ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರು ಬಾಲಕರಿಂದ ಹಿರಿಯರ ವರೆಗಿನ ಸಾಧಕರನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡದ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಧಾರವಾಡದ ವಿದ್ಯಾವರ್ಧಕ ಸಂಘದಂತಹ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಕ್ತಿ ತುಂಬಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಗಡಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಕನ್ನಡದ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ವಿಶ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಚಿಂತನೆಗಳು ಪರಿಚಯವಾಗಬೇಕು. 21ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇರು ಸ್ಥಾನ ದೊರೆಯಬೇಕು. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಗೆ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗಡಿನಾಡ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಕಿರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಜೋರಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕೆಲವು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್-19ನ ಸೋಂಕು ಹರಡುವಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಇಳಿಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.3 ವಾರಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಮೂರನೇ ಅಲೆ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ಶೇ.20.75 ರಷ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಈಗ ಶೇ.5 ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಆದರೆ ಸುಮಾರು 40 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಎಚ್ಚರದಿಂದ ಇರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಕೇರಳ, ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ 50 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿವೆ. ಕೇರಳ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿದ್ದು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಂಕಿತರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ.29.57 ರಷ್ಟು ಇದೆ.

ಮಿಜೋರಾಂ, ಹಿಮಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಅರುಣಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವೂ ಸಹ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ ಇದು ಆತಂಕಕಾರಿ ಸಂಗತಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದುವರೆಗೆ 15 ರಿಂದ 18 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನವರು ಶೇ.69ರಷ್ಟು ಮಂದಿ ಲಸಿಕೆಯ ಮೊದಲ ಡೋಸ್ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶೇ.14ರಷ್ಟು ಯುವಕರು ಎರಡು ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಒಂದುವರೆ ತಿಂಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ನೋಂದಣಿಗೆ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪ್ರತಿ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ 5000 ಹೊಸ ಯುವಕರನ್ನು ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವುದು. ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರನ್ನು 2024 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
