ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸವಲತ್ತು ಕೊಟ್ಟೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಬರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಕೊರಗಿನ ನಡುವೆಯೇ ಬರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪಾಠ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೊರತೆ ಇದೆ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಆತಂಕದ ವಿಷಯ. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೊರತೆ ಸರಿದೂಗಿಸಲು ಅತಿಥಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಖಾಯಂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ವಹಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲೇ ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತಿರುವ ಗಂಭೀರ ಆರೋಪವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಹಾವಳಿಯಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಚಿಂತಾಜನಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಶಾಲೆಗಳೂ ಇದರಿಂದ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪಾಠ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು , ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗೆ ಕುಂಠಿತದ ಭೀತಿ ಎದುರಾಗಿದೆ.

ನವದೆಹಲಿ ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ರಿಟರ್ನ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಗೆ ( 2020-21) ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31ರ ಗಡುವು ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಗಡುವಿನ ಒಳಗೆ ಐಟಿ ರಿಟರ್ನ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಮುಂದೇನು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ.

ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31ರ ಗಡುವು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವರು 2022ರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 31ರೊಳಗೆ ವಿಲಂಬಿತ ಐಟಿಆರ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಇದೆ. ಹೀಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ತನಕ ದಂಡ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಒಟ್ಟು ಆದಾಯವು ಐದು ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ದಾಟದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಂತ ತೆರಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಒಟ್ಟು ಆದಾಯವು ಐದು ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಗಿಂತ ಮೇಲಿದ್ದರೆ ಐದು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ದಂಡ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ 2. 50 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಗಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಆದಾಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ದಂಡ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಐಐಟಿಆರ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದವರು ಕೂಡ ಮೂಲ ರಿಟರ್ನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರೆ, 2020 ರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 31ರೊಳಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31 ರೊಳಗೆ 5.89 ಕೋಟಿ ಮಂದಿ ಹೊಸ ಐಟಿ ವೆಬ್ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ರಿಟರ್ನ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

2020-21ರ ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ರಿಟರ್ನ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31 ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಜೂನ್ 30 ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನಂತರ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 30 ಹಾಗೂ ನಂತರ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 31ಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ಮುಂದೂಡಿಕೆ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಮಾಡದಿರಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿತ್ತ ಸಚಿವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಲಾ ಸೀತಾರಾಮನ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ತುಂಗಾ ದಿಂದ ಭದ್ರಾಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರೆತ್ತುವ ಎರಡನೇ ಪಂಪ್ಸೆಟ್ ಇರುವ ಮಾರಿದಿಬ್ಬದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರೈತ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕೆ ಟಿ ಗಂಗಾಧರ್ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ನಿಂದ ಪಾದಯಾತ್ರೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಭದ್ರಾ ಮೇಲ್ದಂಡೆ ಎಸ್ ಇ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ರೈತರ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.

“ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಈಡೇರಿಸದೇ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿರಿಯೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಮಾವೇಶ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು” ಎಂದು ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ಅವರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ರೈತ ಸಂಘದ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಯಕ ಕೆ.ಟಿ.ಗಂಗಾಧರ್ ಅವರು “ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ರೈತರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸ್ಪಂದನೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿರ್ಣಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೋನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ.1.60ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸೋಮವಾರ ಒಂದೇ ದಿನ 1,290 ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಐದು ಮಂದಿ ಸೋಂಕಿನಿಂದ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 11,345 ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿವೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 30.10 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾವಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 38,351ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಂದ ಗುಣಮುಖರಾಗಿ 232 ಬಂದಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಡಿಸ್ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಒಟ್ಟು 29.61ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾವಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ.0.38 ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಮವಾರ ರೂಪಾಂತರಿ ತಳಿ ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ನ 10 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಒಟ್ಟು ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 76ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಟು ಮಂದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಧಾರವಾಡದ ಇಬ್ಬರಲ್ಲಿ ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ಸೋಂಕು ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.

ಆದರೆ ಸಾರ್ಕ್ ಶೃಂಗಸಭೆ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದಿಂದ ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಭಾರತದ ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.

2016ರ ನವೆಂಬರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಾರ್ಕ್ ನ ದ್ವೈವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಶೃಂಗಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆ ವರ್ಷದ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಉರಿ ಸೇನಾ ಶಿಬಿರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆದ ಉಗ್ರ ದಾಳಿ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತವು ಶೃಂಗ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಭೂತಾನ್, ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶ, ಆಫ್ಘಾನಿಸ್ತಾನ ದೇಶಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಸೂಚಿಸಿ ಶೃಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ್ದವು.

ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆಲ್ ರೌಂಡರ್ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ನಬಿಭಕ್ಷ್ ರೇಡಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ಎರೆಡರಲ್ಲೂ ಮಿಂಚಿದರು.6 ಟಚ್ ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಮತ್ತು 3 ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಲಿಂಗ್ ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವರು 10 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಗಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಪಿಂಕ್ ಪ್ಯಾಂಥರ್ಸ್ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 16 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜುನ್ ದೇಸ್ವಾಲ್ ಏಕಾಂಗಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.ಇವರಿಗೆ ದೀಪಕ್ ಹೂಡಾ ಕೊಂಚ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಇವರುಗಳ ಸಹಕಾರದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗಾಲ್ ವಾರಿಯರ್ಸ್ ತಂಡವು ಜೈಪುರ್ ಪಿಂಕ್ ಪ್ಯಾಂಥರ್ಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ 28-31 ರಿಂದ ರೋಚಕ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು.

ಮೋನು ಗೋಯಸ್,ಸಚಿನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮೂವರು ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ 7.6 ಮತ್ತು 5 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಕಲೆ ಹಾಕಿದರು.
ಇವರುಗಳ ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಬಲ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದಿಂದಾಗಿ ತಂಡ 31-30 ರಿಂದ ಕೇವಲ 1 ಅಂಕದ ಅಂತರದಿಂದ ರೋಚಕ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು.

ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ 15 ರಿಂದ 18 ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿರೋಧಕ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸೋಮವಾರದಿಂದ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲ ದಿನವೇ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸೋಮವಾರ ಒಂದೇ ದಿನ 40 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ಹೀಗೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆದರೆ ಅಲ್ಪ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಯೋಮಾನದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೂ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.

“ಸೋಮವಾರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆಯಿಂದ ಲಸಿಕಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಧಾವಿಸಿ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಕುರಿತು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಮೊದಲ ದಿನವೇ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥ ಡಾ.ಆರ್.ಎಸ್.ಶರ್ಮಾ ಅವರು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರಾಡಳಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 15-18 ವರ್ಷ ವಯೋಮಾನದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಯೋಮಾನದ 7.4 ಕೋಟಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಭಾರತ್ ಬಯೋಟೆಕ್ ನ ಕೊವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನ್ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲೂ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಅಭಿಯಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ದೊರಕಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲ ದಿನವೇ 4.14 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಒಟ್ಟು 6.38 ಲಕ್ಷ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಗುರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 65 ರಷ್ಟು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ದಿನವೇ ಗುರಿಗಿಂತ ಶೇ.281 ರಷ್ಟು ಅಧಿಕ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ 5000 ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ 14,066 ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಾವೇರಿ ಮೊದಲ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದಿದೆ. ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಶೇ.240 ರಷ್ಟು ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿ ಎರಡನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದಿದೆ. ಶೇ. 26 ರಷ್ಟು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿ ಮೈಸೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಕೊನೆಯ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
