಿಯೊಡನೆ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಮರಳಿದ ಅವರು, ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯ ಅಸಹಕಾರ ಚಳುವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.1930ರ ” ದಂಡಿ ಉಪ್ಪಿನ ಸತ್ಯಾಗ್ರಹ” ದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡು ಕಮಲಾದೇವಿ ಅವರು ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದರು. ಎರಡನೇಯ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಯುದ್ದ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿಗಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದರು.ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ, ಅನೇಕ ಕರಕುಶಲ ವಸ್ತು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಲಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದರು. ಕಮಲಾದೇವಿ ಅವರು ಸಂಗೀತ ನಾಟಕ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆಯೂ ಸಹ ಆಗಿದ್ದರು.ಕರ ಕುಶಲಕರ್ಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗಲು ಅನೇಕ ಸಂಘ – ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೆ ಕಮಲಾದೇವಿ ಚಟ್ಟೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯ ಅವರೇ ಕಾರಣ. ಇಳಕಲ್ ಸೀರೆ ,ಗುಳೇದಗುಡ್ಡದ ಕುಬುಸದ ಖಣ ಈಗ ನವದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ ಪ್ರಿಯರ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಹಬ್ಬ ನೀಡಲಿವೆ

ಕೊರೋನಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಆರಂಭದಿಂದಲೂ ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ 6ಕೋಟಿ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮೈಲುಗಲ್ಲು ತಲುಪಿದೆ. ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೂರನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಡಾ. ಕೆ. ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆರಂಭದಿಂದಲೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ಕೊರೋನಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿದೆ. ಉತ್ತಮ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕಿಂಗ್ ವಿಧಾನ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.

ಕೊರೋನಾ ಆರಂಭವಾದಾಗ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎನ್ಐವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಖಚಿತತೆಗಾಗಿ ಪುಣೆಯ ಎನ್ಐವಿ ಘಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾದರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ನಂತರ ಹಂತಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಹೊಸ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 99 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು 169 ಖಾಸಗಿ ಸೇರಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 268 ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹತ್ತರಿಂದ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಆರ್ ಟಿಪಿಸಿಆರ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 57 ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. 108 ಆರ್ ಎನ್ ಎ ಎಕ್ಸ್ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟ್ ರ್ಸ್, 139 ಆರ್ ಟಿಪಿಸಿಆರ್ ಯಂತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದು ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಯಂತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ದಿನದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು 1,20,800ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಅವರು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಐಸಿಎಂಆರ್ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯಂತೆ ಕೊರೊನ ಲಕ್ಷಣ ಇರುವವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಒಟ್ಟು 23,078 ಮಂದಿ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 121.47 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಗೌರವಧನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 18 ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 5,078 ಮಂದಿ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 7,500 ರೂ., ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ 8000 ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಷ್ಟು ಗೌರವ ಸಂಭಾವನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಗೊಂಡ 4 ಸಾವಿರ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಧನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ.

ಉತ್ತಮ ಆಡಳಿತ ನೀಡುವ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಧಾನ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಯ ಕನಸಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಯೋಜನೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದದ್ದು ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಕೆಲಸ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿಜಿಯವರು ಶ್ಲಾಘನೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿಜಿ ಅವರು “ಆಡಳಿತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜನರ ನಡುವೆ ತಡೆಗೋಡೆ ಇರಬಾರದು. ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಅಮಲಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ನಡೆ ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕು. ವಿಚಾರ ವಿನಿಮಯದ ಸೇತುವೆ ಸದಾ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಕಾನ್ಫರೆನ್ಸ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನಡೆದ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.

“ಯಾದಗಿರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ರೈತರ ಆದಾಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಒಳನಾಡು ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಈ ವರ್ಷ 7,416 ಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಟನ್ ಮೀನು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಗಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ಪಾದಿಸಿ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ 180 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವಹಿವಾಟು ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದು ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಶೇ.50 ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ರಾಗಪ್ರಿಯ.ಆರ್ ಅವರು ಸಂವಾದದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ “ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳು ಶ್ಲಾಘನೀಯವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ ಜಿ ಅವರು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕಾ ಚೋಪ್ರಾ ಅವರು ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ತಾಯಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು ವರದಿಮಾಡಿದವು. ಈಗ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕಾ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಕ್ ದಂಪತಿ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ತಾಯ್ತನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೆಲ ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಲಾಸ್ ಏಂಜಲೀಸ್ ನ ಸದರ್ನ್ ಕ್ಯಾಲಿಫೋರ್ನಿಯಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ 26 ವಾರಗಳ ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿಯಾದ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ತಾಯಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಗು ಜನಿಸಿದ್ದು, ತಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಗು ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕಾ ನಿಕ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಸಂತಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಗುವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕಾ ಮನೆಗೆ ಕರೆದೊಯ್ಯಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಸ್ವತಹ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕಾ ಚೋಪ್ರಾ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನಟಿ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ ಅವರಿಗೆ 39 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸು ಆಗಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಗರ್ಭಧಾರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಸವದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಗಬಹುದಾದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಂದ ಪಾರಾಗಲು ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ತಾಯ್ತನಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಲು ದಂಪತಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕಾ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣುಮಗುವನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ತಾಯಿಗೆ ಇದು 5ನೇ ಪ್ರಸವ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ ಪುತ್ರಿಯೂ ನಿಗದಿಗಿಂತ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಮೊದಲೇ ಜನಿಸಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.
