ವೈಟ್ ಫೀಲ್ಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಗ್ರಾಂಡ್ ಶೆರಾಟಾನ್ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಟೂರ್ನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಧಾ 41-37ರಿಂದ ತಮಿಳ್ ತಲೈವಾಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಗೆಲುವನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು.
ಯೋಧಾ ತಂಡವು ಮೊದಲಾರ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಕ್ರಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ತಲೈವಾಸ್ ಚುರುಕಿನ ಆಟವಾಡಿತ್ತು. ಅದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ವಿರಾಮದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 22ರಿಂದ 20 ಮುನ್ನಡೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತ್ತು ವಿರಾಮದ ನಂತರ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಯೋಧ ತಂಡವು 21 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂರೆ ಮೂಡಿತು. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಲೈವಾಸ್ ಕೇವಲ 17 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿತು. ಅದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿತು.
ಯೋಧಾ ತಂಡದ ಪ್ರದೀಪ್ 10 ಮತ್ತು 13 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದರು. ತಲೈವಾಸ್ ತಂಡದ ಮಂಜಿತ್ 12 ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಮಾಂಶು 8 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ರೈತ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಕೈಲಾಶ್ ಚೌಧರಿ, ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ವಯಸ್ಸಾದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ನೀಡಲು ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುವ ರೈತರು 60 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿ ಮೂರು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಯಷ್ಟು ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮುಂಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದ ರೈತರ ಆದಾಯ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ, ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಭದ್ರತೆ ನೀಡಲು ಕೃಷಿ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಜೋಡಣೆ, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಕೃಷಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನುದಾನ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿ 2013-14ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ 27,662.67 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅನುದಾನ ನೀಡಿದೆ. 2022-23ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು 1,32,513.62 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಶೇ.379 ರಷ್ಟು ಅನುದಾನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೈತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ಫೆ. 14ರ ಸೋಮವಾರದಂದು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರೈತ ಸಂಘ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಸಿರು ಸೇನೆ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ರೈತ ಸಂಘದ ಗೌರವಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಹೆಚ್ ಆರ್ ಬಸವರಾಜಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಪತ್ರಿಕ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
13 ತಿಂಗಳ ರೈತರ ನಿರಂತರ ಹೋರಾಟದ ಫಲವಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸುಗ್ರೀವಾಜ್ಞೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದ ರೈತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆದಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮೂರು ಕೃಷಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯುವುದಾಗಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಾದ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭಾ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ ಪಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೈತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಧೋರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದೆ. ಭತ್ತ, ಜೋಳ, ರಾಗಿ, ತೊಗರಿ ಖರೀದಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ರೈತರು ಅರ್ಧ ಬೆಲೆಗೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಪತ್ತಿನ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದ ನಷ್ಟದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೂ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ. ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಬಗರ್ಹುಕುಂ ಸಾಗುವಳಿ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಹ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೆಚ್.ಆರ್.ಬಸವರಾಜಪ್ಪ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೈತರ ಬೆಳೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಬೆಲೆ, ಕೃಷಿ, ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಭರವಸೆ ಯೋಜನೆ, ರಸಗೊಬ್ಬರ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ, ನೀರಾವರಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಹೋದವರ್ಷದ ಬಜೆಟ್ಗಿಂತ ಈ ವರ್ಷ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿರುವ ಗೋದಾವರಿ, ಪೆನ್ನಾರ್ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯಿಂದ ಅಕ್ಕಪಕ್ಕದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಲಾಭವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಹೊರತು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಇದರಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಲಾಭವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೆಚ್.ಆರ್.ಬಸವರಾಜಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ನಂತರ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಅಂತರರಾಜ್ಯ ನದಿ ವಿವಾದಗಳು ಬಗೆಹರಿಯದೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹಾಗೆ ಉಳಿದಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಿರುವಾಗ ನದಿಜೋಡಣೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದ ಮಾತು. ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲಿಕ ಯೋಜನೆ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ನದಿಜೋಡಣೆಯ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡುವ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕೆರೆಕಟ್ಟೆಗಳ ಹೂಳು ತೆಗೆಸಲು, ಮಳೆ ನೀರು ಕೊಯ್ಲು ಮಾಡುವುದು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂತಾದ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.ಇತಂಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒತ್ತು ಕೊಡುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಲಾರ್, ಹನಿ ಮತ್ತು ತುಂತುರು ನೀರಾವರಿಗೆ ಶೇ100 ರಷ್ಟು ಸಹಾಯಧನ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ತಕ್ಷಣ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೆಚ್.ಆರ್.ಬಸವರಾಜಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಭೂ ಕಬಳಿಕೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಅಡಿ ರೈತರ ಮೇಲೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಸು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ರೈತರು ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ರೈತರ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಬಿಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಹೆಚ್.ಆರ್.ಬಸವರಾಜಪ್ಪ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಈಡೇರಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 14ರ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 11ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ ರಾಯಣ್ಣ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧ ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಚಳುವಳಿಯನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕರೆಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ವಿವಾದದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಧರ್ಮದ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಬಾರದು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸದದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸುಮಾರು 80 ಎನ್ ಜಿಒ ಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳು ಮುಂದೆ ಬಂದಿವೆ.
ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಐಬಿಎಂ, ಗೂಗಲ್ ಮೈಕ್ರೋಸಾಫ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಶಾಲೆ ನನ್ನ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿವೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 48 ಸಾವಿರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಅವಶ್ಯವಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕ, ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಸಿಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಅನುದಾನ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.
ದಾನಿಗಳು ತಾವು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಇಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ದೇಣಿಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಈ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಜಮೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಅಥವಾ ಕಟ್ಟಡ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ, ರಿಪೇರಿ, ಪೀಠೋಪಕರಣಗಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೂ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಈ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
