ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ರೈತರಿಂದ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಬೆಲೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಗಿ ಭತ್ತ ಮತ್ತು ಜೋಳ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ ಖರೀದಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳು ಜನವರಿ 1ರಿಂದ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 31ರವರೆಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಿವೆ.

ಬಿಳಿ ಜೋಳ ಮಾಲ್ದಂಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕ್ವಿಂಟಾಲ್ಗೆ 2758 ರೂ , ಬಿಳಿ ಜೋಳ ಹೈಬ್ರಿಡ್ ಗೆ 2738 ರೂ., ಗ್ರೇಡ್ ಎ ಭತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ 1960 ರೂ, ಕ್ವಿಂಟಾಲ್ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಗ್ರೇಡ್ ಭತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ 1940 ರೂ. ಕ್ವಿಂಟಾಲ್ ರಾಗಿಗೆ 3377 ರೂ. ದರ ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಖರೀದಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಿತಿ ಸೇರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರತಿ ಎಕರೆಗೆ 25 ಕ್ವಿಂಟಾಲ್ ಭತ್ತ , ಪ್ರತಿ ರೈತರಿಂದ 40 ಕ್ವಿಂಟಾಲ್ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಭತ್ತ ಖರೀದಿ ಮಿತಿ ನಿಗದಿ ಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ ರಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಳಿ ಜೋಳಕ್ಕೆ ಮಿತಿ ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಎಕರೆಗೆ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ 10 ಕ್ವಿಂಟಾಲ್, ಪ್ರತಿ ರೈತರಿಂದ ತಲಾ 20 ಕ್ವಿಂಟಾಲ್ ರಾಗಿ, ಬಿಳಿ ಜೋಳ ಖರೀದಿ ಮಿತಿ ಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಉಮೇಶ್ ಕತ್ತಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ದಿನದಿಂದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ 1,17,917 ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ವರದಿಯಾಗಿವೆ. 8 ಜನರು ಸೋಂಕಿಗೆ ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 30.07 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮೀರಿದ್ದರೆ, ಮೃತರ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 38,335ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. 335 ಸೋಂಕಿತರು ಚೇತರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಗುಣಮುಖರ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 29.60 ಲಕ್ಷ ದಾಟಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ 8,712 ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿವೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ.0.70 ರಷ್ಟಿದ್ದರೆ, ಸಾವಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ.0.96ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ 656, ಉಡುಪಿ 35, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ 30, ಕೊಡಗು 21, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ 12, ಹಾಸನ 11 ಮಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಂಕು ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.
16 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 1 ಒಂದಂಕಿಯಲ್ಲಿವೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಐವರು, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ, ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲಾ ಒಬ್ಬರಂತೆ ಎಂಟು ಮಂದಿ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಅನ್ಯ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವ 60 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರು, ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ 3ನೇ ಡೋಸ್ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ವೈದ್ಯರಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಜ.10ರಿಂದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು, ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅನ್ಯ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವ 60 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕಾ ಡೋಸ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು 2ನೇ ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದು 39 ( 9 ತಿಂಗಳು) ವಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಡೋಸ್ ( ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಡೋಸ್) ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಒಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮುತವರ್ಜಿ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಕೊಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪದೇಪದೇ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅನುದಾನ ನೀಡಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಳಕೆಗೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾದ ಗಮನವನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಒದಗಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಿಂದ ಬಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೇವಲ 415.16 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಒದಗಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷದ ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಸೇರಿ 620.65 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ ‌.
ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಿಕಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಇನ್ನುಳಿದಂತೆ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಭಾಗದ ಶಾಸಕರು, ಸಚಿವರು ಕೆಕೆಆರ್ ಡಿಬಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಗದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಜಾರಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ವಿಳಂಬನೀತಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯ ಮೂಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಅನುದಾನ ಬಳಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡಳಿತದ ಮಂದಗತಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಾಸಕರು, ಸಚಿವರ ನಿರಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಕೆಆರ್ ಡಿಬಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದು ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಿದಂತಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ 1492.97 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಅನುದಾನ ನಿಗದಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ಕಳೆದ ಎಂಟು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ 415.16 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕಳೆದ ಎಂಟು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾದ 415.16 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಹಾಗೂ ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗದೇ ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದ ಅನುದಾನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ 620.65 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
ಕೆಕೆಆರ್ ಡಿಬಿಗೆ ಸರಕಾರ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಅನುದಾನ ಒದಗಿಸದೇ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ ಅನುದಾನ ಬಳಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಲೋಪಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ವೇಗ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಾಸಕರ ನಿರಾಸಕ್ತಿ , ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವೈಫಲ್ಯದಿಂದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದೂ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ರಾಯಚೂರಿನ ಹೈ.ಕ. ಹೋರಾಟ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ, ಡಾ.ರಝಾಕ್ ಉಸ್ತಾದ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ

ಕೃಷಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಮಿತಿ ಹೇರಿ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಆದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ್ಯಂತ ಭಾರಿ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಭೂ ಮಾಪನಾ, ಕಂದಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭೂ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟೀಕರಣದ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.
ಹೊಸ ಆದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಮೋಜಿಣಿ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಭೂ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಗೆ ಸ್ಕೆಚ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೃಷಿಭೂಮಿ ಮಾರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ 11ಇ ಸ್ಕೆಚ್ ಗಾಗಿ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವು 3 ಅಥವಾ 5 ಗುಂಟೆಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಅರ್ಹತೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ 11ಇ ಸ್ಕೆಚ್ ಅನ್ನು ನೀಡಬಹುದು.
ಹೊಸ ಪಹಣಿ ರಚಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಭೂಮಾಪನಾ , ಕಂದಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭೂದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಮುನೀಶ್ ಮೌದ್ಗಿಲ್ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹೊಸ ಆದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕೃಷಿಭೂಮಿ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿನ ಭಾಗಶಃ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಭೂ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಭಾಗಶಃ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣ ಭೂ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯಾದ ಬಳಿಕ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿತ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಉಳಿದ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕೃಷಿಭೂಮಿಯಾಗಿ ಪಹಣಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸಾಗರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಹಲವು ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಭೂಮಿ ಸಾಗುವಳಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ರೈತರನ್ನು ಒಕ್ಕಲೆಬ್ಬಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿರುವ ತಾಲೂಕು ಆಡಳಿತದ ಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿ ಸಾಗರದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವ ಕಾಗೋಡು ತಿಮ್ಮಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ‘ಭೂಮಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದ್ದರೆಷ್ಟು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆಷ್ಟು’ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ‘ಕಂದಾಯ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ರೈತರನ್ನು ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಲಗಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ‘ಅರಣ್ಯ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಜ್ವಲಂತ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲೆನಾಡಿನ ಶಾಸಕರು ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಮತದಾರರಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವವರು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಂಡವಾಳವನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಜನರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವತ್ತ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ತೋರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ’ ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಕಾಗೋಡು ತಿಮ್ಮಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಕಟುವಾಗಿ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರು.

ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಜಯಂತ್ ಅವರು ‘ಇಂಡೀಕರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರಣ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿ ರುವುದು ಹಲವು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ಭಾಗದ ಅನೇಕ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಮನೆ, ಹಿತ್ತಲು, ಸಾಗುವಳಿ ಭೂಮಿ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನ, ರಸ್ತೆ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಚಕಾರ ಬಂದಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ ಪ್ರಮುಖರಾದ ಡಾ. ರಾಜನಂದಿನಿ ಕಾಗೋಡು, ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಹಕ್ರೆ, ಮಧು ಮಾಲತಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವರು ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
