ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ತನಿಖಾ ವಿಭಾಗವಾಗಿರುವ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ ನೀಡಿದ ಶಿಫಾರಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಈ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಅವುಗಳ ಸಹಜ ಬೆಲೆಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಬೆಲೆಗೆ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ರಫ್ತು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಮಹಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ ನಡೆಸಿದ ತನಿಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಸವಾಯಿ ಮಾನಸಿಂಗ್ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾನುವಾರ ನಡೆದ ಫೈನಲ್ ಪಂದ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲು ಬ್ಯಾಟಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ತಂಡ 49.4 ಓವರ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 314 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿತು.

ವಿಜಯನಗರ ಏಕದಿನ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಟ್ರೋಫಿ ಟೂರ್ನಿಯ ಆರಂಭದಿಂದಲೇ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ಸತತ ಆರನೇ ಸಲ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಜಯಿಸುವ ಕನಸು ನನಸಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಕನಸು ಕನಸಾಗಿಯೇ ಉಳಿಯಿತು.

ವಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೀಪರ್-ಬ್ಯಾಟರ್ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್ 103 ಎಸೆತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 8 ಬೌಂಡರಿ ಹಾಗೂ 7 ಸಿಕ್ಸರ್ ಸಿಡಿಸಿ 116 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದ ಸುಂದರ ಶತಕವು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಯಿತು.

315 ರನ್ ಗಳ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ಗುರಿ ಬೆನ್ನತ್ತಿ ಆಡಿದ ಹಿಮಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶ 47.3 ಓವರ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 4 ವಿಕೆಟ್ ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ 299 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಸಂಜೆ 5 ಘಂಟೆ ಸುಮಾರಿಗೆ ಹಿಮಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ತಂಡದ ಗೆಲುವಿಗೆ 15 ಎಸೆತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 16 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಹೊತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂದ ಬೆಳಕಿನ ಕಾರಣ ಆಟ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಹಿಮಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಉತ್ತಮ ರನ್ ಸರಾಸರಿ ಹೊಂದಿತ್ತು ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ “ವಿಜಯಿ” ತಂಡ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ವಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೀಪರ್ – ಬ್ಯಾಟರ್,ಶುಭಂ ಅರೋರ (ಅಜೇಯ 131 ಎಸೆತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 13 ಬೌಂಡರಿ ಹಾಗೂ 1 ಸಿಕ್ಸರ್ ಸಿಡಿಸಿ 136 ರನ್) ಗಳಿಸಿದರು. ಇದರ ಬಲದಿಂದ ಹಿಮಾಚಲ ತಂಡವು 47.3 ಓವರ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 4 ವಿಕೆಟ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ 299 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿತು.

ಒಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ರೋಚಕ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದ ಹಿಮಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ವಿಜಯ್ ಹಜಾರೆ ಟ್ರೋಫಿ ಗೆದ್ದು ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಿತು.

ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಜಯಂಟ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ದಬಾಂಗ್ ದೆಹಲಿ ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು.2 ತಂಡಗಳ ಸಮಬಲ ಹೋರಾಟದಿಂದ ಪಂದ್ಯವನ್ನು ‘ಡ್ರಾ’ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿವೆ.
ದೆಹಲಿ ತಂಡದ ನವೀನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ (11 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್) ಮತ್ತು ಗುಜರಾತ್ ತಂಡದ ರಾಕೇಶ್ ನರ್ವಾಲ್ (9 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್) ಜಿದ್ದಾಜಿದ್ದಿಯ ಹೋರಾಟದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಉಭಯ ತಂಡಗಳು ಸೋಲಿನಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು.
ಗುಜರಾತ್ ತಂಡದ ಡಿಫೆಂಡರ್ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕೂಡ ಮಿಂಚಿದರು,ಅವರು 4 ಅಂಕಗಳ ಕಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಜಯಂಟ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ದಬಾಂಗ್ ದೆಹಲಿ ನಡುವಿನ ನಡೆದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಪಂದ್ಯವು 24-24 ರಿಂದ ರೋಚಕ “ಟೈ” ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತ್ಯವಾಯಿತು.
ಎರೆಡನೇ ಪಂದ್ಯವು:
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಬುಲ್ಸ್ (36) ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಾಲ್ ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್ (35) ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು.ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಬುಲ್ಸ್ ,ಬೆಂಗಾಲ್ ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್ ತಂಡದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ 1 ಅಂಕಗಳ ಅಂತರದಿಂದ ರೋಚಕ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ.
ಬುಲ್ಸ್ ತಂಡದ ನಾಯಕ ಪವನ್ 15 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿ ತಂಡದ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ರುವಾರಿಯಾದರು. ಮಣಿಂದರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ 17 ಅಂಕ ಗಳಿಸಿ ಬೆಂಗಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಬಲ ತುಂಬಿದರು.ಆದರೆ, ತಂಡವು ಗೆಲುವಿನ ಅಂಚಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಡವಿತು.
ಬೆಂಗಾಲ್ ತಂಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಲ್ ರೌಂಡರ್ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ನಬಿಷೇಕ್ (8 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್) ಕೂಡ ಅಮೋಘ ಆಟವಾಡಿದರು.ಆದರೆ,ತಂಡವು ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಅಂಕ ಅಂತರದಿಂದ ಸೋತಿತು.ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಟೂರ್ನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಎರಡನೇ ಜಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ 7 ಲಕ್ಷ ಚಾಲಕರ ಪೈಕಿ 2.50 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಲಭಿಸಿದೆ. 2020ರಲ್ಲಿ ತಲಾ 5 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ ಹಾಗೂ 2000 21ರಲ್ಲಿ ತಲಾ 3 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ನರೇಗಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಉಸ್ತವಾರಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲುಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ರಚನೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ ಆದರೆ ಆದೇಶ ಇನ್ನೂ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಆಡಳಿತದಿಂದ ಯಾವುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟೀಕರಣ ಕೇಳಿಲ್ಲ.

ನರೇಗಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿತ 7 ದಿನದೊಳಗೆ ಕೂಲಿ ಕೆಲಸದ ಸಂಬಳವನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ಸಂಬಳಕ್ಕೂ ಖಾತ್ರಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿದೆ ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ 4,194 ಕೂಲಿ ಆಳಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 1.25 ಕೋಟಿ, ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಅರಣ್ಯ, ಕೃಷಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಹಿಸಿದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳ ಕೂಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 30 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇನ್ನೂ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನರೇಗಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕೂಲಿಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಕಡೆ ಇನ್ನಾದರೂ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷಾಚರಣೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಮತ್ತು ಹೋಟೆಲ್, ರೆಸ್ಟೋರೆಂಟ್, ಪಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದ ಶೇಕಡಾ 50 ರಷ್ಟು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟು ನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮದುವೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಭೆ, ಸಮಾರಂಭಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರ ಬಹುದಾದ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು 300ಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ. ಕೆ. ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಸಭೆಯ ಬಳಿಕ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಜಾರಿ ಕುರಿತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಪಿ. ರವಿಕುಮಾರ್ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರಾತ್ರಿ 10 ರಿಂದ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 5 ರವರೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಉದ್ದೇಶದ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಓಡಾಟ ನಿಷಿದ್ಧ. ಹೋಟೆಲ್, ರೆಸ್ಟೋರೆಂಟ್, ಪಬ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳೂ ರಾತ್ರಿ 10ಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂತ್ಯ.
ಬಸ್ಸು, ರೈಲು, ಮೆಟ್ರೋ ರೈಲು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಮಾನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಬಗೆಯ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ. ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ತೋರಿಸಿ ಬಸ್, ರೈಲು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣ ತಲುಪಬಹುದು.
ರೋಗಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಸಹಾಯಕರು ಅಥವಾ ಜೊತೆಗಿರುವವರು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ.
ರಾತ್ರಿ ವೇಳೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲೇಬೇಕಾದ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗದು. ಇಂತಹ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳ ನೌಕರರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪತ್ರ ತೋರಿಸಿ ಓಡಾಡಬಹುದು.

“ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಆಗುವ ಮೊದಲು ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಪರಿಷ್ಕೃತ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು” ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ನಾಗೇಶ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 6 ರಿಂದ 8ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ರೂಪಿಸಿರುವ ವೃಂದ ಮತ್ತು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈವಿಕತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದ ಬಿಎಡ್/ಡಿಎಡ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡೆಗಣಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಜೈವಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಿಇಟಿ ಪಾಸಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗುವ ಆತಂಕವಿತ್ತು. ಸಚಿವ ಬಿ.ಸಿ.ನಾಗೇಶ್ ಅವರ ಭರವಸೆಯಿಂದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸರ್ವೇಕ್ಷಣೆ ವಿಧಿಸಿರುವ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯು ಮೊದಲು ತಾನೇ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ವಲಯ ಕಚೇರಿ 7 ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಶೂನ್ಯ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಘಟಕದ ಸುತ್ತ ಡೆಬ್ರಿಸ್ ನಿಂದ ಹತ್ತು ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ 100 ಅಡಿ ಉದ್ದದ ತಡೆಗೋಡೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದೆ.

ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಜಿ.ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿಕಾಂತ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರು ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಡ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಲು ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ತಡೆಗೋಡೆ, ಫುಟ್ಪಾತ್, ಶೌಚಾಲಯ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2017-18ನೇ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ 4.81 ಲಕ್ಷ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ 2.46 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ, 2018-19 ರಲ್ಲಿ 5.98 ಲಕ್ಷ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ 3.11ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ, 2019-20ರಲ್ಲಿ 6.22 ಲಕ್ಷ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ 3.28 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ, 2020-21 ರಲ್ಲಿ 5.07 ಲಕ್ಷ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ 3.11 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ, 2021-22ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈವರೆಗೆ 2.79 ಲಕ್ಷ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ 1.58 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ಸಾಲ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ ಕಂತುಗಳು ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಾಗದ ಕಾರಣ ನೂತನ ಸಾಲ ವಿತರಣೆಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ಗಳು ಹಿಂದೇಟು ಹಾಕುವ ಅನಿವಾರ್ಯತೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
