ಇದು ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಆಕ್ರಮಣದಿಂದ ಪಲಾಯನ ಮಾಡುವವರಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ. 60 ರಷ್ಟು ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರಿಗೆ ಆಶ್ರಯ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 24 ರಂದು ಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಆಕ್ರಮಣ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದಾಗಿನಿಂದ 1.7 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್‌ಗಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು ಉಕ್ರೇನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಪಲಾಯನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಮಿಲಿಯನ್‌ಗಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು ನೆರೆಯ ಪೋಲೆಂಡ್‌ಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನವರು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಮಸೂದೆಯು ಸಂಸತ್ತಿನಿಂದ ಅನುಮೋದಿಸಲ್ಪಡಬೇಕು. ಉಕ್ರೇನಿಯನ್ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಪೋಲೆಂಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ 18 ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಉಳಿಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಪರವಾನಗಿಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೂ 18 ರವರೆಗೆ ನವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಉಕ್ರೇನಿಯನ್ ರಿಗೆ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರು, ಆತಿಥೇಯ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉಕ್ರೇನಿಯನ್ನರಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಲು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪೋಲೆಂಡ್‌ಗೆ ಆಗಮಿಸುವ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಜೀವನದ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮಾಟಿಯುಸ್ ಮೊರಾವಿಕಿ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

2022 -23 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಿಂದ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಟಿಇಟಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧೀನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಟಿಇಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಕಷ್ಟವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಶೇಕಡ 20 ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದೆ. ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕವಾಗಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಬಿಎಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಎಡ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಟಿಇಟಿ ಪಾಸಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕಿದೆ.

ಈ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನುಮುಂದೆ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಅಮೆರಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಐರೋಪ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಗಳ ಬಳಿಕ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ 2,778 ಹೊಸ ದಿಗ್ಬಂಧನಗಳು ರಷ್ಯಾವನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಹಾಕಿದೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟು ದಿಗ್ಬಂಧನಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 5,530ಕ್ಕೇರಿದೆ.

ಇದು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅಣ್ವಸ್ತ್ರದ ಯುದ್ಧ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತಿಹಾಸದಲ್ಲೇ ಅತೀ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ದಿಗ್ಬಂಧನದ ಸಮರ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕೇವಲ 2 ವಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾ ಜಾಗತಿಕನಿರ್ಬಂಧದ ಅತೀ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಟಾರ್ಗೆಟ್‌ ಆಗಿ ಬದಲಾಯಿತು.

ಉಕ್ರೇನ್‌ ಮೇಲೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಸಾರುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಮೊದಲೇ ರಷ್ಯಾದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅಮೆರಿಕವು ಕೆಲವು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇರಿತ್ತು.

ಉಕ್ರೇನ್-ರಷ್ಯಾ ನಡುವೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿದೆ. ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾ 202 ಶಾಲೆಗಳನ್ನು 34 ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸುಮಿ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈವರೆಗೆ 18 ಜನರನ್ನು ಬಲಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಸೇನೆ 500 ಕೆಜಿ ಬಾಂಬ್ ನಿಂದ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ರಷ್ಯಾದ ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 202 ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ನಾಶವಾಗಿವೆ. 34 ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳು ಧ್ವಂಸವಾಗಿವೆ. ಜೈಟೋಮಿರ್ ನ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ಷಿಪಣಿ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಉಕ್ರೇನ್ ನ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 24 ರಿಂದ 12,000 ರಷ್ಯಾದ ಸೈನಿಕರು ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ 303 ಕೆರೆಗಳು ನಾಶವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇಷ್ಟಲ್ಲದೆ, 1036 ಯೂನಿಟ್ ಶಸ್ತ್ರಸಜ್ಜಿತ ಯುದ್ಧ ವಾಹನಗಳು, 120 ಫಿರಂಗಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, 56 ಎಂಎಲ್‌ಆರ್‌ಎಸ್, 27 ವಾಯು ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, 48 ವಿಮಾನಗಳು, 80 ಹೆಲಿಕಾಪ್ಟರ್ ಗಳು, 474 ಆಟೋಮೋಟಿವ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು 3 ದೋಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಶಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
