ಎರಡು ಮತ್ತು ಮೂರನೆಯ ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕಲ್ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಯಲಾಜಿಕಲ್ ಇ ಕಂಪನಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಕೊರೊನಾ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಭಾರತ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಆರ್ ಬಿಡಿ ಪ್ರೋಟೀನ್ ಘಟಕದ ಮೊದಲ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇದು ಭುಜಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಎರಡು ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದ 28 ದಿನಗಳ ಅಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕು. ಇದನ್ನು 2 ರಿಂದ 8 ಡಿಗ್ರಿ ಸೆಲ್ಸಿಯಸ್ ತಾಪಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕಂಪನಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಲಾಲು ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಯಾದವ್ ಅವರು ಮೇವು ಹಗರಣದ ಕೊನೆಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕೂಡ ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥ ಎಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ.
ಸಿಬಿಐ ವಿಶೇಷ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಸೋಮವಾರ ಲಾಲು ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಯಾದವ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿತು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪರಾಧಿ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ ದಿನವೇ ಲಾಲು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಬಿಸ್ರಾ ಮುಂಡಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾರಾಗೃಹಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ದೊರಾಂಡಾ ಖಜಾನೆಯಿಂದ 139.35 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಡ್ರಾ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ. ಲಾಲು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ಆರು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಐದು ವರ್ಷ, 32 ಜನರಿಗೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷ, ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷ ಜೈಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಿಂದ ಸಿಬಿಐ ವಿಶೇಷ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ವಿಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷದಿಂದ ಎರಡು ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಗಳವರೆಗೆ ದಂಡ ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಹಗರಣದ ಇತರ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಾಲು ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಯಾದವ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 14 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಜೈಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಲಾಲು ಅವರು 2017ರ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ನಿಂದ 36 ತಿಂಗಳ ಜೈಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಪೂರೈಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷದ ಜನವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದ ಕಾರಣ ಲಾಲು ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಯಾದವ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ರಾಂಚಿಯ ರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಲಾಲು ಅವರು ಮೂತ್ರಪಿಂಡ ವೈಫಲ್ಯ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ತೀವ್ರ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯದಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸೋಮವಾರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಗೆ ಇದೊಂದು ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆ ಎಂದು ಸಾಧಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಇವರು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ವಸ್ತ್ರ ಸಂಹಿತೆಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವ ದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ಅಡ್ವೊಕೇಟ್ ಜನರಲ್ ಪ್ರಭುಲಿಂಗ ನಾವದಗಿ ಅವರು ” ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಧರಿಸುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಆಧಾರಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ದಾಖಲೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರು ಶೂನ್ಯ ಸಾಕ್ಷ ನೀಡಿ ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಪರ ಆದೇಶ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ” ಎಂದು ತಮ್ಮ ವಾದವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಧರಿಸಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ತೆರಳುವುದನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವ ಆದೇಶದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮನ ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲು ಬಿಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಿಸಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಮನವಿಗಳ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿಜೆ ರಿತುರಾಜ್, ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಎಸ್.ದೀಕ್ಷಿತ್ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಖಾಜಿ ಜೈಬುನ್ನೀಸಾ ಮೊಹಿಯುದ್ದೀನ್ ಅವರಿಂದ ಪೂರ್ಣಪೀಠ ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ವಾದವಿವಾದ ಆಲಿಸಿದೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ದೀಕ್ಷಿತ್ ಅವರು ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ರಚನಾ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.ಡಾ.ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಲು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರಬಹುದು. ಕೂದಲಿಗೆ ಚಾರ್ವಾಕರು. ಆದರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತ್ಮಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದಡಿ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನೀಡಿದೆಯಲ್ಲವೇ? ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿ ಜೆ.ಎಂ.ಖಾಜಿ ಅವರು ಆಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಂತೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬಹುದೇ? ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ನ್ಯಾ.ಕೃಷ್ಣ ದೀಕ್ಷಿತ್ ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಹೊರಗಿಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ 2017ರ ತೀರ್ಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಅಮೆರಿಕನ್ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಂತಲ್ಲ . ಸರ್ವಧರ್ಮ ಸಮಭಾವ ತತ್ವವನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಲ್ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ಸ್ ನ ಧರ್ಮ ಅಫೀಮು ಎಂಬ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ? ಎಂದು ವಿವಾದ ಆಲಿಸುವ ವೇಳೆ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 44,615 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ, 5,240 ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು 1529 ಸರಕಾರಿ ಪದವಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿವೆ. ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು. ಆದರೆ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಪ್ರಧಾನವಾದರೆ ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಲಾಭವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
