ಪದವಿಪೂರ್ವ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಭುಗಿಲೆದ್ದಿರುವ ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಸರಿ ಶಾಲು ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ತೆರೆ ಎಳೆಯಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಾಲೇಜು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿರುವ ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರ ಧರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸದೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ , ಸಮಾನತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಐಕ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಾಂತಿ ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಭಂಗ ಬರದಂತೆ ಉಡುಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಎಸ್.ಎನ್ . ಪದ್ಮಿನಿ ಅವರು ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಡುವೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ- ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಕ್ಸಮರ ತೀವ್ರಗೊಂಡಿದೆ .
ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಧಾರಣೆಗೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನೇರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರನ್ನು ಓಲೈಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಪಾದಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಹಿಜಾಬ್ ಧರಿಸಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಬರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಿಂದೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಾಲು ಧರಿಸಿ ಬರುವ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಶನಿವಾರ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿ ಡೋಸ್ ಗೆ 145 ರೂ. ನಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ 5 ಕೋಟಿ ಡೋಸ್ ಗಳಷ್ಟು ಲಸಿಕೆ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಕಂಪನಿಗೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯೊಬ್ಬರು, 145 ರೂ. ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ವೆಚ್ಚವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮಾರಾಟದ ವೇಳೆ ಜಿಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಸೇರಿಕೊಂಡು ಒಟ್ಟು ಖರೀದಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯವು 725 ರೂ. ಆಗಲಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ 1500 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಮುಂಗಡ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಡೋಸ್ ಗಳ ರೀತಿಗಾಗಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಲಸಿಕೆಗಳ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ರಚಿಸಿರುವ ಎಚ್ ಎಲ್ ಎಲ್ ಲೈಫ್ ಕೇರ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಬಿವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪೂರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಹವಾಮಾನ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ರೈತರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಕೃಷಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿಯವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅರೆ-ಶುಷ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಬೆಳೆಗಳ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಹವಾಮಾನ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯಿಂದ ರೈತರು, ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಸಣ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ರೈತರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಆದ್ಯತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ದೇಶದ ಶೇಕಡ 80ರಷ್ಟು ಸಣ್ಣ ರೈತರ ಅನುಕೂಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 2022-23ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಯವ ಕೃಷಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಿ ಹಣ ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಕೃಷಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಗಳು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಸಣ್ಣಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಉತ್ಪಾದಕ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವುದು ಸದ್ಯದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಸಣ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ರೈತರು ಆಧುನಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಏಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.

ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್ ನ ಚಿನ್ನ ಜೀಯರ್ ಆಶ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ 216 ಅಡಿ ಎತ್ತರದ ರಾಮಾನುಜಾಚಾರ್ಯರ ಪ್ರತಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಲೋಕಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನತೆಗಾಗಿ ರಾಮಾನುಜಾಚಾರ್ಯರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಅಪಾರ. ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನತೆ ತರಲು ರಾಮಾನುಜಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ನಡೆಸಿದ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ, ತಂದ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗಳವರೆಗೆ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುತ್ತವೆ‌. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ದಲಿತರು ಬಡವರ ಏಳಿಗೆ ಅವರು ಸಹ ಸಮಾಜದ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಹಿನಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ರಾಮಾನುಜಾಚಾರ್ಯರು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದ ರೀತಿ ಅಮೋಘವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು‌.

2020 ರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 13ರಂದು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೊದಲ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸಾವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆ ನಂತರ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 2ರಂದು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾಗೆ ಬಲಿಯಾದವರ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 1 ಲಕ್ಷ ಗಡಿ ಮುಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು.

ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾಗೆ 5 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು ಬಲಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಮೂರನೇ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಭಾರತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಮೆರಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಬ್ರೆಜಿಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲತಿಂಗಳ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ಸಾವಿನ ಗಡಿ 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ದಾಟಿದೆ.
ಅಮೆರಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ 9.2 ಲಕ್ಷ ಜನರು ಕೊರೊನಾ ಸೋಂಕಿನಿಂದ ಮೃತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸದ್ಯ ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ 3ನೇ ಅಲೆಯು ಅಂತ್ಯದ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು, ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಸುಮಾರು 34 ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಮೂರನೇ ಅಲೆಯು ಉತ್ತುಂಗ ತಲುಪಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಇಳಿಮುಖವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಮಿಜೋರಾಂ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇರಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಅಟ್ಟಹಾಸ ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿದೆ.
ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಒಂದೇ ದಿನ ಕೇರಳದಲ್ಲಿ 601 ಸೋಂಕಿತರು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 12ರಂದು ನಿಗದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನೀಟ್- ಪಿಜಿ 2022 ಅನ್ನು ಮುಂದೂಡುವಂತೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ಮುಂಬರುವ ಮೇ ಅಥವಾ ಜೂನ್ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಮೂಲಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.

2021 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ನೀಟ್ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು 2022ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ನೀಟ್ ಪಿಜಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಏಕಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೊಂದಲವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪಡೆಯಲು ನಡೆಯುವ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 12ರಂದು ನಿಗದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ಹಲವಾರು ಎಂಬಿಬಿಎಸ್ ಪದವೀಧರರು ಇಂಟರ್ನ್ಶಿಪ್ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 12ರ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಎಂಬಿಬಿಎಸ್ ಪದವೀಧರರು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಆರಂಭವಾಗುವ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮುಂದೂಡುವ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮುಂದಿನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 8 ಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಿದೆ.

ಇದುವರೆಗೂ ಸುಮಾರು 38 ಸಾವಿರ ಚದರ ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ಭಾರತದ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಅದು ಅಕ್ರಮಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಲೋಕಸಭೆಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಚೀನಾ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ, ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನವು ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತುವರಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. 1963 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇಕ್ಸ್ ಗ್ರಾಮ್ ಕಣಿವೆಯಿಂದ ಚೀನಾ ಗಡಿವರೆಗಿನ ಭಾರತದ 5,180 ಚದರ ಕಿ. ಮೀ. ಭೂಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಆಕ್ರಮಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಚೀನಾ ಕೂಡ ಆರು ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ ಇದೆ ಅಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದಿದೆ. 1963ರ ಚೀನಾ-ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಗಡಿ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂ ರೇಖೆಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಈ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವನ್ನು ಭಾರತ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಭೂಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತುವರಿಯ ಭಾಗ ಎಂದೇ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಖಾತೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಸಚಿವ ವಿ. ಮುರಳಿಧರ ರಾವ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
