ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಠಿಣ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದರ ನಡುವೆಯೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಯಂತೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪ್ರತಿಯುತ್ತರ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಜನವರಿ 9ರಿಂದ 19 ರ ವರೆಗೆ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ ನಿಗದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಜಂಟಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ನೀರಿನ ಹಕ್ಕಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸರಿಯುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

‘ಕಾನೂನು ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಿಯಮ ಪಾಲಿಸಿ ನಡಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಈ ನಡಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಇಬ್ಬರೇ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ’ ಎಂದು ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಜನಹಿತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪಕ್ಷತೀತವಾಗಿ ನೀರಿಗಾಗಿ ನಡಿಗೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಲು ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಅವರ ಅಸೂಯೆಗೆ ಮದ್ದಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀರಿಗಾಗಿ ನಡಿಗೆಗೆ ಜನ ತೋರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ನೋಡಿ ಇದನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪಿತೂರಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೋವಿ ನೆಪದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವೀಕೆಂಡ್ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಅನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಯಿದೆ.

ಬುಧವಾರ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 4,246 ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೋಬರಿ 3,605 ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಬ್ಬರು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಂದ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಮೆಟ್ರೋ ರೈಲು ಮತ್ತು ಕೆ ಎಸ್ ಆರ್ ಟಿ ಸಿ, ಬಿಎಂಟಿಸಿ ಬಸ್ ಸಂಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ವಿಸ್ತೃತ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

*ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆಟ್ರೋ ಸಂಚಾರದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8 ರಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿ 9ರವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ 20 ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೊಮ್ಮೆ ರೈಲು ಸಂಚರಿಸಲಿದೆ.

• ವಾರಂತ್ಯ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ವೇಳೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರುವ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
• ಹಲವು ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ದರ್ಶನದ ಬಂದ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
• ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧ, ವಿಕಾಸಸೌಧ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪ್ರವೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ.
• ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ರಾತ್ರಿ 10ರಿಂದ ಸೋಮವಾರ 5.00 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ದಟ್ಟಣೆ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಕೆ ಎಸ್ ಆರ್ ಟಿ ಸಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದೆ.

ವಾರಾಂತ್ಯ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ವಹಿವಾಟು ಭಾಗಶಃ ಸ್ತಬ್ದ ವಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಕೆ. ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಅವರು “ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ 4 ರಿಂದ 6 ವಾರಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಜನರು ಬಹಳ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಇರಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಶೇ.30ರಷ್ಟು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಐಸಿಯು ವಿತ್ ವೆಂಟಿಲೇಟರ್, ಹೆಚ್ ಡಿ ಯು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ತಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶೇ.30ರಷ್ಟು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೋಂಕಿತರಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಜನವರಿ ಏಳರಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.50 ಹಾಗೂ ಜನವರಿ 10ರಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.75 ರಷ್ಟು ಹಾಸಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆ ಐಟಿ ಕಂಪನಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ 2 ಡೋಸ್ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆಯೇ, ಕೆಲಸದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿವುದೆಯೇ ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಉಡುಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನವರಿ 18ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀಕೃಷ್ಣ ಮಠದ ಪರ್ಯಾಯೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೂ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅದ್ದೂರಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಉತ್ಸವ ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಸರಳ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಮೊದಲ ಇನ್ನಿಂಗ್ಸ್ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದ ಆತಿಥೇಯ ತಂಡವು 1 ವಿಕೆಟ್ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು 35 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿತು.ಕ್ರೀಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಕೀಗನ್ ಪೀಟರ್ಸನ್ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಯಕ ಡೀನ್ ಎಲ್ಗರ್ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯ ಜೊತೆಯಾಟವಾಡಿದರು.2 ನೇ ವಿಕೆಟ್ ಗೆ 74 ರನ್ ಸೇರಿಸಿದರು.ಇನ್ನಿಂಗ್ಸ್ ಗೆ ಬಲ ತುಂಬುವಂತಹ ಆಟವಾಡಿದರು.
ಡೀನ್ ಎಲ್ಗರ್ 120 ಎಸೆತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 28 ರನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೀಗನ್ ಪೀಟರ್ಸನ್ 118 ಎಸೆತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 62 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿ ತಮ್ಮ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಚೈತನ್ಯ ತುಂಬಿದರು. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಬೌಲರ್ ಶಾರ್ದೂಲ್ ಅವರ “ಸ್ವಿಂಗ್” ಚಳಕದಿಂದ ಭಾರತ ಪಂದ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಿಡಿತ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು.
ಎರಡನೇ ಇನ್ನಿಂಗ್ಸ್ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ ಭಾರತ ತಂಡವು 20 ಓವರ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 2 ವಿಕೆಟ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ 85 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿತು.ರಾಹುಲ್(24) ಮತ್ತು ಮಯಾಂಕ್(44) ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿ ಬೇಗನೆ ಮರಳಿದರು.
ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ಪಂದ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಯ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪರದಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಚೇತೇಶ್ವರ ಪೂಜಾರ (35) ಹಾಗೂ ಅಜಿಂಕ್ಯ ರಹಾನೆ (11) ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿ ಇವರು ರನ್ ಬಾರಿಸುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಟ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದರು. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ದಿಗ್ಗಜ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಗವಾಸ್ಕರ್,ಪೂಜಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಅಜಿಂಕ್ಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ‘ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಆಟಗಾರರಿಗೂ ಉಳಿದಿರುವುದು ಎರೆಡನೇ ಇನ್ನಿಂಗ್ಸ್ ಮಾತ್ರ’ ಎಂದು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮೊದಲನೇ ಪಂದ್ಯವು:
ಹರಿಯಾಣ ಸ್ಟೀಲರ್ಸ್(24) ಮತ್ತು ಯು. ಮುಂಬಾ(24) ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಎರಡು ತಂಡಗಳ ಸಮಬಲ ಹೋರಾಟದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಪಂದ್ಯವನ್ನು ಟೈ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ.

ಯು.ಪಿ ಯೋಧಾ(33) ಮತ್ತು ತಮಿಳ್ ತಲೈವಾರ್ಸ್(39) ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು.ಯೋಧಾ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತಲೈವಾರ್ಸ್ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ.
ಮೊದಲಾರ್ಧ ವಿರಾಮದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ತಲೈವಾರ್ಸ್ 21-10 ರಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತ್ತು.ಮಂಜೀತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಜಿಂಕ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ 7 ಹಾಗೂ 6 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದರು.ಇದರಿಂದ ಯೋಧಾ ದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ 6 ಅಂಕಗಳ ಅಂತರದಿಂದ ರೋಚಕ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು.

“ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಉಳಿದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತೇವೆ. ತಪ್ಪಿದರೆ, ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಅಶಾಂತಿ ಎದುರಾಗಲಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಳುವವರಿಗೆ ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹಿ, ಉಗ್ರವಾದಿ ಪಟ್ಟ ಕಟ್ಟುವಂತಹ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತ ಪಿತೂರಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಅಭಿವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋದರೆ, ಸಮಾಜ ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಕಾಸ ಆಗುವುದಾದರೂ ಹೇಗೆ? ಎಂದು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನ್ಯಾ. ಎಚ್. ಎನ್. ನಾಗಮೋಹನದಾಸ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ‘ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 4,635 ಜಾತಿಗಳಿವೆ. ಜಾತಿಯಿಂದ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಇರುವಂತವರು ಧರ್ಮದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಾತಿ ಬೆರೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾತಿ ವಿನಾಶ ವಾಗದೆ ಇದ್ದರೂ , ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪೆಟ್ಟು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಭಾರತ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಸಮಗ್ರವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿದೆ. ತಪ್ಪಿದರೆ, ಕೋಮುವಾದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾತಿವಾದಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಮತ್ತೆ ಗುಲಾಮಗಿರಿಗೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ನಾಗಮೋಹನ್ ದಾಸ್ ಅವರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೃತಿಯ ಕರ್ತೃ ಪ್ರೊ. ಮುಜಾಫರ್ ಅಸ್ಸಾದಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ‘ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನಾ ಧರ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಪದಗಳ ಸಮನ್ವಯತೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕೋಮುವಾದ ಬೆಳೆದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ, ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಜಾತಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಎಂಬುವುದು ರಾರಾಜಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸಮಾಜದ ಕಟ್ಟಕಡೆಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರ ಆಶಯದಂತೆ, ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕೆಳ ಜಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಈ ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಮುಜಾಫರ್ ಅಸ್ಸಾದಿ ಅವರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
