ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಜಾಥಾಗಳನ್ನು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಶೇಕಡ 41ರಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯೊಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಐದು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಘೋಷಣೆಯಾದ ಮರುದಿನವೇ ಈ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಹೊರಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ. ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಹರಡುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಜಾಥಾಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮದ ಅಗತ್ಯವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಶೇ.4ರಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ದೇಶದ 309 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ 11,000 ಜನರು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ 4,172 ಜನರು ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಿಗದಿ ಆಗಿರುವ ಐದು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿರುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಜಾಥಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜ.15ರವರೆಗೆ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಲೋಕಲ್ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ಎಂಬ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.ಶೇ.24ರಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಜಾಥಾಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜಾಥಾಗಳ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಈ ಮುಂಜಾಗೃತಾ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ, ಜಾಥಾಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಉತ್ತರಖಂಡ, ಗೋವಾ, ಉತ್ತರಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಪಂಜಾಬ್, ಮತ್ತು ಮಣಿಪುರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದೂಡುವುದನ್ನು ಶೇ.31ರಷ್ಟು ಜನರು ಬಯಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (ಸಿಮ್ಸ್) ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಕೆ.ಎಸ್.ಈಶ್ವರಪ್ಪ ಇವರು ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ(ಬೂಸ್ಟರ್)ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕಾಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಜ.10 ರಿಂದ ಮೊದಲನೇ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು, ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಮತ್ತು 60 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಸಹ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆ(ಕೋಮಾರ್ಬಿಡಿಟಿ) ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ 19 ಬೂಸ್ಟರ್ ಡೋಸ್ ಲಸಿಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಎಲ್ಲ ಅರ್ಹರು ಈ ಬೂಸ್ಟರ್ ಡೋಸ್ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಆರ್‍ಸಿಹೆಚ್‍ಓ ಡಾ.ನಾಗರಾಜನಾಯ್ಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ನಂತರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು, ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಹಾಗೂ 60 ವರ್ಷ ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಸಹ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೊಂದಾಯಿಸಿದಂತೆ 2 ನೇ ಡೋಸ್ ಪಡೆದ 09 ತಿಂಗಳ(39 ವಾರಗಳು) ನಂತರ ಬೂಸ್ಟರ್ ಡೋಸ್ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಈ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳು ಈ ಮುಂಚೆ ಮೊದಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಎರಡನೇ ಡೋಸ್ ಕೋವಿಶೀಲ್ಡ್ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ಬೂಸ್ಟರ್ ಡೋಸ್ ಕೂಡ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕೋವಿಶೀಲ್ಡನ್ನೇ ಪಡೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಮುಂಚೆ ಕೋವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನ್ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೂಸ್ಟರ್ ಡೋಸ್ ಕೂಡ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕೋವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನ್ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಭಾನುವಾರ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೋಬ್ಬರಿ 12 ಸಾವಿರ ಮಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಂಕು ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿವೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 901 ಮಂದಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಂದ ಚೇತರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಗುಣಮುಖರಾದವರ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 29.63 ಲಕ್ಷ ದಾಟಿದೆ. ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದ್ದು, 49,602ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 40,570 ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿವೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ನಿಂದಾಗಿ ಮರಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ದರವು ಶೇ.0.03 ರಷ್ಟು ವರದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈವರೆಗೆ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಗೆ ಸಾವಿಗೀಡಾದವರ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 38,370ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
