ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಮೆ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಪಾಲಿಸಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ವಿಧಿಸಿದ ಷರತ್ತು ಅಥವಾ ನಿಬಂಧನೆ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಗೆ ಮೆಡಿಕ್ಲೇಮ್ ಅನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಚಂದ್ರಚೂಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ನಾಗರತ್ನ ಅವರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಪೀಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಮನಮೋಹನ್ ನಂದ ಎಂಬುವರು ಅಮೆರಿಕಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡುವ ಮುಂಚೆ ಓವರ್ ಸೀಸ್ ಮೆಡಿಕ್ಲೇಮ್ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಹಾಲಿಡೇ ಪಾಲಿಸಿಯನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅಮೆರಿಕಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಹೃದಯಾಘಾತವಾಗಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದರು. ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನು ಭರಿಸಲು ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಇನ್ಶೂರೆನ್ಸ್ ಒಪ್ಪಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಮೊದಲೇ ತಿಳಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣ ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು.

ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಬಿ .ಎಂ.ಶ್ಯಾಮ್ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಅವರಿದ್ದ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ ರಜಾಕಾಲದ ನ್ಯಾಯಪೀಠದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಜನವರಿ 5ಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಿದೆ.

ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಾಲ ನಡೆದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯ ವೇಳೆ ಗೂಗಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ ಹಿರಿಯ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿ ಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಸುಬ್ರಮಣ್ಯಂ ವಾದ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಸಿಸಿಐ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವ ಆದೇಶದ ಸಿಂಧುತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸಿಸಿಎಲ್ ಪರ ವಾದ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ಅಡಿಷನಲ್ ಸಾಲಿಸಿಟರ್ ಜನರಲ್ ಎನ್. ವೆಂಕಟರಾಮನ್, ಸಿಸಿಐ ಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಮುಂದಿನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಯವರೆಗೆ ಗೂಗಲ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಲವಂತ ಕ್ರಮ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಅದನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ನ್ಯಾಯಪೀಠ, ಮುಂದಿನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆವರೆಗೆ ಆತುರದ ಕ್ರಮ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಿಸಿಐ ಪರ ವಕೀಲರು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಮುಂದೂಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿತು.

ಅಲಯನ್ಸ್ ಆಫ್ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಎಂಬ ನವೋದ್ಯಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಗೂಗಲ್ ಒಡೆತನದ ಪ್ಲೇ ಸ್ಟೋರ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಹೊಸ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಸಿಸಿಐ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸಿಸಿಐ, ಪ್ಲೇಸ್ಟೋರ್ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೆಲವು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿತ್ತು.

ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31ರವರೆಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸಿಸಿಐ ಗಡುವು ವಿಧಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಆ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದ ಗೂಗಲ್, ತನಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಲು ಇನ್ನು 8 ವಾರ ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದೂ ಕೋರಿತ್ತು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಿಸಿಐ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಿಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಾಲ್ ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ದಬಾಂಗ್ ಡೆಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮೋಘ ಜಯ
ಮೊದಲನೇ ಪಂದ್ಯವು:
ದಬಾಂಗ್ ಡೆಲ್ಲಿ(52) ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಾಲ್ ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್ (35) ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ರೇಡರ್ ನವೀನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಚುರುಕಿನ ಆಟದಿಂದ 24 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದರು.ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ತಂಡವು ಮೊದಲಾರ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ 33-15 ರಿಂದ ಪಂದ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿಗಿ ಹಿಡಿತ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ನವೀನ್ ಆಲ್ ರೌಂಡರ್ ಆಗಿಯೂ ಕೂಡ ಮಿಂಚಿದರು.ಅವರಿಗೆ 10 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಬಂದವು.
ಅಮೋಘ ಆಟವಾಡಿದ ನವೀನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ನೆರವಿನಿಂದ ದಬಾಂಗ್ ಡೆಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಡವು ಪ್ರೊ ಕಬಡ್ಡಿ ಲೀಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಅಜೇಯ ಓಟ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿತು.
ಡೆಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಡವು ಇದುವರೆಗೆ 4 ಪಂದ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಿದ.ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ 3 ಗೆದ್ದು ಒಂದರಲ್ಲಿ ಟೈ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗ್ರಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
ಬೆಂಗಾಲ್ ತಂಡದ ನಾಯಕ ಮಣಿಂದರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ತಕ್ಕ ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಅವರು 12 ರೇಡ್ ಗಳಿಂದ 16 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದರು.ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸುಖೇಶ್ ಹೆಗಡೆ 9 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ಸ್ ಕೂಡ ಉತ್ತಮ ಜೊತೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.ಆದರೆ,ಡೆಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಡದ ವೇಗಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಗಾಲ್ ಆಟ ಸಾಟಿಯಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ಯೋಧಾ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಜರಾತ್ ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ರೋಚಕ ಪಂದ್ಯ ಡ್ರಾ
ಎರೆಡನೇ ಪಂದ್ಯವು:
ಯು.ಪಿ ಯೋಧಾ(30) ಮತ್ತು ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಜಯಂಟ್ಸ್(30) ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಎರಡು ತಂಡಗಳ ಸಮಬಲ ಹೋರಾಟದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಪಂದ್ಯ ಡ್ರಾ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ.
ಯೋಧಾ ತಂಡದ ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ನರ್ವಾಲ್(11) ಮತ್ತು ರಾಕೇಶ್ ನರ್ವಾಲ್(13) ಅವರ ನಡುವಣ ಪೈಪೋಟಿಯು ಆಕರ್ಷಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರು ಹರಿಯಾಣ ಮೂಲದ ಆಟಗಾರರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂಡದ ಸೋಲು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಹೆಣದಾಡಿದರು.ಅರ್ಧವಿರಾಮದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ತಂಡವು 20-14 ರಿಂದ ಮುಂದಿತ್ತು.ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಂತರದ ಆಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇಡು ತೀರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಧಾ ಸಫಲವಾಯಿತು.
ಯೋಧಾ ಆಟಗಾರರು ಗುಜರಾತ್ ತಂಡವನ್ನು 2 ಬಾರಿ ಅಲ್ ಔಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮೇಲುಗೈ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದರು.ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸುರೇಂದರ್ ಗಿಲ್ ಅವರು ಕೂಡ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ 6 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಸೇರಿಸಿದರು.
