ರಷ್ಯಾದ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳು ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ನ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಬೆಲಾರಸ್ ಗಡಿಯ ಅಜ್ಞಾತ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜೆಲೆನ್ ಸ್ಕಿ ಅವರ ಕಚೇರಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆಯ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಕೆಳದಿ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದಂತಹ ಖ್ಯಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದೆ. ಕೆಳದಿ ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ ಅವರ ಪಟ್ಟಾಭಿಷೇಕ ನಡೆದು 2022 ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 27 ಕ್ಕೆ 350 ವರ್ಷಗಳು ತುಂಬುತ್ತದೆ. ಆ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಉತ್ಸವದ ದಿನ ಎಂದು ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮನ ಪುತ್ಥಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಲಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೆಳದಿ ಉತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.

ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೆಳದಿ ಉತ್ಸವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 25 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಆ ಹಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ ಅಥವಾ ಮೇ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಅದ್ದೂರಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಹರತಾಳು ಹಾಲಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಸರ್ಕಾರ 3 ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ 25 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನ ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಉತ್ಸವ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಎಂದು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಕೆಳದಿ ಉತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬೊಮ್ಮಾಯಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಉತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವೇ ಜನರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳದಿ ಸಾಗರ ಇಕ್ಕೇರಿ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದರೆ ನಗರ ಒಂದೊಂದು ಕಡೆ ಕೆಳದಿ ಉತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅದ್ದೂರಿ ಉತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಆದರ್ಶಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಆಗಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವರು ಕೆ-ಲೈವ್ ಮೀಡಿಯಾಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಕೆಳದಿ ಉತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಕನ್ನಡ ಪೂಜಾರಿ ಎಂದೇ ಖ್ಯಾತಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಹಿರೇಮಗಳೂರು ಕಣ್ಣನ್ ಅವರು ಕೆಳದಿಯ ವೀರಭದ್ರೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಮಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಒಂದು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಕಾಲು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ, ಗಜ್ಜೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ. ಕೈ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ, ಬಳೆ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ. ಹಣೆ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ, ಬೊಟ್ಟು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ. ಶ್ವಾಸ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ, ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ. ಕೆಳದಿ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ, ಹಾಲಪ್ಪ ಅವರಿಂದ ಹಾಕುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯೆಂದು ಹಿರೇಮಗಳೂರು ಕಣ್ಣನ್ ಶಾಸಕ ಹಾಲಪ್ಪನವರ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳದಿ ರಾಜಗುರು ಹಿರೇಮಠದ ಪೂಜ್ಯಶ್ರೀಗಳು, ಮುರುಘಾಮಠದ ಪೂಜ್ಯಶ್ರೀ.ಡಾ. ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನಾ ಮುರುಘರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ಮಹಾಸ್ವಾಮಿಗಳು, ಹಿರೇಮಗಳೂರು ಕಣ್ಣನ್ ಅವರು, ಎಸಿ, ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್, ಇಓ, ಟಿ.ಡಿ.ಮೇಘರಾಜ್, ರಮೇಶ್ ಹಾರೆಗೊಪ್ಪ, ದೇವೇಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ ಯಲಕುಂದ್ಲಿ, ಲೋಕನಾಥ್ ಬಿಳಿಸಿರಿ, ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಮುಖಂಡರುಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಬಳಪೇಟೆಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಕಾಶಿವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಆವರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹರಿದ್ವಾರದಿಂದ ಗಂಗಾಜಲವನ್ನು ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯದ 2 ಸಾವಿರ ಶಿವನ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿಷೇಕಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬುಧವಾರ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮಹಾಶಿವರಾತ್ರಿ ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 1 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯಲಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಲವು ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಗಂಗಾಜಲವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ 30 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗಂಗಾಜಲವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮುಜರಾಯಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಗಂಗಾಜಲ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ನಾನ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸುವ ಹೊಣೆ ಹೊತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಸುಮಾರು 28 ವಾಹನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಂಗಾಜಲವನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು 40 ಸಾವಿರ ಲೀಟರ್ ಗಂಗಾಜಲವನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. 10 ಲೀಟರ್ ನ ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರ ಕ್ಯಾನುಗಳು, 20 ಲೀಟರ್ ನ 500 ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಎರಡು ಲೀಟರ್ ನ 5 ಸಾವಿರ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಂಗಾಜಲವನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತೆ 500 ಬ್ಯಾಟೆಲ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಂಗಾಜಲ ತುಂಬಿಸಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಗಂಗಾಜಲ ವಿತರಣಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದ ಮಹರ್ಷಿ ಆನಂದ ಗುರೂಜಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವ ಮಾಲೂರು ಎಸ್. ಎನ್. ಕೃಷ್ಣಯ್ಯ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ನಾನು ಮುಜರಾಯಿ ಸಚಿವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ 2008ರಲ್ಲಿ ಗಂಗಾಜಲ ತರಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿತರಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೆ. ಈಗಲೂ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಮೇಲೆ ರಷ್ಯಾ ಯುದ್ಧ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕರೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಸಚಿವ ಜೈ ಶಂಕರ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ರವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಸೇನಾ ದಾಳಿಯ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ಸೇನಾ ನೆಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಛಿದ್ರಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ದೈತ್ಯ ರಷ್ಯನ್ ಪಡೆಗಳು ನಿನ್ನೆಯ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಕೀವ್ ನಗರದ ಹತ್ತಿರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿವೆ. ಬೆಳಗಿನ ವೇಳೆಗೆ ನಗರದ ಹೊರವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಯೋಧರು ಭದ್ರತಾ ಬ್ಯಾರಿಕೇಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಪಡೆಗಳು ನುಗ್ಗಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧ ಬಂದಾಗ ಹೊಡೆದಾಟ ನಡೆದು ಅನೇಕರು ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ವರದಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿವೆ.

ರಷ್ಯಾದ ವಾಯು ಮತ್ತು ಭೂಸೇನೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಭೀಕರ ದಾಳಿಗೆ ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ತತ್ತರಿಸಿದೆ. ಮೂರುದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಭಾಗವು ರಷ್ಯನ್ ಪಡೆಗಳ ಕೈವಶವಾಯಿತು. ನಂತರ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಕೀವ್ ನತ್ತ ಸಾಗಿ ಬಂದ ಪಡೆಗಳು, ಪ್ರಜಾಸತ್ತಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಬುಡಮೇಲು ಮಾಡಲು ಅಣಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿದೆ.

ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧವನ್ನೂ ಸಹಿಸದ ರಷ್ಯನ್ ಸೇನೆ, ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಕಾಣಿಸುವ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳನ್ನು ಧ್ವಂಸಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಕೀವ್ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸುವ ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಗರಿಕರೇ ಪ್ರತಿರೋಧ ಒಡ್ಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸಂಘರ್ಷ ತಾರಕಕ್ಕೇರಿತು. ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆರೆದ ರಷ್ಯ ಪಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೀವ್ ನಗರ ನಿವಾಸಿಗರು ಕೈಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಹೊಡೆದು ಹಿಮ್ಮೆಟ್ಟಲು ನೋಡಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ಇದರಿಂದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹದಗೆಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು. ಕಟ್ಟಿಗೆ, ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಏಟುಗಳಿಂದ ಕೆರಳಿದ ರಷ್ಯನ್ ಯೋಧರು ಕಂಡಕಂಡ ಕಡೆ ಗುಂಡು ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ಷಿಪಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉಡಾಯಿಸಿದ ರು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಸೇತುವೆಗಳು, ಶಾಲಾ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳು, ಅನೇಕ ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಗಳು ಕುಸಿದುಬಿದ್ದವು. ಈ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಜೀವಹಾನಿ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳು, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ವೃದ್ಧರು ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಣ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷದರ್ಶಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮುಂದಿನ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ 1600 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.
