ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ 17.439 ಶುದ್ಧ ನೀರಿನ ಘಟಕಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ 9,329 ಘಟಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ಕಲುಷಿತಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ ಡಿ ನಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾದ 8,465 ಘಟಕಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಇವೆ ಎಂದು ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಘಟಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಗೂ ಮುಂಚೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಇರುವ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ವರದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಶೇ.45.56 ರಷ್ಟು ಘಟಕಗಳು ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ವರದಿ ಪಡೆಯದೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದೆ.
2013-14ರಿಂದ 2020-21ರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಡಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾದ ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ಮೌಲಿಕರಿಸಿ ರುವ ಇಲಾಖೆ, 1664 ಘಟಕಗಳು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಂಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಹೊತ್ತ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗೆ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ ವಹಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ದೂರಿದೆ.
ಘಟಕ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಅನುಮಾನಿಸಿದೆ. 17439 ಘಟಕಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕರೆಯದೇ 1410, ಪ್ರಯೋಗಾಲಯ ವರದಿ ಪಡೆಯದೆ 7946, ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿದೆ ಇರುವ 7132, ಘಟಕಗಳ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ 1984 ಘಟಕಗಳು ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ

ನ್ಯಾನೊ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಸಂಗತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಇದರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಆಗಿದೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ವಿಷನ್ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 1,500 ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲು 200 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಜ್ಞಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕುತೂಹಲವುಳ್ಳ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಲಾ ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಶಿಷ್ಯವೇತನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಭಾತೃತ್ವ ದಿಂದ ಬದುಕಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಈ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರವಾನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿವಿಧ ಧರ್ಮಗಳ ಮುಖಂಡರು, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ರಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ರೈತ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಈ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಶಾಂತಿಯ ಮಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಶಾಂತಿ,ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆಯ ಸಂಕೇತವಾದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಧ್ವಜದ ಬಣ್ಣ ಕೇಸರಿ ಬಿಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹಸಿರು ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜೋಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ವಜನಾಂಗದ ಶಾಂತಿಯ ತೋಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆಲವರು ಗಲಾಟೆ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿ ಗೊಂದಲ ಮೂಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ತಪ್ಪು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸದಾ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾನು ನೂರು ಭಾತೃತ್ವ ಭಾವನೆಯಿಂದ ಬದುಕಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ಸೆಲ್ವಮಣಿ ಅವರು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರಿಷ್ಠಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಬಿ.ಎಂ.ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಅವರು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಪೊಲೀಸರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಘಟನೆಗಳಾದಾಗ ಶಾಂತಿ ಕಾಪಾಡಲು ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಸ್ಪಂದನೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ನಡೆದಾಗ ಬಡವರ ಬದುಕು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಬಾರದು. ಮನುಷ್ಯತ್ವ ಮೀರಿದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಧರ್ಮವಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆ ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಧರ್ಮಗುರುಗಳ ಹೆಗಲ ಮೇಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ಬಸವಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಸವ ಮರುಳಸಿದ್ಧ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿಯವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಕೂಡಲಿ ಶೃಂಗೇರಿ ಮಹಾಸಂಸ್ಥಾನ ಮಠದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭಿನವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರಣ್ಯ ಭಾರತಿ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಅವರು ಭಾರತ ವಿವಿಧತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆಯ ಹೊಂದಿದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸ್ನೇಹ, ಸಹನೆ, ಶಾಂತಿಗೆ ಹೆಸರಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಶಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವ ಧರ್ಮವು, ದೇವರು ಹೇಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಾಂತಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನವಾಗಬೇಕು. ಮಾನವ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಮೌಲ್ವಿ ಮೌಲಾನ ಶಾಹುಲ್ ಹಮೀದ್ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಯಾರ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ನಾಡಗೀತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿರುವ ಹಾಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಜಾತಿ, ಧರ್ಮ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ದೇಶ ನಮ್ಮದಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೂದೋಟದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಜಾತಿಯ ಹೂಗಳಿವೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಹೋಲಿಸಿದಾಗ ಸುಂದರ ಹಾರವಾಗುವ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಶಾಂತಿ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಇರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ ಧರ್ಮ ಗುರು ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾನಿ ಡಿಸೋಜ ಅವರು ಜಗದಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲ ಶಾಂತಿ ಇರಲಿ. ಆದರೆ ಅದು ನನ್ನಿಂದಲೇ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಲಿ ಎಂಬ ಮಾತಿದೆ. ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ತಪ್ಪಿದಾಗ ಕೋಪ ಬಂದು ಆಸ್ತಿಪಾಸ್ತಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯದ ನಷ್ಟವೂ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾರೋ ಕಿಡಿಗೇಡಿಗಳು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕೃತಿಗಳು ಎಲ್ಲ ಧರ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮಸಿಬಳಿಯುವಂತಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
