ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಡೆವಲಪರ್ ಗಳು 2022-23ರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಗೃಹ ಸಾಲದ ಬಡ್ಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ರಿಬೇಟ್ ನ ಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಈಗಿನ 2 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಗಳಿಂದ 5 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಗೆ ಏರಿಸಲು ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದರೆ, ಗೃಹ ಖರೀದಿ ದಾರರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ.
ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಕುರಿತ ದೀರ್ಘಾವಧಿಯ ಕ್ಯಾಪಿಟಲ್ ಗೇನ್ ಟ್ಯಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಬಾಡಿಗೆ ಮನೆಗಳ ವಲಯವನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
