ಏಷ್ಯಾ ಕಪ್ 19 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನವರ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಟೂರ್ನಿಯು ಭಾರತ ಮತ್ತು ಯುಎಇ ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಯುಎಇ ತಂಡದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಭಾರತ ತಂಡವು ಉತ್ತಮ ಶುಭಾರಂಭ ದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ.

ಐಸಿಸಿ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನೆ ನಡೆದ ಪಂದ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಟಾಸ್ ಗೆದ್ದ ಯುಎಇ ಫೀಲ್ಡಿಂಗ್ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿತು, ಎದುರಾಳಿ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಬ್ಯಾಟಿಂಗ್ ಆಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿತು.

ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಟಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಭಾರತದ 50 ಓವರ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 5 ವಿಕೆಟ್ ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ 282 ಕಳಿಸಿತು.

ಭಾರತ ತಂಡವು ಆರಂಭದ ಇನಿಂಗ್ಸ್ನ ಮೂರನೇ ಓವರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮೊದಲ ವಿಕೆಟ್ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಆದರೆ, ಹರ್ನೂರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ (130 ಎಸೆತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 11 ಬೌಂಡರಿ ಬಾರಿಸಿ 120 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ರಶೀದ್ 60 ಎಸೆತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 35 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿ ಇವರಿಬ್ಬರ ರೋಚಕ ಬ್ಯಾಟಿಂಗ್ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದ ಜೊತೆಯಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ 90ರನ್ ಸೇರಿಸಿದರು. ರಶೀದ್ ಔಟಾದ ನಂತರ ಹರ್ನೂರ್ ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿದ ನಾಯಕ ‘ಯಶ್ ಧುಳ್’ 68 ಎಸೆತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 63 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿ ಮೂರನೇ ಜೊತೆಯಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ 120 ರನ್ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿದರು.

ಇನ್ನಿಂಗ್ಸ್ ನ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಂಚಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯವರ್ಧನ್ ಔಟಾಗದೆ 23 ಎಸೆತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 6 ಬೌಂಡರಿ ಹಾಗೂ 2 ಸಿಕ್ಸರ್ ಸಿಡಿಸಿ 48 ರನ್ ಗಳ ಅಬ್ಬರದ ಬ್ಯಾಟಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿದರು, ರಾಜ್ಯವರ್ಧನ್ ಬೌಲಿಂಗ್ ನಲ್ಲೂ ಮಿಂಚಿದರು. 283 ರನ್ ಗಳ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ಗುರಿ ಬೆನ್ನತ್ತಿ ಆಡಿದ ಯುಎಇ 34.3 ಓವರ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 128 ರನ್ ಗಳಿಸಿ ಆಲ್-ಔಟ್ ಆಯಿತು. ಭಾರತ ತಂಡದ ರಾಜವರ್ಧನ್ ಹಂಗರ್ಗೆಕರ್ 24/3 ವಿಕೆಟ್ ಬಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಅವರ ಬೌಲಿಂಗ್ ಮುಂದೆ ಯುಎಇ ತತ್ತರಿಸಿತು.

ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ 2021-22ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ 3,577 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಪೂರಕ ಅಂದಾಜುಗಳ ಎರಡನೇ ಕಂತಿನ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೇಲಿನ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಅವರು ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಕಳೆದ ನಾಲ್ಕೈದು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಕ್ರೋಢೀಕರಣ ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದೆ. ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ನವಂಬರ್ ಅಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಶೇ‌.67ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ್ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಅನೇಕ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಆಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.ಅಲ್ಲೂ ಸಹ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಕ್ಕೆ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಅಡಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಎಸ್ ಟಿ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ 8 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಎತ್ತಿನಹೊಳೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಣೆಕಟ್ಟೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಭೂ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನದ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ವಿವಾದದಿಂದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ. ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದೊಂದು ರೀತಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಈ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಪರಿಹಾರ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ ಜನವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವೆ ಎಂದು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ 1,492 ಕೋಟಿ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ 882 ಕೋಟಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಪೈಕಿ 707 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಖರ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ 3000 ಕೋಟಿ ನೀಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆ‌. ಅದರ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಯೋಜನೆ ಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಆ ಭಾಗದ ಶಾಸಕರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಕ್ರಿಯಾ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಜನವರಿ 15ರೊಳಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಅಂಕಿಅಂಶಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಶೇ.71ರಷ್ಟು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ, ಶೇ.67ರಷ್ಟು ಅಬಕಾರಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ, ಶೇ.66ರಷ್ಟು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರಾಂಕ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಶೇ.54ರಷ್ಟು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಇದನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿರುವ ಆರ್ ಬಿಐ ಈಗ ಗಡುವನ್ನು ಎರಡನೇ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಅನ್ವಯ ಹೊಸ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯು 2022ರ ಜುಲೈ ಒಂದರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್ ಬಿಐ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಮಿತ್ರರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. 2022ರ ಜೂನ್ 30ರ ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಇಡಲಾದ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್ ಬಿಐ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಡೆಬಿಟ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ನೀಡುವ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಇರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಜೂನ್ 30ರ ನಂತರ ಅವಕಾಶ ಇರಲಿದೆ.

ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 11:00 ರಿಂದ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಐದು ರವರೆಗೆ ಕರ್ಫ್ಯೂ ಹೇರಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
