ಸಣ್ಣಪುಟ್ಟ ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ತೊರೆದು ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ನಿಂತರೆ, ಶಿವಸೇನೆಯಂತೆಯೇ ಕನ್ನಡಪರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಕೂಡ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಂಚರತ್ನ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಣಾಳಿಕೆ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಪ್ರಣಾಳಿಕೆಯು 1ರಿಂದ 12ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ, ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಪ್ರತಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಶಾಲೆ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಶಾಲೆ, 25 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಎಂಬ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಕನ್ನಡ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರ ರಿಂದಲೇ ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಜೀವಂತಿಕೆ ಇದೆ. ಕನ್ನಡದ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನ ಬದಿಗಿಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಮ್ಮ ದನಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬರಲಿ ಎಂದು ಉಸ್ಮಾನಿಯಾ ವಿವಿ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತ ಕುಲಪತಿಗಳಾದ ಪ್ರೋ.ಇಕ್ಬಾಲ್ ಅಹಮದ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಬೆಳೆ ಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ 1135.49 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಂದಾಯ ಸಚಿವ ಆರ್. ಅಶೋಕ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬೆಳೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಕಳೆದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಭರವಸೆಯಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಹಣ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಯಾದಂತೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 18.02 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೈತರಿಗೆ 1252.89 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಇನ್ ಪುಟ್ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ರೈತರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಜಮೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಳೆಹಾನಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವನ್ನು ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಇನ್ ಪುಟ್ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಮೊತ್ತ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದರಂತೆ ವಿಪತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗಿ 1,135.49 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈವರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಹದಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾದ ಬೆಳೆಹಾನಿಗೆ 2,388.39 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್. ಅಶೋಕ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
2021 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಅಕಾಲಿಕ ಮಳೆಯಿಂದ ಉಂಟಾದ ಪ್ರವಾಹದಿಂದಾಗ ಅಪಾರ ಬೆಳೆ ಹಾನಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವೆಡೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾಲುಸಂಕ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹೊಸನಗರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಆದವಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಳಗಿ ಊರಿನ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಸೊನಲೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಹಳ್ಳ ದಾಟಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಹಳ್ಳಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲು ಸಂಕ ಅಥವಾ ಸೇತುವೆ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಜನರು ಸುತ್ತುಬಳಸು ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗಲು ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಆದವಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮವು ಸೊನಲೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 75 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೊಸನಗರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕೇಂದ್ರದಿಂದ 14 ಕಿ ಮೀ ದೂರವಿದೆ. ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಯಿಂದ ಸುಮಾರು 2 ಕಿ. ಮೀ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಗ್ರಾಮವು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಗ್ರಾಮವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕೂಲಿ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಜನರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದು ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ದೈನಂದಿನ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸೊನಲೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದು ತೀರಾ ಅವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಆದವಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಳಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಜನರ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿದ ಸೊನಲೆ ಗ್ರಾ.ಪಂ 2019-20 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದಾಜು ಮೊತ್ತ ರೂ.17,42,000 ಮೊತ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದವಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಳಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಿಂದ ಸೊನಲೆಗೆ ಹಸೆಕೊಡಿಗೆ ಹಳ್ಳದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಗಲು ಕಾಲುಸಂಕ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿತು.
ಆದವಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಿಂದ ಸೊನಲೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಹಸೆಕೊಡಿಗೆ ಹಳ್ಳಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿರು ಸೇತುವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಪಡೆದು ನಂತರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಯೋಜನೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಪಡೆದು ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಿರು ಸೇತುವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಆದವಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸುಮಾರು 100 ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮಹಾತ್ಮಗಾಂಧಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಖಾತರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯ ಆದ್ಯತೆ “ಡಿ” ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಿರು ಸೇತುವೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದ್ದು ಅದರಂತೆ ಸೊನಲೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಆದವಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಿಂದ ಸೊನಲೆಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವ ಹಸೆಕೊಡಿಗೆ ಹಳ್ಳಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿರು ಸೇತುವೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯು ದಿನಾಂಕ:01/04/2019 ರಂದು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ಅಂದಾಜು ಮೊತ್ತ ರೂ.17,42,000/-ವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕೆಲಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ಕೂಲಿಯ ಬಾಬ್ತು ರೂ.6,27,298/- ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿ ಮೊತ್ತ ರೂ.99,294 ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಒಟ್ಟು 2422 ಮಾನವ ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಠಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕುಶಲ ಕೂಲಿ ಮೊತ್ತ ರೂ.99294/- ಪಾವತಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜನರ ದೈನಂದಿನ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಸೆಕೊಡಿಗೆ ಹಳ್ಳಕ್ಕೆ ಕಿರು ಸೇತುವೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕವಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ಜನರ ಆಶೋತ್ತರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿ ಈ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸೊನಲೆ ಗ್ರಾಮಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯ ಸರ್ವ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಮೇರಗೆ ಈ ಕಿರು ಸೇತುವೆಯನ್ನ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿ ಮೊತ್ತ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೂಲಿಯ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನ ಸರಿದೂಗಿಸಿ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಈ ಕಾಲುಸಂಕ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಎಂ.ಎಲ್.ವೈಶಾಲಿ, ಜಿ.ಪಂ, ಸಿಇಓ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಯಮುನೆಯ ಉಪನದಿಗಳಾದ ಕೆನ್-ಬೆಟ್ವಾ ನದಿ ಜೋಡಣೆಗೆ 44,605 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮೀಸಲಿಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣದ ಪಂಚನದಿಗಳ ಜೋಡಣೆಯ ಕನಸಿಗೆ ಕಸುವು ತುಂಬುವ ಯತ್ನವೂ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಈ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ, ಕಾವೇರಿ ಸೀಮೆಯ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡು ನದಿಗಳ ಜಲಾನಯನ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಎಷ್ಟರಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ? ಜೋಡಣೆ ನಂತರ ಹರಿಯುವ ನದಿಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ಕೋಲಾರ ಸೀಮೆಯ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಸಬಲ್ಲವೇ? ಇಂತಹ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ದೊರಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಡಿಪಿಆರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೂಡ ದೊರೆತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.
2020ರಲ್ಲಿ ಗೋದಾವರಿ, ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ, ಕಾವೇರಿ ನದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಜೋಡಿಸಲು ಡಿಪಿಆರ್ ಸಿದ್ಧ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಗೋದಾವರಿಯಿಂದ 247 ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ಅಡಿಯಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ, ಕಾವೇರಿ, ಪೆನ್ನಾರ್ ಜಲಾನಯನ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಸಬಹುದು. ಮೂರು ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಅಂದಿನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಜಲಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಸಚಿವರು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಿಂದ ತನಗೆ 200 ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ಅಡಿ ನೀರು ಸಿಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೋರಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು, ತನಗೆ ಸಿಂಹಪಾಲು ದೊರೆಯಲಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಯೋಜನೆ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ವಿಧಿಗಳಿವೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ದೊರಕಿಲ್ಲ.
ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿರುವ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ ಕಾವೇರಿ ನದಿಗಳ ಜೋಡಣೆಯಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿಗೆ ಅಭಾವ ಎದುರಾಗಲಿದೆ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ, ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠ ಎಚ್.ಡಿ. ದೇವೇಗೌಡ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆತಂಕವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ನದಿ ಜೋಡಣೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯಿಂದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾರಿ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಅಭಾವ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನೀರಾವರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಪಾಲಿನ ಮೂಲಕ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ನದಿ ಜೋಡಣೆಯಿಂದ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಿಗಡಾಯಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಳವಳವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರದ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2011 ರಲ್ಲಿ 85 ಲಕ್ಷ ಇತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಅದು 1.30 ಕೋಟಿಗೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ 4.75 ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ಯಿಂದ ಏನನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಾಗದು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ನೀರಾವರಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿರುವ ನೀರಿನಿಂದ 50 ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ಯನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಇಂದು ದೇವೇಗೌಡರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿಗಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ -ಪೆನ್ನಾರ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ನೀರಿನ ಪಾಲಿನ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪವೇ ನಡೆದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಮತ್ತು ಕೃಷ್ಣಾ, ಪೆನ್ನಾರ್, ಪೆನ್ನಾರ್ ಕಾವೇರಿ ನದಿ ಜೋಡಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಹಿಜಾಬ್-ಕೇಸರಿ ಶಾಲು ವಿವಾದ, ಕಲ್ಲುತೂರಾಟ ಮತ್ತು ಹಲ್ಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಸೋಷಿಯಲ್ ಡೆಮಾಕ್ರಟಿಕ್ ಪಾರ್ಟಿ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲೇಜು ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಧರ್ಮದ ವಿಷ ಬೀಜ ಬಿತ್ತುವ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಇಮ್ರಾನ್ ಅಹಮದ್ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಬಂದಿರುವ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಬೀದಿಗಿಳಿಯುವುದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ. ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿದ್ದ ವಿವಾದವನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಕಾರ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾತುಕತೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಬಹುದಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಇವರು ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದರು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳು ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಸರಿ ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಧರಿಸುವವರನ್ನು ತಡೆದವು. ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಘರ್ಷಣೆಯ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಡುವಿನ ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಘ ಪರಿವಾರ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮಾಡಿತು.ಅದರ ಅಂಗಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಕಾಲೇಜು ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಮಾಡಿ ವಿವಾದವನ್ನು ದೊಡ್ಡದು ಮಾಡಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಧರ್ಮದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸದತ್ತ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಜನ ಶಾಂತಿ ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಗಮನ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಬಾರದು. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಬೇಳೆ ಬೇಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಈ ಅವಕಾಶ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದನ್ನು ಎಸ್.ಡಿ.ಪಿ.ಐ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಇಮ್ರಾನ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಮುಜೀಬ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಗ್ಲಾಸ್ ಒಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಷ್ಟಧ್ವಜ ಹಾರಿಸುವ ಧ್ವಜಸ್ತಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಸರಿ ದ್ವಜ ಹಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ದುಂಡಾವರ್ತನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹದ ಕೇಸು ದಾಖಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕೇಸರಿ ಶಾಲು ಧರಿಸಲು ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಪ್ರಚೋದನಕಾರಿ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದ ದೀನ್ದಯಾಳ್ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಇಡೀ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರಕಾರದ ವೈಫಲ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಧರಿಸಲು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಆಯಾ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಯೂನಿಫಾರಂ ಧರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ತಲೆಗೆ ಸ್ಕಾರ್ಪ್ ಧರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಬುರ್ಖಾ ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದರೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಇದು ಹಿಂದಿನಿಂದಲೂ ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗ ತಕರಾರು ಎತ್ತಿರುವ ಹಿಂದೆ ಕಾಣದ ಕೈಗಳಿವೆ. ಈ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸರಕಾರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.
ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇದೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರದ ಹೋರಾಟ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅವಕಾಶ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ನಗರದ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಶಾಂತಿ ಕಾಪಾಡಬೇಕು. ಕಾನೂನಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನೂ ಯಾರೂ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ಊಟ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡು ಉಣ್ಣುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳಂತೆ ವರ್ತಿಸುವುದು ದುರಂತ. ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಧರ್ಮದ ವಿಚಾರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರ ಇರಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ನಿಲುವು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಘಪರಿವಾರ ಧರ್ಮದ ಲೇಪ ಹಚ್ಚುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಬಿಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮುಜೀಬ್ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು. ಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಹಮದ್ ಕಲೀಮುಲ್ಲಾ, ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ದೇವೇಂದ್ರ ಪಟೇಲ್, ಜೀಲನ್ ರಾಜಾ, ಪೈರೋಜ್ಖಾನ್, ಮನ್ಸೂರ್ ಮತ್ತಿತರರಿದ್ದರು.
