ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಪ್ರಥಮ ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ತಂದಿದೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ವೇಳಾಪಟ್ಟಿ, ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುವ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಮಟ್ಟದ ಉಪನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ನಂತರ ನಡೆಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿತ್ತು.

ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸುವವರ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ವೇಳೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೋನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದರೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಅವರು ಐಸೋಲೆಟ್ ಆಗುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಪ್ರಯಾಣಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲಿನ 72 ಗಂಟೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊರೋನಾ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ವರದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದ ಕುರಿತು ದಾಖಲೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನೂತನ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ನೂತನ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಬಳಿಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಲವಾರು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಇರುವ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ದತ್ತು ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಂತಹ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರಿವು ಇಲ್ಲದೆ, ಹಲವಾರು ಮಂದಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ತುತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ. ಇದು ಯಾವುದೇ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಲ್ಲ. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಆಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗ್ರಾಮಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಭೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ, ಅವರ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆದು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಆಗಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾನೂನು ಸೇವಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಅರಿವು ಕ್ಲಬ್ ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವ ಬಿ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮುಲು ಅವರು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಬಸ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಹಿಂಜರಿತದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಬಸ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ದರ ಏರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು ಆದರೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ವೋಲ್ವೋ ಬಸ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ದರವನ್ನು ಇಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮುಲು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಮುಷ್ಕರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ನೌಕರರನ್ನು ವಜಾ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ 100 ನೌಕರರನ್ನು ಮರು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ತಿಂಗಳೊಳಗೆ 700 ನೌಕರರ ಮರು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶ್ರೀರಾಮುಲು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಮುಷ್ಕರದಲ್ಲಿ 1,610 ನೌಕರರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಮರುನೇಮಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾನೂನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಕಾಶವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ನೌಕರರ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ನೋಡಿ ಈ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮುಲು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೌಕರರು ಮುಷ್ಕರ, ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ನೌಕರಿ ಕಳೆದು ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮುಲು ಅವರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 2 ಎಕರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 5 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವುದೇ ಮೂಲದಿಂದ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಇರುವ ಸಣ್ಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಅತಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ರೈತರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರಮಾನವು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶದವರಿಗೆ ರೂ. 98,000/- ಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗಿರಬೇಕು.
ಆಸಕ್ತರು ನಿಗಧಿತ ನಮೂನೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಗಮದ ಕಚೇರಿಯಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ಆಯಾ ತಾಲೂಕು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಗಮದ ವೆಬ್‍ಸೈಟ್ www.ambigaradevelopment.karnataka.gov.in ರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದು, ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿ ದಿ: 10/03/2022 ರೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿಗಮದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೋನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿತರು, ಮೃತರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಳಿಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ. ನಿನ್ನೆ ಸೋಂಕಿಗೆ 39 ಜನರು ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 5,019 ಮಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಂಕು ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 52,013ಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ.4.25 ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ. ಸಾವಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ. 0.77 ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೂ 39.17 ಲಕ್ಷ ಜನರು ಸೋಂಕಿಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 39,534 ಜನರು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜನವರಿ 10ರಂದು 13,923 ಜನರು ಗುಣಮುಖರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು ಗುಣಮುಖರಾದವರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 38.25 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಿನ್ನೆ 1.17 ಲಕ್ಷ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ 29,626 ರಾಪಿಡ್ ಆಂಟಿಜನ್ ಮತ್ತು 88,330 ಆರ್ಟಿ ಪಿಸಿಆರ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
