ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರೈತರ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದೆ. ರೈತ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಈ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿವೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ. ವಾಪಸ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಜಾಥಾ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಸುಧಾರಣಾ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 2020, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆ ಸಮಿತಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಜಾನುವಾರು ಹತ್ಯೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಗಳಿಂದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಹೊರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಉಳುವವನೇ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಒಡೆಯ ಎಂಬ ಆಶಯದ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಉಳ್ಳವರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭೂಮಿ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಎಪಿಎಂಸಿಗೆ ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರು ಬಂದು ಜೂಜು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳ ಹತ್ಯಾ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಇಂದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಸಾಕಲು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಹೊರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಾಪಸ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 9 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 10 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಕಾಗೋಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಥಾಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಈ ಜಾಥಾ ಜುಂಜಪ್ಪ ಗುಡ್ಡೆ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಲುಪಲಿದೆ. ಮಾರ್ಚ್15ರಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಸಮಾವೇಶ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.

ನಾನು ನೀರಾವರಿ ಸಚಿವನಾದಾಗ ನಾನು ಚಾಮರಾಜ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೆ.ಆಗ ಸುತ್ತೂರು ಶ್ರೀಗಳು ನೀರಾವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.ಆಗ ಕಬಿನಿ ಸೆಕೆಂಡ್ ಸ್ಟೇಜ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸಲು ಕಾರಣಿಕರ್ತರಾದವರು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು.ಬಳಿಕ ನಾವು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡೆವು. ಆದರೂ ಜನ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದು ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದರು. ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಹತ್ತು ಎಚ್ ಪಿ ಪಂಪ್ ವರೆಗೆ ಉಚಿತ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು. ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಕಿಸಾನ್ ಸಮ್ಮಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 58 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ತಲಾ 4 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪಾಲನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು.ಅವರು ಎಂದು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಯೋಚಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಬಿಟ್ಟಾಗಲೂ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಹಿ ಎಂಬುದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಮತ್ತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸುತ್ತಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತರುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂಬುದ ಅವರ ಬದ್ಧತೆ ತೋರುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಾದ ನಾವು ಯಾವುದೇ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಂಡಾಗ ರಶೀದಿ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ದೊಡ್ಡ ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳು, ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರತೀ ವ್ಯವಹಾರದ ಹಿಂದೆ ರಶೀದಿಯ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಯಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಬೇಕಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಜಾಗೃತತೆಯಿಂದ ರಶೀದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುವುದೇ ದೇಶದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ನಾವು ನೀಡುವ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಹ 1.31 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಾಗಿದೆ. ಜಿಎಸ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಲೋಪದೋಷಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಅವುಗಳ ಗುರುತಿಸುವಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸುವಿಕೆ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
