ಕೂಡಲೇ ಯುದ್ಧ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಎಂಬ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಗಾಳಿಗೆ ತೂರಿರುವ ರಷ್ಯಾ, ಗುರುವಾರ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್‌ ಮೇಲಿನ ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ತೀವ್ರಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಗುರುವಾರ ಬೆಳ್ಳಂಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆಯೇ ಕೀವ್‌ನ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳನ್ನು ರಷ್ಯಾ ರಾಕೆಟ್‌ಗಳು ಅಪ್ಪಳಿಸಿವೆ. 16 ಅಂತಸ್ತಿನ ಕಟ್ಟಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಅಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ 30 ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಮೆರೆಫಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರವೊಂದನ್ನು ಪುಟಿನ್ ಸೇನೆ ನಾಶಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಖಾರ್ಕಿವ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರೀ ಸ್ಫೋಟ, ಗುಂಡಿನ ಕಾಳಗ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಚೆರ್ನಿಹಿವ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾ ವೈಮಾನಿಕ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 53 ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಸಾವಿಗೀಡಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಪೈಕಿ ಅಮೆರಿಕನ್‌ ನಾಗರಿಕರೂ ಇರುವುದಾಗಿ ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.
ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಉದ್ಧಟತನದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿರುವ ಅಮೆರಿಕ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜೋ ಬೈಡೆನ್‌, “ಪುಟಿನ್ ಒಬ್ಬ ಯುದ್ಧಾಪರಾಧಿ’ ಎಂದು ಬಣ್ಣಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಶೆಲ್ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 21 ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಹತರಾದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಝೆಲೆನ್‌ಸ್ಕಿ ಈ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮರಿಯುಪೋಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 1000 ಜನರಿದ್ದ ರಂಗಮಂದಿರವೊಂದರ ಮೇಲೆ ರಷ್ಯಾ ಬುಧವಾರ ರಾತ್ರಿ ಬಾಂಬ್‌ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿತ್ತು.

ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟವರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟೇ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಈ ದಾಳಿಯು ರಷ್ಯಾ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಬುಧವಾರ ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ಸೆನೆಟ್‌, ಜನ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಸಭೆ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ವರ್ಚುವಲ್ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದ ಝೆಲೆನ್‌ಸ್ಕಿ, ಗುರುವಾರ ಜರ್ಮನಿಯ ಸಂಸತ್ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ರಷ್ಯಾ ದಾಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೀತಲ ಸಮರ ವಿಚಾರ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇದಲ್ಲದೇ ಆಹಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂಧನದಂತಹ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳೂ ರಷ್ಯಾ ಸೇನೆಗೆ ಸವಾಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ರಷ್ಯಾ ತನ್ನ ಆಕ್ರಮಣ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದೆ. ಉಕ್ರೇನ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಬಂದರು ನಗರಿ ಮರಿಯುಪೋಲ್​ನಲ್ಲಿಜನರು ಬಹಳ ಭಯದಿಂದ, ಬಾಂಬ್​ಗಳ ಹೊಡೆತದ ನಡುವೆ ಬದುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಳೆದ 20 ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾದ 7 ಸಾವಿರ ಸೈನಿಕರು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅಮೇರಿಕಾ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾ ಸೇನೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದ್ದು, 24 ಗಂಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚೆರ್ನಿಹಿವ್ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ 53 ಜನರು ಮರಣವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಈವರೆಗೆ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್‌ನ 108 ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಕೀವ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾ ದಾಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಪ್ರತಿದಾಳಿ ಮುಂದಯವರೆದಿದೆ. ಖಾರ್ಕಿವ್ ಒಬ್ಲಾಸ್ಟ್ ರಷ್ಯಾ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 21 ಜನರು ಸಾವಿಗೀಡಾಗಿದ್ದು, 25 ಜನರು ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಮರಿಯುಪೋಲ್​ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾದ ದಾಳಿಗೆ ರಂಗಮಂದಿರ ನಾಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 50ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರಂಗಮಂದಿರಗಳು ಮಾನವ ಪರಂಪರೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವುಗಳು ಎಂದಿರುವ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವೊಲೊಡಿಮಿರ್ ಝೆಲೆನ್ಸ್ಕಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಮರುನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಇಟಲಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾಗೆ ಜಪಾನ್ ದೇಶವು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ವಿಧಿಸಿದೆ. ರಷ್ಯಾದ 15 ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ 9 ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೇರಿ ಜಪಾನ್ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಮೇಲಿನ ರಷ್ಯಾ ದಾಳಿಯನ್ನ ಭಾರತ ಖಂಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅಮೆರಿಕ ಸಂಸದರಿಂದ ಭಾರತದ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಸಚಿವ ಅಶ್ವಿನಿ ವೈಷ್ಣವ್ ಅವರು ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೈಲ್ವೆಯನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮತ್ತು ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ವಿವಾದ ಕಾಲ್ಪನಿಕವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬುಧವಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 2022-23ನೇ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುದಾನದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೇಲಿನ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಸಚಿವರು, ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ತಪ್ಪು ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ರೈಲ್ವೆಯು ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಯ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಹರಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಷೇಧವಿಲ್ಲ. 1.4 ಲಕ್ಷ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಚರ್ಚೆಯ ವೇಳೆ ಸಂಸದರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದರು.

ಲೋಕಸಭೆ ನಂತರ ಧ್ವನಿ ಮತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ರೈಲ್ವೆಗೆ ಅನುದಾನದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿತು. ಚರ್ಚೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಸಂಸದರ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ರೈಲ್ವೆಯನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು. ಇದು ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಕಾಲ್ಪನಿಕ ಅಂಶವಾಗಿದೆ. ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ರೈಲ್ವೇಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು, ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳು ರೈಲ್ವೇಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು, ಇಂಜಿನ್ ಗಳು ರೈಲ್ವೇಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು, ರೈಲುಗಳು ರೈಲ್ವೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದು, ಸಿಗ್ನಲಿಂಗ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ರೈಲ್ವೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದೆ. ಖಾಸಗೀಕರಣದ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಿಲ್ಲ, ರೈಲ್ವೆಯನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಯೋಜನೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಸರಕು ಸಾಗಣೆ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಖಾಸಗೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಯೋಜನೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ರೈಲ್ವೆಯು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವುದನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಪ್ರಯಾಣಿಕರ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರವತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಆದಾಯಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆಸ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಆರೋಪದ ಮೇಲೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ 20 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನೆ ಏಕಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಶೋಧ ನಡೆಸಿರುವ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ ನಿಗ್ರಹ ದಳ, 9.4 ಕೆಜಿ ಚಿನ್ನ,60.3 ಕೆಜಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ, 82. 74 ಲಕ್ಷ ರುಪಾಯಿ ನಗದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ 50 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಆಪಾದಿತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಅವರ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಗಳು, ಬೇನಾಮಿ ವೈವಾಟು ನಡೆಸುವವರ ಮನೆಗಳು, ಖಾಸಗಿ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೋಧ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಎಸಿಬಿ ಯ 300 ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 77 ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆಯಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಶೋಧ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೆಲವೆಡೆ ತಡರಾತ್ರಿಯೂ ಕಾರ್ಯಚರಣೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿತ್ತು.

ವಿಜಯಪುರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನಿರ್ಮಿತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಯೋಜನಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಗೋಪಿನಾಥ ಸಾ ಮಾಲಜಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಠೇವಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ 9.46 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮ್ಯುಚುವಲ್ ಫಂಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 1.31ಕೋಟಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 41ಎಕರೆ 4 ಗುಂಟೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಜಮೀನು, ಒಂದು ಮನೆ,8 ನಿವೇಶನ ಗಳನ್ನೂ ಎಸಿಬಿ ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಿದೆ.

ಕೆ ಎ ಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ರಾಮನಗರ ಉಪ ವಿಭಾಗಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸಿ.ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಬಳಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 4 ಅಂತಸ್ತಿನ 1 ಮನೆ,2ನಿವೇಶನ, ಬ್ಯಾಟ ರಾಯನಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶದ 7 ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಮಿಂಟನ್ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಗಳಿರುವ ಬೃಹತ್ ಸ್ಥಿರಾಸ್ತಿ, ವಿವಿಧ ಕಂಪನಿಯ 5 ಕಾರುಗಳು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಅವರ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 19 ಲಕ್ಷ ನಗದು ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಎಸಿಬಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಬಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 2ಮನೆ, 6 ನಿವೇಶನ ಇರುವುದನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಜೆ. ಜ್ಞಾನೇಂದ್ರ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 3 ನಿವೇಶನ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇವರ ಬಳಿ 3ಮನೆ, 2ನಿವೇಶನ, 22ಎಕರೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಜಮೀನು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿವೆ.
