ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ನಳಿನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ಹತ್ಯೆಯಾದ ಭಜರಂಗದಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಹರ್ಷನ ಮನೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಚೆಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಹರ್ಷನ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಸಾಂತ್ವನ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ನಳಿನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹರ್ಷನ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಹಿಂದೆ ಕಾಣದ ಕೈಗಳ ಕೈವಾಡವಿದೆ. ಸೂಕ್ತ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಹರ್ಷನ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದ ಬಳಿಕ ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪೊಲೀಸರು 8 ಜನ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು ಎಂದು ನವೀನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕಟೀಲ್ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ರೈಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ರಹಿತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ 1.8 ಕೋಟಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಕಳೆದ 9 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ರಹಿತ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬಿದ್ದವರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯು 2019ರಿಂದ 20 ರ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರೆ 2021 ರಿಂದ 22 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.79 ರಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್ ಟಿಐ ಅರ್ಜಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ವಿವರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2020-21 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೋನಾ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಗಳು ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ಮರಳಲು ಹರಸಾಹಸ ಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವಲಸಿಗರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕರು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ರಹಿತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದರು. ಇಂಥವರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಸುಮಾರು 27 ಲಕ್ಷದಷ್ಟಿದೆ.

2021ರ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ ನಿಂದ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ವರೆಗೆ 1.78 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ರಹಿತರಾಗಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರಿಂದ 1,017,48 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ದಂಡ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 6ರಿಂದ 8ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಒಟ್ಟು 15 ಸಾವಿರ ಪದವೀಧರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ (ಜಿಪಿಟಿ) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಭರ್ತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಲಿಂಗತ್ವದ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರಿಗೆ’ ಶೇ.1ರಷ್ಟು ಮೀಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಜನವರಿ 21ರಂದು ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಭರ್ತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೂಡ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇದೀಗ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತ ಗೊಂಡ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ, ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1 ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶೇಷಚೇತನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ 47 ವರ್ಷ, ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ 45 ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು 42 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಏರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪದವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 50 ರಷ್ಟು ಅಂಕ ಮತ್ತು ‘ಬಿ.ಇಡಿ’ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.

ಭಾಷಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆ ಬಯಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪದವಿ ವೇಳೆ ಭಾಷಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ, ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್, ಹಿಂದಿ, ಮರಾಠಿ, ಉರ್ದು, ತೆಲುಗು, ತಮಿಳು, ಮಲಯಾಳಂ, ಕೊಂಕಣಿ,ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಭಾಷೆ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಐಚ್ಛಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಿರಬೇಕು. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಶೇ.50 ರಷ್ಟು ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು.

ಶೇ.50 ರಷ್ಟು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಂಕ, ಶೇ.20 ರಷ್ಟು ಟಿಇಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಂಕ, ಶೇ.20ರಷ್ಟು ಪದವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಂಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೇ.10ರಷ್ಟು ಬಿ.ಇಡಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಗಣಿತ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಬಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಪದವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಭೌತಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರಸಾಯನಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ, ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್, ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ಸ್, ಸ್ಯಾಟಿಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಸ್, ಜಿಯೊಟೆಕ್ನಾಲಜಿ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಐಚ್ಛಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಜಿಯಾಲಜಿಕಲ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಬಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಪದವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಸಾಯನಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇತರೆ ಎರಡು ಐಚ್ಛಿಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳಾಗಿ, ಸಸ್ಯಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ, ಪ್ರಾಣಿಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ, ಸಿರಿಕಲ್ಚರ್, ಎನ್ವಿರಾನ್ಮೆಂಟಲ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್, ಜೆನೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಗಣಿತ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮಾಡಿದವರಿಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
