ಕೊಲ್ಲಾಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಬಾವುಟ ಸುಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು, ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಗೆ ಮಸಿ ಬಳಿದದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿರಾಯಣ್ಣನ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆ ಭಗ್ನಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿ ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಠಿಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಧಿಸುವಂತೆ ಪಕ್ಷಭೇದ ಮರೆತು ಒಕ್ಕೊರಲಿನಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ನಾಯಕರು ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರು ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

“ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿದ ನಂತರವೂ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಏಕೀಕರಣ ಸಮಿತಿ ಕಾಲ್ಕೆರೆದು ಪದೇಪದೇ ಜಗಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಂಥವರು ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನರು, ಅವಿವೇಕಿಗಳು. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನ ಕೆಣಕುವ ಇಂತಹ ಪುಂಡರನ್ನು ಗಡಿಪಾರು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಸದನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲೇ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಗೃಹ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. 160 ಎಕ್ಕರೆ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು 300 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ದೂರು ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನಿವೇಶನ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ಮಸೂದೆ -2021 ಅನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಇದು ದೇಶದ ನಕಲಿ ಮತದಾನವನ್ನು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು

ಒತ್ತಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆಮಿಷವೊಡ್ಡಿ ಮತಾಂತರ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವ ಈ ಮಸೂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
ಅದರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಎಸ್ ಸಿ, ಎಸ್ ಟಿ, ಅಪ್ರಾಪ್ತ ವಯಸ್ಕರು, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು, ಬುದ್ಧಿಮಾಂಧ್ಯ ರನ್ನು ಮತಾಂತರ ಮಾಡಿದವರಿಗೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 3 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ 10 ವರ್ಷದವರೆಗೆ ಜೈಲು, ಮತ್ತು 50 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮಸೂದೆಯನ್ನು ಕರಡು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲೇ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ವಿರೋಧಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಅಸಮ್ಮತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
