ಭಜರಂಗದಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತ ಹರ್ಷನ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಒಟ್ಟು ಆರು ಜನರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆರಂಭಿಕ ತನಿಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಮುಭಾವನೆ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಹರ್ಷನ ಹತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಈ ಕೊಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳಾದ ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಖಾಸಿಫ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಯ್ಯದ್ ನದೀಮ್ ರನ್ನು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಬಂಧಿತ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ನೀಡಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಕ್ಲಾರ್ಕ್ ಪೇಟೆಯ ನಿವಾಸಿ 22 ವರ್ಷದ ರಿಹಾನ್ ಶರೀಫ್, ಆಸಿಫ್ ಉಲ್ಲಾಖಾನ್ (22), ಮುರಾದ್ ನಗರದ ನಿಹಾನ್ (21) ಎಂಬುವವರನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಸೆರೆ ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಮ್.ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಅವರು ಈ ಕೊಲೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ “ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಖಾಸಿಫ್, ರಿಹಾನ್, ಆಸಿಫ್ ಉಲ್ಲಾಖಾನ್, ಮತ್ತು ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಹರ್ಷನ ಹತ್ಯೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸೈಯದ್ ನದೀಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಿಹಾನ್ ಈ ಹತ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ “ಎಂದು ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 12 ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರು ಮಂದಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳು ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಹಂತದ ತನಿಖೆಯಿಂದ ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಖಾಸೀಫ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಯದ್ ನಾನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಸ್ಪಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

“ಆರೋಪಿಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಈ ಮೊದಲೇ ವಿವಿಧ ಠಾಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿವೆ. ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಖಾಸಿಫ್ ಎಂಬಾತನೇ ಕೊಲೆಯ ಆರೋಪಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಈತನ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಜನೆಯಿಂದ ಈ ಕೊಲೆ ನಡೆದಿರುವುದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಎಸ್ಪಿ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಚಿವ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್.ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪನವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹರಿಹಾಯ್ದ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನಕುಮಾರ್ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇನ್ನೆಷ್ಟು ಹಿಂದೂಗಳು ಬಲಿಯಾಗಬೇಕು? ಎಂದು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಸಚಿವರೇ ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ಹರ್ಷನ ಪಾರ್ಥಿವ ಶರೀರದ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಗಿನವರು ಬಂದು ಗಲಾಟೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗಲಾಟೆ ಮಾಡಿದವರನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ್ದಾಗ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಏಕೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಚಿವರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯ ಕುಮ್ಮಕ್ಕಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಕೆಲವರು ಗಲಭೆ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಪಾಸ್ತಿ ನಷ್ಟ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲಾ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಅವರೇ ಕಾರಣ. ಈ ನಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ಅವರೇ ತುಂಬಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ 2ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಲೇ ಇವೆ. ಕಾನೂನು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಾಪಾಡಲು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಹರಸಾಹಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಲೆ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಶಾಂತಿ ಕದಡುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಹಿಂದೂಗಳಿಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡದ ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಹರ್ಷನ ಕೊಲೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ನಿಷ್ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ತನಿಖೆಗೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಇನ್ನಾದರೂ ಸದನವನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು. ಕಲಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಪಡಿಸುವ ವರನ್ನು ಅಮಾನತು ಇಲ್ಲವೇ, ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ಈ ರೀತಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಸದನ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಯುಎಇಯಿಂದ ಭಾರತ 2020-22ರಲ್ಲಿ 70 ಟನ್ ಚಿನ್ನ ಆಮದು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ದೇಶಿ ಜ್ಯುವೆಲ್ಲರಿ ವಲಯದಿಂದ ಚಿನ್ನಾಭರಣಗಳ ರಫ್ತನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವುದು ಇದರ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೂಲದ ಆಭರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಅರಬ್ ಎಮಿರೇಟ್ಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರಿ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಬಿ.ವಿ.ಆರ್ ಸುಬ್ರಮಣ್ಯಂ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ವಾರ್ಷಿಕವಾಗಿ ಭಾರತವು 800 ಟನ್ ಚಿನ್ನವನ್ನು ಆಮದು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಹೊಸ ರೂಪ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ 2027 ರ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಎರಡು ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿ ಡಾಲರ್ ರಫ್ತು ಗುರಿ ಸಾಧಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಕಾಯಕಲ್ಪ ನೀಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಫ್ತು ಉತ್ತೇಜನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರ ರಚನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ ರಚಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಿ.ವಿ.ಆರ್ ಸುಬ್ರಮಣ್ಯಂ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೊರೋನಕ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 100ರಷ್ಟು ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.89 ರಷ್ಟು ಲಸಿಕೆ ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 10 ರೊಳಗೆ ಶೇ.100ರ ಗುರಿ ತಲುಪಲು ವೈದ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಶ್ರಮಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅಪರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ನಾಗೇಂದ್ರ ಎಫ್. ಹೊನ್ನಳ್ಳಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
