ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಮಿತ್ರ ಎಂಬ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಷನ್ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೆಲಸಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆ ರಜೆ ಹಾಕಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಲೆದಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಈ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಷನ್ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಈ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಷನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ರಜಾ ಅರ್ಜಿ, ನಿಯಮ 32 ಮತ್ತು ನಿಯಮ 68 ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ, ದೈಹಿಕ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಭತ್ಯೆಯ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ, ಮುಂಗಡಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅನುಮತಿ, ಭಾಗಶಃ ಹಿಂತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನಿಧಿಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥ, ನಿಯಮ 247A/248/252B/224A ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಸೇವೆ, ಮನೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ನಿವೇಶನ/ಮನೆ/ವಾಹನ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಚರ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ಥಿರ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ – ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡ್ಯೂಲ್‌ಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಮಿತ್ರ ಆ್ಯಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ.

ಕುವೆಂಪು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ವಿಭಾಗ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಹೊಸ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿಗಳು ಕುರಿತು ಶನಿವಾರ ಬಸವ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ವಿಚಾರ ಸಂಕಿರಣವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ವಿವಿಧ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವ ನಿರ್ಮಿತ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕ್ಲಿಷ್ಠಕರ ವಾತಾವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಉಳಿಯುವುದೇ ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಸವಾಲೆನಿಸಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳ ಹೊಸ ಬಾಗಿಲು ತೆರೆದಿದೆ. ಈ-ಕಾಮರ್ಸ್, ಆನ್‍ಲೈನ್ ವಹಿವಾಟು, ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಅಪ್ ಆಧಾರಿತ ನವೋದ್ಯಮಗಳು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕ್ಷಿಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವುದೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣ ಮುಂದಿರುವ ಜೀವಂತ ನಿದರ್ಶನಗಳು.

ಇಂತಹ ಸವಾಲಿನ ಔದ್ಯೋಗಿಕ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗೆ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣ ಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಬದಲಾದ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕ ಹಾಗೆ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ, ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ವಿನಿಮಯಗಳಂತಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಣ ಗೊಳಿಸುವತ್ತ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಕುಲಪತಿ ಪ್ರೊ. ಬಿ. ಪಿ. ವೀರಭದ್ರಪ್ಪ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಭಾರತದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವೈರುಧ್ಯಮಯವಾದ ವಾತಾವರಣವಿದೆ. ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತರಿದ್ದರೆ, ಇನ್ನೊಂದೆಡೆ ಒಂದು ಹೊತ್ತಿನ ಊಟಕ್ಕೂ ಕಷ್ಟಪಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಡವರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಡವ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತರ ನಡುವಿನ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವತ್ತ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯೋನ್ಮುಖವಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೆಟ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಂತಿಯುತ ವಾತಾವರಣ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಯುದ್ಧ, ಅಸ್ಥಿರತೆ, ಸಂಘರ್ಷಗಳು ಉದ್ಯಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಲವಾದ ಪೆಟ್ಟು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಸ್ಥಿರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೃಢ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅತ್ಯವಶ್ಯಕ ಎಂದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸ್ವಸಹಾಯ ಸಂಘಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ತ್ರಿಶಕ್ತಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಂಘಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಯಕ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಸ್ವಸಹಾಯ ಸಂಘಗಳು 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ವರೆಗೆ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.

ಯೋಜನೆಯು ಸ್ವ ಸಹಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳ ದೀರ್ಘಾವಧಿಯ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಶೂನ್ಯ ಬಡ್ಡಿ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಲ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ವರೆಗೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಶೇ. 4 ರ ಬಡ್ಡಿದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಲ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಕಾಯಕ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಂಘಗಳು ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ.

ಈ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾಯಕ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಂಘಗಳಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ.

ಕಾಯಕ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತೆಗಳು ಹೀಗಿವೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಗಡಿಯೊಳಗೆ ನೆಲೆಸಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸ್ವಸಹಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಈ ಸಾಲ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸ್ವಸಹಾಯ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಲ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಡ್ಡಿರಹಿತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸ್ವಸಹಾಯ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಣ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 3,000 ಸ್ವಸಹಾಯ ಸಂಘಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಲ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಿದೆ.

ರ‍್ಯಾಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾದ ವ್ಲಾಡಿಮಿರ್ ಪುಟಿನ್ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ತನ್ನ ಸೈನಿಕರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೊಗಳಿಕೆಯ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಉಕ್ರೇನ್‌ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಾಜತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾ ನಿಯೋಗದ ನಾಯಕ, ತಮ್ಮ ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆಗೊಳಿಸಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಆದರೆ, ಉಭಯ ದೇಶಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ನಡೆದ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್​ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಪಡೆಗಳು ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಕೀವ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಉಕ್ರೇನಿಯನ್ ನಗರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾರಣಾಂತಿಕ ಗುಂಡಿನ ಮಳೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಿದೆ. ಪೋಲಿಷ್ ಗಡಿಗೆ ಸಮೀಪವಿರುವ ಎಲ್ವಿವ್ ಹೊರವಲಯದ ವಿಮಾನ ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ರಷ್ಯಾ ಉಡಾಯಿಸಿದೆ.

ಯುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದಾಗಿನಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಸೈನಿಕರು ಹೆಗಲಿಗೆ ಹೆಗಲುಕೊಟ್ಟು, ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾವು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಈ ರೀತಿಯ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ.

ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 1 ರಂದು ಉಕ್ರೇನ್‌ನ ಖಾರ್ಕೀವ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾ ನಡೆಸಿದ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನವೀನ್ ಶೇಕರಪ್ಪ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು.

ಯುದ್ಧದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಮೃತದೇಹ ತರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿರಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸತತ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮಪಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು. ದುರ್ಘಟನೆ ನಡೆದ ಖಾರ್ಕೀವ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗಿನ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಕಾರಣ ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಮಾನಗಳು ತೆರಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.

ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಮೀಪದಲ್ಲೂ ಎಲ್ಲೂ ಏರ್‌ಸ್ಟ್ರಿಪ್‌ ಕೂಡಾ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನವೀನ್‌ ಮೃತದೇಹವನ್ನು ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಭಾರತದ ಸತತ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದಿಂದ ಇದೀಗ ನವೀನ್ ಮೃತದೇಹ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
