ಶಿಕಾರಿಪುರದ ಕಲ್ಮನೆ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗ್ಯೋದಯ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘದ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿ ಬಿ.ವೈ. ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಕಲ್ಲು ಹಾಕುವ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗುವ ಕಿಡಿಗೇಡಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಜನತೆ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಬಾರದು. ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ದಾರಿತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದವರು ಹೊರಟಿರುವವರು ಅಂಜನಾಪುರ ಜಲಾಶಯದಿಂದ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕೆರೆ ತುಂಬಿಸುವ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರೂ ಅದು ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಆದರೂ ಜನರ ದಾರಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಇದೀಗ ತುಂಗಭದ್ರಾ ನದಿಯಿಂದ ನೀರನ್ನು ತಂದು ಕೆರೆ ತುಂಬಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲೆ ವೇಗದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಇದೊಂದು ದಾಖಲೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷ ನಮಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ ತೋರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಜನತೆ, ರೈತರ ಅನುಕೂಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಕೆರೆ ತುಂಬಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಗರ್ ಹುಕುಂ ರೈತರ ಒಕ್ಕಲೆಬ್ಬಿಸುವು ದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲ ,ಬಿಡುವುದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.

ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸಮನ್ವಯದಿಂದ, ಸೌಹಾರ್ದದ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಮೂಡಿಸಲು ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಶಾಂತಿ ಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆಯದಂತೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಕಟ್ಟೆಚ್ಚರ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುವ ರಿಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥ ಆಗುವತನಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೇಸರಿ, ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಧರಿಸಿ ತರಗತಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಂಕೇತದ ಬಾವುಟಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 14ರಂದು ಮುಂದುವರೆಯಲಿದೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸೂಚನೆಯ ಅನ್ವಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆಯದಂತೆ ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸೂಚಿನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಹಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸಬೇಕು. ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಂತಿ ಕಾಪಾಡಲು ಪೋಷಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲಾ ಮೇಲುಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸಲಹೆ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿರುವ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರು ನಿಜವಾದ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇರುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಳು ಹರಿದಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕಲೆಹಾಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೊದಲಿದ್ದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು. ಸೌಹಾರ್ದಯುತ ವಾತಾವರಣ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಜನೆಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವ ನೀಡಬೇಕಿರುವುದು ಸದ್ಯದ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಗೃಹಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ಮಾಡರ್ನೈಸೇಶನ್ ಆಫ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಫೋರ್ಸ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದೆ. ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 26,275 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಲು ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 2021-22 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿದಂತಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಭದ್ರತೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವೆಚ್ಚವೇ 18,839 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಆಗಿದೆ. ಈಶಾನ್ಯ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಛತ್ತೀಸ್ ಗಢದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾವೋವಾದಿಗಳ ಉಪಟಳಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಕುಶ ಹಾಕಲು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಪಡೆಗಳು ಬಳಸುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಡಿಜಿಟಲೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ 4,846 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡುವ ಮಹತ್ವದ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

350 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೀಸಲು ಬೆಟಾಲಿಯನ್ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೀಸಲು ಪಡೆ ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ.

ಮಾದಕವಸ್ತು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರಾಡಳಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ನೆರವು ನೀಡುವ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 50 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
