ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಆರಗ ಜ್ಞಾನೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರದಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೃಹ ರಕ್ಷಕ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರಾಗಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವವರ ಬಹಳ ದಿನಗಳ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಈಡೆರಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರಗ ಜ್ಞಾನೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇನ್ನೂ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹೊರತು ಪಡಿಸಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸರಿ ಸುಮಾರು 2025, ಗೃಹ ರಕ್ಷಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಪೌರ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಕರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ದಿನ ಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ರೂಪಾಯಿ 600 ರೂ.ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರಗ ಜ್ಞಾನೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ದ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಕೀವ್ ನೆಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಲುಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾಗ ನಮ್ಮ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಗಳಾದ ದಿಶಾ ಮಣ್ಣೂರು ಅವರು ವಿಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ 242 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಕರೆತಂದಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಖಜಾನೆ ಉಪ ನಿರ್ದೆಶಕರಾದ ಸಾವಿತ್ರಿ ಹೆಚ್.ಎಸ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲೂ ಸವಾಲುಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತವೆ. ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ದೈಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನಸಿಕವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನ ತಾವು ಹುರಿದುಂಬಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ವಿಶೇಷ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಗಮಿಸಿದ ಸರಿಗಮಪ ಖ್ಯಾತಿಯ ಹಾಡುಗಾರ್ತಿ ಸಾದ್ವಿನಿ ಕೊಪ್ಪ ಅವರು “ಮನೆಯೇ ಮೊದಲ ಪಾಠ ಶಾಲೆ, ತಾಯಿ ಮೊದಲ ಗುರು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತೆ. ಇದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೆಣ್ಣಿನ ಮಹತ್ವ ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಷ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ನಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗಯೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರಕವಾದ ತಯಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಹೊಸ-ಹೊಸ ವಿಚಾರಗಳು, ಹೊಸ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಸಾದ್ವಿನಿ ಕೊಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಹೆಚ್.ಎಸ್.ವಿ ರಚಸಿದ ಭಾವಗೀತೆ “ನಾನೊಂದು ಜೀವನದಿ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರು” ಭಾವಗೀತೆ ಹಾಡಿದರು.

ಇದು ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಆಕ್ರಮಣದಿಂದ ಪಲಾಯನ ಮಾಡುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 60 ರಷ್ಟು ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರಿಗೆ ಆಶ್ರಯ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 24 ರಂದು ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಆಕ್ರಮಣ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದಾಗಿನಿಂದ 1.7 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್‌ಗಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು ಉಕ್ರೇನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಪಲಾಯನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್‌ಗಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು ನೆರೆಯ ಪೋಲೆಂಡ್‌ಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಉಕ್ರೇನಿಯನ್ ರಿಗೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರು, ಆತಿಥೇಯ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉಕ್ರೇನಿಯನ್ನರಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪೋಲೆಂಡ್‌ಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸುವ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜೀವನದ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮಾಟಿಯುಸ್ ಮೊರಾವಿಕಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
