ಗುಜರಾತ್ ನ ಹೈ ಸ್ಪೀಡ್ ಮಾರ್ಗದ ರೈಲು ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಬಹುತೇಕ ರೈಲು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳ ಚಾವಣಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಸೋಲಾರ್ ಪ್ಯಾನೆಲ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೌರವ್ಯೂಹ ಆಧರಿತ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸಬರಮತಿ ಆಶ್ರಮದ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣವು ಈ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರಲಿದ್ದು, ಅದರ ಚಾವಣಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೋಲಾರ್ ಪ್ಯಾನೆಲ್ ಗಳು ಚರಕದ ಆಕಾರ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆ ಆಗಲಿವೆ.
ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಹೈ ಸ್ಪೀಡ್ ರೇಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಷನ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ 700 ಕಿ. ವ್ಯಾಟ್ ಪವರ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, 2030ರೊಳಗೆ ಇಂಗಾಲದ ಹೊರಸೂಸುವಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಶೂನ್ಯ ಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ದೇಶದ 835 ರೈಲು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಸೋಲಾರ್ ಚಾವಣಿಗಳಿಂದ 248.46 ಮೆಗಾವ್ಯಾಟ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಸಾಗರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಹಲವು ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಭೂಮಿ ಸಾಗುವಳಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ರೈತರನ್ನು ಒಕ್ಕಲೆಬ್ಬಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿರುವ ತಾಲೂಕು ಆಡಳಿತದ ಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿ ಸಾಗರದ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಬಸ್ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವ ಕಾಗೋಡು ತಿಮ್ಮಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ‘ಭೂಮಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇದ್ದರೆಷ್ಟು ಬಿಟ್ಟರೆಷ್ಟು’ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ‘ಕಂದಾಯ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ರೈತರನ್ನು ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಲಗಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ‘ಅರಣ್ಯ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಜ್ವಲಂತ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲೆನಾಡಿನ ಶಾಸಕರು ಧ್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಮತದಾರರಿಗೆ ಹಣ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವವರು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಂಡವಾಳವನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಜನರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವತ್ತ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ತೋರುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ’ ಎಂದು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಕಾಗೋಡು ತಿಮ್ಮಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಕಟುವಾಗಿ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರು.

ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಬಿ.ಆರ್.ಜಯಂತ್ ಅವರು ‘ಇಂಡೀಕರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರಣ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿ ರುವುದು ಹಲವು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ಭಾಗದ ಅನೇಕ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಮನೆ, ಹಿತ್ತಲು, ಸಾಗುವಳಿ ಭೂಮಿ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನ, ರಸ್ತೆ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಚಕಾರ ಬಂದಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ನೌಗಾಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಲ್ಗಾಮ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಮಿರ್ಹಮಾ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಗಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದ ಉಗ್ರರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಭದ್ರತಾಪಡೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸುಮಾರು ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲು ಭದ್ರತಾಪಡೆಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಉಗ್ರರಿಂದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಗುಂಡಿನ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ತಂಡಗಳಾಗಿ ವಿಂಗಡಣೆ ಗೊಂಡು ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಯೋಧರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಹಲವು ಸುತ್ತುಗಳ ಗುಂಡಿನ ಚಕಮಕಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅನಂತರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಉಗ್ರರನ್ನು ಹತ್ಯೆಗೈಯುವ ಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ ಉಗ್ರರ ಪೈಕಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಎಂದು ಅವರ ಬಳಿ ದೊರೆತಿರುವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಖಾತರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಉಗ್ರರು ಕೂಡ ಪಾಕ್ ಜೈಷೆ ಮೊಹಮದ್ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವರು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಖಚಿತವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ವಲಯ ಐಜಿಪಿ ವಿಜಯ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ 20 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಂದ 142 ಮಂದಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸೋಂಕಿತರಾದರೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 565 ಮಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ‌ ಸೋಂಕು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 1.14 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಾದರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.0.61 ರಷ್ಟು ಸೋಂಕು ದೃಡಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.
