ಖಾತೆದಾರರು ಪ್ಯಾನ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡನ್ನು ಲಿಂಕ್ ಮಾಡದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಎಸ್ ಬಿಐ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಮುಂಚೆ ಪ್ಯಾನ್ ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಲಿಂಕ್ ಮಾಡಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 31 ಎಂದು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನಂತರ ಈ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು 31 ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 2022 ಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ 12,000 ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಸೈನಿಕರನ್ನು ಕೊಂದಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ. ರಷ್ಯಾದ ದಾಳಿಯ ನಡುವೆ ಉಕ್ರೇನಿಯನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವೊಲೊಡಿಮಿರ್ ಝೆಲೆನ್ಸ್ಕಿ, ವ್ಲಾಡಿಮಿರ್ ಪುಟಿನ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೇರ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ನಗರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಸಾಯನಿಕ ಅಸ್ತ್ರಗಳ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಅಮೆರಿಕ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಹೋಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇದೆ. ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರದಿಂದ 50 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಮತ್ತು 65 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪಿಂಚಣಿದಾರರು ನೇರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಪಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನೌಕರರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಶೇ. 31 ರಷ್ಟು ತುಟ್ಟಿಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು (ಡಿಎ) ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ವರದಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಬೆಲೆ ಸೂಚ್ಯಂಕದ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 2021 ರ ಡೇಟಾವನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಡಿಎಯನ್ನು ಮೂರು ಪ್ರತಿಶತದಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬಹುದು. ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಡಿಎ ಶೇ. 34ರಷ್ಟು ಆಗಲಿದೆ.

ದೇಶದ 5 ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 10 ರಂದು ಪ್ರಕಟವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ನೀತಿ ಸಂಹಿತೆಯೂ ಅಂತ್ಯವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಆ ಬಳಿಕ ಸರಕಾರ ಡಿಎ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ವರದಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 16, 2022 ರಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನೌಕರರ ತುಟ್ಟಿಭತ್ಯೆ (ಡಿಎ) ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಯರ್‌ನೆಸ್ ರಿಲೀಫ್ (ಡಿಆರ್) ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಈ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

7ನೇ ವೇತನ ಆಯೋಗದ ಶಿಫಾರಸಿನಂತೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 16 ರಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನೌಕರರ ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ನರೇಗಾ ಯೋಜನಡೆಯಡಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ 13 ಕೋಟಿ ಮಾನವ ದಿನಗಳ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್‌ ಅಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಮಹತ್ವ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್‌ ರಾಜ್‌ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಚಿವ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್‌.ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಹಿಳಾ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ನರೇಗಾದಿಂದ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಹಾಗೂ ದೇಶದ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಜಾಸ್ತಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ರೈತರ ಭೂಮಿ ಫ‌ಲವತ್ತತ್ತೆಯಾಗುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿ, ಉತ್ಪಾದಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ತರುವ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್‌ ರಾಜ್‌ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸ್ತ್ರೀಶಕ್ತಿ ಸಂಘಗಳು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಕೊಡಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಮಹಾತ್ಮಾಗಾಂಧಿ ನರೇಗಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ 30.81 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವಾಗಿ 2,400ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗ್ರಾಮಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಕಾಯಕ ಮಿತ್ರ ರೆಂದು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ವಿಶೇಷ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕಾಯಕೋತ್ಸವ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತಕ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕೃತ 16 ಕೋಟಿ ಮಾನವ ದಿನಗಳ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯ ಗುರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 15.27 ಕೋಟಿ ಮಾನವ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಗುರಿ ತಲುಪಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 12ರಂದು ಚಾಲನೆ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಈ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾನೂನು ಸೇವಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಪೀಠ, ಬಹಳ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಾಗಿರುವ ಘನತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ 73 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ಘಟನೋತ್ತರ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಅಲ್ಲದೇ, ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ದಾರರಿಗೆ ಮಾ.8 ರಂದು ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಸಹ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ತಕ್ಷಣ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾಲ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಪೀಠ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಿತು.
