ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ, ಈ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ, ಪ್ರೌಢ ಮತ್ತು ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಶೋಧನೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸಲಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಇಂಗ್ಲೆಂಡ್ ನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಜತೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಆಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥನಾರಾಯಣ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಉಕ್ರೇನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರಾಗಿರುವ 20 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಆಶ್ರಯ ನೀಡಲು ಮುಂದೆ ಬರುವ ಪೂರ್ವ ಯುರೋಪಿಯನ್ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು 50 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ನೆರವು ಲಭಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನುಳಿದ ಹಣ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್‌ನ ಮರುನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಕೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಶ್ವೇತಭವನದ ಮೂಲಗಳು ಹೇಳಿವೆ.

ಆ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಅಮೆರಿಕದ ರಿಪಬ್ಲಿಕನ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಡೆಮಾಕ್ರೆಟಿಕ್‌ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಸಂಸದರು ಒಮ್ಮತದಿಂದ 13.6 ಬಿಲಿಯನ್ ಡಾಲರ್ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲು ಬುಧವಾರ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
