ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮತ್ತು ಅರೆ ಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವಹಿವಾಟುಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಿಸರ್ವ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್, ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಸೇವೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೂ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ.
ಯುಪಿಐ ಪಾವತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತೆ ಪಾಸ್ ವರ್ಡ್ ಬಳಸಿ ಪಾವತಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಆಫ್ಲೈನ್ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪಾವತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಇಲ್ಲದೆಯೂ ಈ ಬಗೆಯ ಪಾವತಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಕಾರಣ, ಹಣ ಕಡಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ಜಮಾ ಆಗಿರುವ ಕುರಿತು ಎಸ್ಎಂಎಸ್ ಸಂದೇಶವು ತುಸು ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗಿ ಬರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್ ಬಿಐ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಪ್ರತಿ ವಹಿವಾಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ರೂ.200ರವರೆಗೆ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಒಂದೇ ಕಡೆ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಈ ಬಗೆಯ ಪಾವತಿ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ಕಾರ್ಡ್, ವ್ಯಾಲೆಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಾಧನ ಬಳಸಿ ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಇದೆ.
ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಲಭ್ಯ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಫ್ ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿ ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಆರ್ ಬಿಐ 2020ರ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ನಿಂದ 2021ರ ಜೂನ್ ನಡುವೆ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಕೊಂಡ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿ, ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ದುರ್ಬಲವಾಗಿರುವ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಬಗೆಯ ಪಾವತಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವಹಿವಾಟುಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್ ಬಿಐ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
ಬಳಕೆದಾರರಿಂದ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದ ನಂತರವೇ, ಆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಗೆ ಆಫ್ ಲೈನ್ ಪಾವತಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬಹುದು. ಈ ಬಗೆಯ ಪಾವತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಚಣೆ ಉಂಟಾದರೆ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಏಕೀಕೃತ ಒಂಬುಡ್ಸ್ ಮನ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಪೂರ್ವಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ನೀಡದೆ ಆತುರದಿಂದ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಪದವಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿ.ಎಸ್ಸಿ ಆನರ್ಸ್ ಪದವಿ ಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿರುವುದೇ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ನೀರಸ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಲು ಕಾರಣ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪಗಳು ಕೇಳಿಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಈ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕಿ ಎಸ್.ರಮ್ಯಾ ಅವರು ‘ಈ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಬರಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ನಮ್ಮ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಹುಸಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೆಳೆಯಲು ವಿಟಿಯು ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು’ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 3ರಂದು 413ರಷ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಜನವರಿ ಮೊದಲ ವಾರ 1,290ಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿದೆ.
ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಪತ್ತೆಗೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯೂ ಅದೇ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಏರಿದೆ. ಬೃಹತ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ ಮೊದಲ ವಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 150ರ ಆಸುಪಾಸಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಧೃಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ.0.47ರಷ್ಟಿತ್ತು.
ಜನವರಿ ಮೊದಲ ವಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 1,041ಕ್ಕೆ ಇದ್ದು ಧೃಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಶೇ.1.43ಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ತೀರ್ಥಹಳ್ಳಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವರ ಎಳ್ಳಮಾವಾಸ್ಯೆ ಜಾತ್ರೆ ಬಂದೋಬಸ್ತ್ ಗೆ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಫಲವಾದ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರು ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಪ್ರಸಂಗ ಘಟಿಸಿವೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ನನಗೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಂದ ಆಗಬಾರದು. ಪೊಲೀಸರ ಸಹಕಾರ ನನಗೆ ಬೇಕಿದೆ. ನಿಮಗೆ ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಸಿಗುವಂತಹ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸಹಕಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಒತ್ತಡ ಇದ್ದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡದೇ ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ರಾತ್ರಿ 12 ಗಂಟೆಯಾದರೂ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕಡತ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸತತವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದೇ ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿಲಾಷೆ ಎಂದು ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಆರಗ ಜ್ಞಾನೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನ್ಯೂ ಯಾರ್ಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 2021 ರ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನದಂದು 85 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೊಸ ಕೊರೊನಾ ವೈರಸ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸಾಂಕ್ರಾಮಿಕ ರೋಗ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದಾಗಿನಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇದು ಮೊದಲನೆಯದಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಕೊರೊನಾ ಪಾಸಿಟಿವ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ -85,476 ಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಿದೆ. ರಜಾದಿನದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಕೂಟಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ಸೋಂಕುಗಳು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಎಣಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಚಳಿಗಾಲದ ಉಲ್ಬಣದಿಂದ ನಾವು ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೆವೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್ -19 ನಿಂದ ಜನಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಆತಂಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಗವರ್ನರ್ ಕ್ಯಾಥಿ ಹೊಚುಲ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮುಖವಾಡವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಲಸಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಾಧನದ ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ನ್ಯೂಯಾರ್ಕ್ ವಾಷಿಂಗ್ಟನ್ DC ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಪೂರ್ವ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉಲ್ಬಣವನ್ನು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುವ 7 ಹಾಟ್ ಸ್ಪಾಟ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯು ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಮೇಲ್ಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ. ನ್ಯೂಯಾರ್ಕ್ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದಿನ 24 ಗಂಟೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 90 ಸಾವಿರ ಲಸಿಕೆ ಡೋಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ನಿಂದಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 88 ಸಾವುಗಳು ಸಂಭವಿಸಿವೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯವಾಗಿ, ನ್ಯೂಯಾರ್ಕ್ ಟೈಮ್ಸ್ ಡೇಟಾಬೇಸ್ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 1,181 ಕೋವಿಡ್ ಕೇಸ್ ಗಳು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿವೆ. ಎರಡು ವಾರಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ, ನ್ಯೂಯಾರ್ಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 21 ಸಾವಿರ ಧನಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಆತಂಕಕಾರಿ ದಾಖಲೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಸಾಕಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕೆಲವು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ತಜ್ಞರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಓಮಿಕ್ರಾನ್‌ನ ಕಾಲಾವಧಿಯು 72 ಗಂಟೆಗಳಷ್ಟು ಎನ್ನ ಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಯುನೈಟೆಡ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ಸ್‌ನಾದ್ಯಂತ 2700 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿವೆ. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಮಧ್ಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರೀ ಹಿಮಪಾತದ ವರದಿಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ರದ್ದತಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿಮಾನಯಾನ ಡೇಟಾ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರಾದ ಫ್ಲೈಟ್‌ವೇರ್ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ವಾರದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಗದಿತ ವಿಮಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 5.7% ರಷ್ಟು 2000 ಟ್ರಿಪ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಏರ್ ಲೈನ್ಸ್ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು ಅರ್ಧದಷ್ಟು ರದ್ದತಿಗಳು ಚಿಕಾಗೋದ ಎರಡು ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕೃತವಾಗಿವೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾನುವಾರದವರೆಗೆ ದಿನವಿಡೀ ಭಾರೀ ಹಿಮ ಮತ್ತು ಬಲವಾದ ಗಾಳಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸ್ಟೀಲರ್ಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಜಯಂಟ್ಸ್ ಗೆ ಸೋಲು
ಮೊದಲನೇ ಪಂದ್ಯವು:
ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಜಯಂಟ್ಸ್(36) ಮತ್ತು ಹರಿಯಾಣ ಸ್ಟೀಲರ್ಸ್(38) ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು.ಗುಜರಾತ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹರಿಯಾಣ ಭರ್ಜರಿ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು.
ಹರಿಯಾಣ ತಂಡವು ಮೊದಲಾರ್ಧದ ವಿರಾಮದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ 22-10 ರಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತ್ತು.ಆದರೆ,ವಿರಾಮದ ನಂತರ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ತಂಡವು ತನ್ನ ಪೌರುಷ ತೋರಿತು.ನಿರಂತರ ದಾಳಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ತಂಡವು ಒಂದು ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಬಲದಲ್ಲಿತ್ತು.ತಂಡದ ಆಲ್ ರೌಂಡರ್ ರಾಕೇಶ್ 19 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿ ತಂಡಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿದರು.
ರೇಡಿಂಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಕಾಸ್ 11 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದರು. ಆಲ್ ರೌಂಡರ್ ಮೀಟು ಕೂಡ 10 ಅಂಕಗಳಿಸಿ ತಂಡದ ಗೆಲುವಿಗೆ ರೂವಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಹರಿಯಾಣ ತಂಡವು 38-36 ರಿಂದ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸಿ ಹರಿಯಾಣ ಗೆಲುವಿನ ದಡ ಮುಟ್ಟುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಪುಣೇರಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ರೋಚಕ ಜಯ
ಎರೆಡನೇ ಪಂದ್ಯವು:
ಪುಣೇರಿ‌ ಪಲ್ಟನ್(29) ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಬುಲ್ಸ್ (40) ತಂಡಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಪುಣೀರಿ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗ್ರಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದೆ.
ಮೊದಲಾರ್ಧದ ವಿರಾಮದ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ಪುಣೇರಿ ತಂಡವು 18-13 ರಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ವಿರಾಮದ ನಂತರ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ಪೈಪೋಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಪವನ್ ಬಳಗವು ಪುಣೇರಿಗೆ ಸೋಲಿನತ್ತ ತಳ್ಳಿತು. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 27 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ಸ್ ತನ್ನ ಬುಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಂಡವು ಪವನ್ ಶೆರಾವತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಚಂದ್ರನ್ ರಂಜಿತ್ (6) ಅಂಕ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಭರತ್ ಕೂಡ ಉತ್ತಮ ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುವತ್ತ ಇವರುಗಳ ಆಟವು ಮಹತ್ವದಾಗಿತ್ತು.
ಇದರಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ತಂಡ 11 ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಗಳ ಅಂತರದಿಂದ ರೋಚಕ ಜಯ ಸಾಧಿಸಿತು.

ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೀಟು ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಇತರೆ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಶೇ.27ರಷ್ಟು ಹಾಗೂ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ 8 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿವರೆಗೆ ಆದಾಯ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಇಡಬ್ಲ್ಯುಎಸ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಶೇ.10ರಷ್ಟು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಯಾವ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಂಟು ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಆದಾಯ ಮಿತಿ ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನೂ ಮೊದಲು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ಇಡಬ್ಲ್ಯುಎಸ್ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ನೀಟ್ -ಪಿಜಿ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಸಹ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಿ ಕಳೆದವಾರ ಹೊಸದಿಲ್ಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಿರಿಯ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವ ಮನ್ಸುಖ್ ಮಾಂಡವೀಯ ಅವರು ಇಡಬ್ಲ್ಯೂಎಸ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತಜ್ಞರ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕವೇ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಈಗ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಕುರಿತು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಲಿಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪ್ರವೇಶಾತಿ, ಸೀಟು ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕಾರಣ ಸದ್ಯ ನಿಯಮ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕೀಡು ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಇಡಬ್ಲ್ಯೂಎಸ್ ಆದಾಯಮಿತಿ ಮಾನದಂಡದ ಅರ್ಹತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿರುವ ಮೂವರು ಸದಸ್ಯರುಳ್ಳ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಶಿಫಾರಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಬಳಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಜನವರಿ 6ಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಿತು.
