ಮಂಡ್ಯದ, ನಾಗಮಂಗಲ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಆದಿಚುಂಚನಗಿರಿ ಮಹಾಸಂಸ್ಥಾನ ಮಠದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಮಂಡ್ಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ, ಜಿ. ಪಂ. ನಿಂದ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡ 2 ದಿನಗಳ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಯುವ ಜನೋತ್ಸವ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

‘ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸದ ಹೊರತು ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.40 ರಷ್ಟು ಯುವ ಜನರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಸದ್ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು. ಭಾರತವು ಹಿಂದೆಯೂ ವಿಶ್ವಗುರುವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಆಗಲಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವ ಜನರ ಪಾತ್ರ ಮಹತ್ವದ್ದು. ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದರ ನಂತರ ಈಗ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ವಿಚಾರ. ಯುವಶಕ್ತಿ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ನದಿಗಳ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನೇ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಬಹುದು’ ಎಂದು ಥಾವರ್ ಚಂದ್ ಗೆಹ್ಲೋಟ್ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಹನಿ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಪರಿಣಾಮ 23,551 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದಿದ್ದು, 176 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಅನುದಾನ ನೀಡಬೇಕಿದೆ.
ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಗಡದವರಿಗೆ ಸಮಾನವಾಗಿ ಅಂದರೆ ಶೇ.90ರಷ್ಟು ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಶೇ.45 ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಗಡದವರಿಗೆ ಶೇ.90ರಷ್ಟು ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.
ಇದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮ 2019-20 ಹಾಗೂ 2020-21ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಶೇ.45ರಷ್ಟೇ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ನೀಡಲು ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಈವರೆಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಆದೇಶದ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿಲ್ಲ.
ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಜಾತಿ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ. ರೈತರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಜಾತಿಯಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಶೇ.90ರಷ್ಟು ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತೋ ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಈಗಲೂ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಬ್ಬುಬೆಳೆಗಾರರ ಸಂಘದ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಕುರುಬೂರು ಶಾಂತಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹನಿ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಖಜಾನೆಯಿಂದ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಹಣ ತಲುಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು‌. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಕೆಲ ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ನಕಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ರೈತರಿಗೂ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವಂಚನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದವು. ಇದನ್ನು ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವ ಗೋಜಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದನ್ನು ಮನಗಂಡ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಣ ವಿತರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಫೈನಾನ್ಸಿಯಲ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಸಿಸ್ಟಮ್ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿತು.
ಇದೀಗ ಅರ್ಹ ರೈತರ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ಜತೆಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ನಕಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ತೋಟಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿದೆ. ಸಾಲ ಮಾಡಿ ಹನಿ ನೀರಾವರಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ನೈಜ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ತೀವ್ರ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
ತರಕಾರಿ, ಹಣ್ಣಿನ ಬೆಳೆ, ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಬೆಳೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ನೆರವು ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ. ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲ ಎರಡು ಹೆಕ್ಟೇರ್ ಗೆ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ. ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 70 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ.ನಿಂದ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 2 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ. ವರೆಗೆ ನೆರವು ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ವಿವಿಧ ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಲಕ್ಷ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಸವ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 3.50 ಲಕ್ಷ, ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 50 ಸಾವಿರ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಗರಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಮಂಜೂರಾದ 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮನೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ವಾಜಪೇಯಿ ನಗರ ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 50 ಸಾವಿರ, ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 25 ಸಾವಿರ ಮನೆಗಳು, ದೇವರಾಜ ಅರಸು ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 25 ಸಾವಿರ ಮನೆಗಳ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹೊಸ ಮನೆ ಮಂಜೂರಿಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸಿಕ್ಕಾಪಟ್ಟೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಒತ್ತಡವಿತ್ತು. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದ ಜನರ ಸಂತೋಷಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಯನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದೆ. ವಸತಿ ರಹಿತರು ಈ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೊಸಕೋಟೆಯ ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸಿದ್ದು ಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಡಾ.ಸಿ.ಎನ್. ಅಶ್ವಥ್ ನಾರಾಯಣ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸಚಿವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ವಿಧಾನಪರಿಷತ್ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಅರುಣ ಶಹಾಪುರ ಮತ್ತು ಎಸ್.ವಿ.ಸಂಕನೂರ, ಸೇವಾ ಭದ್ರತೆಯೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಮುಷ್ಕರ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅತಿಥಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

ರಿಸರ್ವ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ನೆಟ್ವರ್ಕ್ ಅಥವಾ ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವಿಲ್ಲದೆಯೇ ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿ ಅಥವಾ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ಈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ 2020 ರ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ನಿಂದ 2021ರ ಜೂನ್ ವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆಫ್ ಲೈನ್ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸುವ ಸಾಧನಗಳು ಮುಖಾಮುಖಿಯಾಗಿ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪಾವತಿ ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಕಾರ್ಡ್, ವ್ಯಾಲೆಟ್, ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಬಳಸಿ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬಹುದು. ಈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರ ದೃಢೀಕರಣದ ನಂತರ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶರವೇಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್ ಮುಂದುವರೆದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕಠಿಣ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಶೇ.90ರಷ್ಟು ಸೋಂಕಿತರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಶೇ.3ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲಹೆ ಪಡೆದು ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಕಠಿಣ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಾ.ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರವೊಂದರಲ್ಲೇ ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಒಟ್ಟು 2,053 ಮಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಂಕು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂವರು ಮತ್ತು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಮಂದಿ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ವೀಕೆಂಡ್ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ರಾತ್ರಿಯಿಂದ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಬೆಳಗಿನವರೆಗೆ ವೀಕೆಂಡ್ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ.

• ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ನೈಟ್ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಇನ್ನು ಎರಡು ವಾರದವರೆಗೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
• ಗುರುವಾರದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಾದ್ಯಂತ ಶಾಲಾ-ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳು ಬಂದ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ನಡೆಯಲಿವೆ.
• ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 50:50 ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

*ಮದುವೆ ಸೇರಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಭೆ-ಸಮಾರಂಭಗಳಿಗೆ ಜನರ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಮಿತಿ ನಿಗದಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹೊರಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ 200 ಜನರು, ಒಳಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ 100 ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

• ಜಾತ್ರೆ, ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ, ಜಾಥ, ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಸಭೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

*ಹೋಟೆಲ್, ಪಬ್, ಬಾರ್, ಜಿಮ್, ಥಿಯೇಟರ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 50% ಸೀಟಿಂಗ್ ಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೊರರಾಜ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬರುವವರಿಗೆ ಆರ್ ಟಿ ಪಿ ಸಿ ಆರ್ ನೆಗೆಟಿವ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ತಡೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ವಾರ್ ರೂಂ, ಆಂಬ್ಯುಲೆನ್ಸ್ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಸ್ಯಾಂಪಲ್ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ-ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ- ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಹೋಮ್ ಐಸೋಲೇಷನ್ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ್ಯಂತ ಲಿಕ್ವಿಡ್ ಆಕ್ಸಿಜನ್ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಹಾಯವಾಣಿ, ಖಾಸಗಿ/ ಎನ್ ಜಿ ಒ/ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟ್ ವಲಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಂದ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ. ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಮಿತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಕರಗಳನ್ನು ಆಮದು ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಮಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವು ನವೆಂಬರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 7ರಷ್ಟು ಇತ್ತು. ನವೆಂಬರ್ ಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವು ಶೇ.8.3ರ ಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿತ್ತು.
