ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ನಿರೋಧಕ ಲಸಿಕೆಯ ಎರಡೂ ಡೋಸ್ ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
