ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಅಮಿತ್ ಶಾ ಅವರ ಜಮ್ಮು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಭೇಟಿಯ ವೇಳೆ 24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂವರು ಉಗ್ರರ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಒಂದು ಘಟನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಪುಲ್ವಾಮಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರಲ್ಲದ ವಲಸಿಗನ ಮೇಲೆ ಗುಂಡು ಹಾರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪುಲ್ವಾಮಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಅರಿಹಾಲ್ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರು ಗುಂಡಿನ ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಅಕ್ರಮ್ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡ ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.

ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಅಕ್ರಮ್ ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಿಂದ ಬಂದವರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಕಣಿವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡಗಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಶೋಪಿಯಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪುಲ್ವಾಮಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಎರಡು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಸಿಆರ್‌ಪಿಎಫ್ ಶಿಬಿರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರು ಗ್ರೆನೇಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಎಸೆದರು.

ಶೋಪಿಯಾನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ, 179 ಬೆಟಾಲಿಯನ್‌ನ ಸಿಆರ್‌ಪಿಎಫ್ ಶಿಬಿರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರು ಗ್ರೆನೇಡ್ ಎಸೆದರು ಮತ್ತು ಒಬ್ಬ ಯೋಧ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡರು. ಅವಂತಿಪೋರಾದಲ್ಲಿ, 180 ಬೆಟಾಲಿಯನ್‌ನ ಸಿಆರ್‌ಪಿಎಫ್ ಶಿಬಿರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರು ಗ್ರೆನೇಡ್ ಎಸೆದರು ಮತ್ತು ಇಬ್ಬರು ಜವಾನರು ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡರು.

370 ನೇ ವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ “ನಾವು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವ ಅಮಿತ್ ಶಾ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರ ದೂರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಪೂರೈಕೆಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಟ್ರಾನ್ಸ್ ಫಾರ್ಮರ್ ಬಳಸಬೇಕು. ನಿರಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಂದೆರಡು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಖಾತ್ರಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗೂ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಗ್ರಾ.ಪಂ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸ್ವತ್ತು, ಸ್ಮಶಾನ ಭೂಮಿ, ಪಹಣಿ, ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ಒಳಗಿನ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ, ರಿಪೇರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿವೇಶನ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯ ಕುರಿತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದರು.

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ನೊಣಬೂರಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಮಲ್ಲೇಸರಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪೋಷಣ್ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಮಲ್ಲೇಸರದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಕುರಿತು ಸಂವಾದಿಸಿದರು.

ಮಲ್ಲೇಸರ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರ ಕೃಷಿಕ ಶ್ರೀಧರ್ ಭಟ್ ಇವರ ತೋಟಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತೋಟದ ಬೆಳೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಬಳಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೃಷಿ ಯಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಚಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

ನೊಣಬೂರಿನ ಗ್ರಾ.ಪಂ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಆರಗ ಜ್ಞಾನೇಂದ್ರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕುಪತ್ರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

ಈ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಿಕೆ ಸಣ್ಣ ಹಿಡುವಳಿದಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮ್ಯಾಮ್ಕೋಸ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿದ್ದು ಅವರು ಎಪಿಎಂಸಿ ಯಾರ್ಡ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 31 ರೊಳಗೆ ಎಪಿಎಂಸಿ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮ್ಯಾಮ್ಕೋಸ್‍ಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ನಿಂದ ಸಮರ್ಪಕ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ನೀರಿನ ಪೂರೈಕೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮೆಸ್ಕಾಂ ಎಇಇ ರವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಟಿಸಿ ಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಲೈನ್ ಹಾಕಿಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್ ಸರಬರಾಜು ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಪುನೀತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕೆಎಂಎಫ್‍ನ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಹಕಾರ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅವರ ಸೇವೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಸಹಕಾರ ರತ್ನ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.

ನಾಳೆ ಕೆಂಗೇರಿ ಉಪನಗರದ ಗಣೇಶ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ವಿತರಣಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಮುಖ್ಯಂಮತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಈ ಬಾರಿ 50 ಸಹಕಾರರತ್ನ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯು 15ಗ್ರಾಂ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಫಲಕ, ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪತ್ರ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಏ.1ರಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರು ತುಮಕೂರಿನ ಸಿದ್ದಗಂಗಾಮಠಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವವರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆಗ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ ರೈತರ ಸಾಲ ಮನ್ನಾ ಮಾಡಲು ಆಯಾಯ ಡಿಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಲಾಭಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆದು ಮೃತರಾದವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಅಪೆಕ್ಸ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್, ಡಿಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ವಿಲೀನ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಜಾರ್ಖಂಡ್, ಕೇರಳದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಲೀನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಹಂತದ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಅಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕೇರಳ, ಜಾರ್ಖಂಡ್ ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಂತರ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವರದಿ ಕೊಡ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
