ಮಾಸ್ಕೋ ಸೋಮವಾರ 5 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಮಾರಿಯುಪೋಲ್ ನಗರವನ್ನು ತೊರೆಯಬೇಕೆಂಬ ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಶರಣಾಗತಿಯ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರಷ್ಯಾದ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ಮಾರಿಯುಪೋಲ್ ಶರಣಾಗತಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಮಾನವೀಯ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ತೆರೆಯಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬಿಬಿಸಿ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.

ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲು ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಝೆಲೆನ್ಸ್ಕಿ, ರಷ್ಯಾ ಮಾರಿಯುಪೋಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳನ್ನು ಎಸಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು. ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಮೇಲಿನ ಆಕ್ರಮಣವನ್ನು ಅಂತ್ಯಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ರಷ್ಯಾ ವಿಫಲವಾದರೆ ಮೂರನೆಯ ಮಹಾಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ಎಂಬ ಅರ್ಥ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಝೆಲೆನ್ಸ್ಕಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸಿಎನ್‌ಎನ್‌ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಝೆಲೆನ್ಸ್ಕಿ, ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವ್ಲಾಡಿಮಿರ್ ಪುಟಿನ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೇರ ಮಾತುಕತೆಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಹೋರಾಟವನ್ನು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮಾತುಕತೆಯೊಂದೇ ದಾರಿ. ಮಾತುಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಸಲು ನಾವು ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನಾದರೂ ಬಳಸಬೇಕು. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ರಷ್ಯಾ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವೆಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಿರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಝೆಲೆನ್ಸ್ಕಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದೇಶವು ನ್ಯಾಟೋ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಯುದ್ಧವು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುತ್ತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಝೆಲೆನ್ಸ್ಕಿ, ನ್ಯಾಟೋ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮೈತ್ರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸೇರಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿದ್ದರೆ, ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಸಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಜನರು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಸಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದೇವತ್ಕಲ್ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ನಡೆ- ಹಳ್ಳಿ ಕಡೆ’ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡು ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಈ ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ನೀರು ಕೊಡಲು ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್‌ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಜನರು ಅಲೆದಾಡುವುದು ಬ್ರಿಟಿಷರ ಕಾಲದ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಜನರ ಬಳಿಗೆಯೇ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕಳಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನರ ಕಷ್ಟ ಸುಖ ಅರಿಯಲು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ನಡೆ ಹಳ್ಳಿ ಕಡೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಇದರಿಂದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಸರಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರಿಣಾಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಜನರ ಮನೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ 60 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತರ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ರೈತರ ಮನೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿಗೆ ಮುಟ್ಟಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಇನಾಂ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಉಳುವ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವಂತಾಗಲು ಅದರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದರು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಡವರ, ರೈತರ ಪರವಾಗಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ಭರವಸೆ ತರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ರಾಯಚೂರು ಸಂಸದ ರಾಜಾ ಅಮರೇಶ್ವರ ನಾಯಕ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಮನ್ವಯತೆ ಕಾಯ್ದಕೊಂಡು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅನುದಾನ ತರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನಿರಾವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸವಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಹಯೋಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಗೇಟ್‌ಗಳ ಅವಳವಡಿಕೆ ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಚಿವರು ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೈನಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲು ಶಾಸಕ ರಾಜೂಗೌಡ ಅವರು ಸ್ಥಳ ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ್ದು, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳಿಸಿಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
