ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನೈಟ್ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷಾಚರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರು ಹೊರ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಗೋವಾದತ್ತ ಮುಖ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಗೋವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಒಂದು ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ಕೇಸು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷಾಚರಣೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ವಿಧಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಎರಡು ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಪ್ರವೇಶವಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಯುವಕರ ದಂಡು ಡಿ.31ರಂದು ರಾತ್ರಿ ಹಬ್ಬ ಮಾಡಲು ಗೋವಾ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಹೊರಟಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಪಾಲು ಕಾವೇರಿ ನಾಲ್ಕನೇ ಹಂತದ 9 ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ಮಣಿದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತಡೆದಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ನರಸಿಂಹರಾವ್ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಕನಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಇಟ್ಟ ಅದೇ ಪಕ್ಷ ಈಗ ಸತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೂತು ಮುಜುಗರವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಮತ ಯಾತ್ರೆಗೆ ಹೊರಟಿದೆ. ಆಗ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ದೇವೇಗೌಡರನ್ನು ತಡೆದ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾದ ಗೌಡರನ್ನು ತಡೆಯಲು ಧೈರ್ಯ ಸಾಲಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಕಾವೇರಿ ನೀರು ಕೊಟ್ಟವರು ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು ಭಗೀರಥನನ್ನೇ ಮರೆತ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ ಕೃತಘ್ನ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಏನು ಹೇಳುವುದು? ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ ಐದುವರ್ಷದ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಹಸ್ತರೇ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಆಗ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಪ್ರತಾಪ ತೋರಬಹುದಿತ್ತು. ಆಗ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಉಪವಾಸ ಕೂತ ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಮಗನ ಖದರಿಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರವೇ ನಡುಗಿತ್ತು. ದೆಹಲಿಯಿಂದ ಸಚಿವರು ಓಡಿಬಂದರು. ಅದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮರೆತಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಿತದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಗೌಡರು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವರಲ್ಲ. ಅವರೊಬ್ಬರಿಂದಲೇ ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ಯೋಜನೆ ಸಾಕಾರ ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ 30ವರ್ಷ ಆಳಿದವರು ಕಾವೇರಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಏನು ಎಂದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು ಕೃಷ್ಣೆ, ಕಾವೇರಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಾಧನೆ ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಇತಿಹಾಸದ ಪುಟಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಬೇಕು. ಪಾಪ ತೊಳೆಯುವ ತಾಯಿ ಲೋಕಪಾವನಿ ಈಗ ಓಟಿನ ದಾಳವಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನಾಡಿನ ದುರ್ದೈವ. ನೀರಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಕಪಟನಾಟಕ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಿದ್ಧಹಸ್ತ, ಡಿಸೈನ್ ಶೂರರಿಗೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಕಾದಿದೆ ಶಾಸ್ತಿ. ಭೂತಾಯಿ ಒಡಲಿನ ಮಣ್ಣು ಬಗೆದ, ಕಲ್ಲುಬಂಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ನುಂಗಿದ ರಾಕ್ಷಸ ರಾಜಕಾರಣದ ಕಾಕದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಈಗ ತಾಯಿ ಕಾವೇರಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಎಚ್. ಡಿ. ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಕುಟುಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹಿಂದೂ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ವ ರೀತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಉದ್ದೇಶ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅನ್ಯ ಧರ್ಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಮಂದಿರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೇರೆಬೇರೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಅಡಿ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಇದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಹಿಂದೂ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಕಟ್ಟುಪಾಡು ವಿಧಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಆದಾಯವನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಅನುಮತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ದೇಗುಲದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ದೇಶ. ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಒಳಗೆ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕಾನೂನು ತರಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ದತ್ತಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧೀನದ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಾದ ಆದಾಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸುಪರ್ದಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಂತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಆದಾಯವನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಭಾವನೆಯಿಂದ ಭಕ್ತರು ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದಂತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪವಿದೆ.

ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಗುಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಾದ ಆದಾಯವನ್ನು ಅದೇ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ವಿನಿಯೋಗ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಬಿಡಬೇಕು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕಂಡರೆ ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ತರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿತ್ತು.

ತಾವು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾದ ಹತ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೂ ಕೋಮು ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಘಟಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಚಾಲಿತ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನವರು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕರಡನ್ನ ಈಗ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ
ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕುಮಾರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ತಾವು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ
ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನ ತಂಗಿದ್ದೆ. ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದವರು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನೂ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆಗಳಾಗುವುದನ್ನ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿದ್ಯುಚ್ಛಕ್ತಿ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಾ ಆಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಯುನಿಟ್ ಗೆ 1.33 ರೂ. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲೆಂದು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದೆ.

ಉಡುಪಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಿದ್ಯುಚ್ಛಕ್ತಿ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಕಂಪನಿಯು 2020 21 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ 5,268.53 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಯುನಿಟ್ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಮಾರಾಟದಿಂದ 4,011 ಕೋಟಿ ರು ಕಂದಾಯವನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ 5,057.96 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್ ಯುನಿಟ್ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಮಾರಾಟವಾಗಿದ್ದು, 3,649.87 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಆದಾಯ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ. 473.25 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಕೊರತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೃಷಿ ಸಂಘದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಕುದಿ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ಭಟ್ ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷದಂತೆ ಈ ವರ್ಷವೂ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ 500 ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. “ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷವೂ ಏರಿಕೆಯೊಂದೇ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸೋರಿಕೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಲಾಭದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೂ ಎಸ್ಕಾಂಗಳ ನಷ್ಟ ಸರಿದೂಗಿಸಿ, ದರ ಏರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆ ಇ ಆರ್ ಸಿ ದರ ಇಳಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಜಾಗೃತಿ, ಎಚ್ ಐಬಿ, ಏಡ್ಸ್ ಜಾಗೃತಿ, ಪರಿಸರ ಜಾಗೃತಿ, ಮಧುಮೇಹ ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಸೈಕಲ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. 39 ಜನರು ಗಿನ್ನಿಸ್ ದಾಖಲೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿ. ವಿಜಯ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
