ವರ್ಕ್ ಫ್ರಂ ಹೋಂ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಆಫೀಸು ಬೇಡ ಎನ್ನುವ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು

ಕಳೆದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷದ ಹಿಂದೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಕೊರೋನಾ ಇಡೀ ಜಗತ್ತನ್ನೇ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವರ್ಕ್‌ ಫ್ರಮ್‌ ಹೋಂ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿವೆ.

ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದುಕೊಂಡೇ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವರವಾಗಿದೆ ಕೂಡ. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಮಿತಿ ಮೀರಿದ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್‌ ಪರದಾಟದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ.

ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ಕೊರೋನಾ ಅವತಾರ ಮುಗಿದಿದೆ. ಈ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಕಚೇರಿಗೇ ಬಂದು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಕಂಪನಿಗಳೇನೋ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಆಫೀಸ್‌ ಗೇ ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಆದರೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ನಾವ್‌ ರೆಡಿ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ತಜ್ಞರು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಆಫೀಸ್‌ ಗೆ ಕರೆಯುವುದು ವ್ಯತಿರಿಕ್ತ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಬೀರಬಹುದು ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಕ್ರಮವು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಕಂಪನಿಯನ್ನು ತೊರೆಯಲು ಕಾರಣವಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಹೆಚ್‌ ಆರ್‌ ತಜ್ಞರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಮಿಲೇನಿಯಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜೆನ್ಜ್‌ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳು, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವ ಆದೇಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ, ಐಟಿ ದೈತ್ಯ ಟಿಸಿಎಸ್ ತನ್ನ ಶೇಕಡಾ 85 ರಷ್ಟು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಮೂರು ಬಾರಿ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಇನ್ಫೋಸಿಸ್ ಮೇ ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು ₹ 2.3 ಕೋಟಿಗೆ 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ಚದರ ಅಡಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಬಾಡಿಗೆಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಕರೆತರುವ ಇದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಐಟಿ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳ ಕ್ರಮವು ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮೂನ್‌ಲೈಟಿಂಗ್ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಬಹುದು. ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ಇದ್ದಿರುವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಬಿಡಬಹುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಬೇರೆ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಎಂದು CIEL ಹೆಚ್‌ ಆರ್‌ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಸಿಇಒ ಆದಿತ್ಯ ಮಿಶ್ರಾ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ, ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ವರ್ಕ್‌ ಫ್ರಮ್‌ ಆಫೀಸ್‌ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರೆ ಅಂಥ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಪಾಯ ಎದುರಿಸಬಹುದು. “ಕಚೇರಿ ಮಾದರಿಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾವು ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸುವ ಶೇಕಡ 60 ರಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳು ರಿಮೋಟ್ ವರ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡೆಲ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಹಾತೊರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ “ಎಂದು Xpheno ನ ಸಹ-ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಕಮಲ್ ಕಾರಂತ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಅರಮನೆ ಮೈದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಣಿಸ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಈವೇಳೆ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿನ ಯಾತ್ರೆ ವಿಜಯಯಾತ್ರೆ. ನಮ್ಮನ್ನ ಕಟ್ಟಿ ಹಾಕುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರಿಂದಲೂ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ 140 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲುವುದು ನಿಶ್ವಿತ ಎಂದು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನ ಜನರ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಟ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ , ಅಮಿತ್‌ ಶಾ, ಜೆಪಿ ನಡ್ಡಾ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಯಾವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಕೂಡ ನಾವು ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದನ್ನ ತಡೆಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜನರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕ ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸೋ ಮೂಲಕ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮೂಲೆ ಮೂಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್‌ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಂತಹ ಮನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯುತ್‌ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ರೈತರ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಡವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ವಾಗ್ದಾಳಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ‘ಭಾರತ್ ಜೋಡೋ ಯಾತ್ರೆ’ಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿರುವ ವಿಡಿಯೋವನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಟ್ವಿಟರ್ ಖಾತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ.

‘ನಾನು ಯಾತ್ರೆಯುದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ರೈತರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ರೈತರನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲೂ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದಲೂ ಹಿಂಡಿ ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ. ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾದ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಬೆಲೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ.‌ ಇನ್ನೊಂದೆಡೆ ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಕೃಷಿಗೂ GST ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಟ್ರಾಕ್ಟರ್, ಕೀಟನಾಶಕ, ರಸಗೊಬ್ಬರಕ್ಕೂ GST ಕಟ್ಟಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೃಷಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳು, ನೋಟು ಅಮಾನ್ಯೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು GSTಗಳು ಮಾರಕ ಅಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು.‌ ಇವು ಕೇವಲ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನೀತಿಗಳಲ್ಲ. ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಭಾರತದ ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ, ರೈತರ ಮೇಲೆ, ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರ, ಸಣ್ಣ ಉದ್ಯಮದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಬಳಸಿದ ಅಸ್ತ್ರಗಳು.‌ ಈ ಅಸ್ತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ರೈತರು, ಕೂಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕರು, ಸಣ್ಣ ಉದ್ದಿಮೆಗಳು ನಾಶವಾಗಿವೆ. ಏಕೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನ, ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಭಾಷೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ, ಕನ್ನಡ ಇವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ? ನಮ್ಮ ಭವ್ಯವಾದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ, ಬಸವಣ್ಣನವರ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕದಿಂದ ಏಕೆ ಅಳಿಸಿ ಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ? ಯಾವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಬಸವಣ್ಣನವರ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ?’ ಎಂದು ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಳೆದ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೈಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದ ಆರು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕೈದಿಗಳು ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಬಹಳ ಆತಂಕಕಾರಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
ಎಂಇಎ ವಕ್ತಾರ ಅರಿಂದಮ್ ಬಾಗ್ಚಿ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಐವರು ಮೀನುಗಾರರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಆರು ಭಾರತೀಯರು ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ವಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕಳವವಳಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕೈದಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭದ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು ಪಾಕ್‌ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಭಾರತ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆರು ಮಂದಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಪಸಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಭಾರತದ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಅನೇಕ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಹೊರತಾಗಿಯೂ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನವು ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಬಂಧನದಲ್ಲಿಸಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ಬಾಗ್ಚಿ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಾಬಾದ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೈಕಮಿಷನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನಿ ಹೈಕಮಿಷನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ, “ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೀನುಗಾರರ ಸಾವಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವಕ್ತಾರರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮೀನುಗಾರರ ಸಾವಿನ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ಆತಂಕಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ಜೈಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭದ್ರತೆಯ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕುತ್ತದೆ.

“ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕೈದಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ನಾವು ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಕೋರುತ್ತೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇ-ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಧಾರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು, ಇದೀಗ ಇದನ್ನು ತರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್‌ಬಿಐ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ದೀಪಾವಳಿ ಉಡುಗೊರೆಯಾಗಿ ಸಿಹಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ “ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ’ಯನ್ನು ಶೇ.27.25ರಿಂದ 31ಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ವರ್ಷದ ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ.3.75ರಷ್ಟು ಏರಿಕೆ ಆಗಲಿದೆ.
2018ರ ಪರಿಷ್ಕೃತ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ 2022ರ ಜುಲೈ 1ರಿಂದ ಪೂರ್ವಾನ್ವಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮೂಲ ವೇತನದ ಶೇ.27.25ರಿಂದ ಶೇ.31ಕ್ಕೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಿಸಿ ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ ದರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನದಾರರು, ಕುಟುಂಬ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನದಾರರು, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿಧಿಯಿಂದ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನದಾರರು, ಕುಟುಂಬ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನದಾರರಿಗೂ ಸಹ ಈ ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ಯುಜಿಸಿ, ಎಐಸಿಟಿಇ, ಐಸಿಎಎಆರ್‌ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಗಳ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನೌಕರರಿಗೂ ಈ ಆದೇಶ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗಳ ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ, ಕಾಲಿಕ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿ ವರ್ಕ್‌ಚಾರ್ಜ್‌ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಸಹಾಯಾನುದಾನ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲಿಕ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪೂರ್ಣಾವಧಿ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಈ ಆದೇಶ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಂಚಣಿದಾರ ಶೇ. 3ರಷ್ಟು ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಂಪುಟ ಗ್ರೀನ್‌ ಸಿಗ್ನಲ್ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳದ ನಂತರ ಒಟ್ಟು ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ 31% ಆಗಲಿದೆ. ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳದಿಂದ 47.14 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಮತ್ತು 68.62 ಲಕ್ಷ ಪಿಂಚಣಿದಾರರು ಲಾಭ ಪಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇದರಿಂದ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಖಜಾನೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ 34,400 ಕೋಟಿ ಹೊರೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಜುಲೈ 1, 2021 ರಿಂದ ಈ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅನುರಾಗ್‌ ಠಾಕೂರ್‌ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಕೊರೋನಾ ವೈರಸ್‌ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಂಚಣಿದಾರರು ಜನವರಿ 1 2020, ಜುಲೈ 1 2020 ಮತ್ತು ಜನವರಿ 1 2021 ಒಟ್ಟು ಮೂರು ಕಂತಿನ ತುಟ್ಟಿಭತ್ಯೆ (ಡಿಎ) ಹಾಗೂ ತುಟ್ಟಿ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ (ಡಿಆರ್‌) ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ತಡೆಹಿಡಿಯಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ನಂತರ ಜುಲೈ ತಿಂಗಳನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಂಚಣಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ಡಿಯರ್ನೆಸ್ ಅಲಾವೆನ್ಸ (DA) ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಯರ್ನೆಸ್ ರಿಲೀಫ್ (DR) ಅನ್ನು ಶೇ .17 ರಿಂದ 28 ಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಕೇಂದ್ರವು ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿತ್ತು.
